Here at the Division Store, I feel the whole crew here are very friendly and accepting. Every time I come in, Im greeted in a very friendly and appropriate manner. They do their best to go out of their way to help make deals and work with me to make sure the product Im receiving is of absolute excellence. Laura and Dyri are two hardworking woman. Not to mention, Ryan and Kyler are two astounding dudes. Thank you everyone at The Division Rent-a-center are amazing. Also, The Delivery dudes (Miguel and Jason)are great, they greet me with smiles and make me laugh, along with their professionalism and speediness of their deliveries.

If I could’ve given less than one star I would have. This is the worst ran store I’ve ever come across. Their manager is terrible she said she’s going to call you she never calls she never sends anybody over. Although it’s my own fault because I should’ve known there was a problem when I had to repeatedly call and show up to even get my account set up. And then you pay for liability insurance which if there’s any sort of damage they tell you that it’s your own fault and then it’s not covered so they basically take your money for nothing.And there’s about 1 million more things I could write about how negative my experience was but I don’t have enough room. The one other thing they did say though over the phone the guy told me that the quality of their product has nothing to do with if they fail or not. It’s like I don’t know what their hiring standards are but he can’t seriously be that dumb

So I took my friend to this place to look for furniture and a TV. Let me tell yall, it stunk sooo bad in there and the Mexican lady that works there had a horrible attitude. I wouldnt recommend it.

Just want to give the lady that helped me today some kudos, Im sorry in all my frazzled goings on today I didnt catch her name. Our refrigerator went out over the weekend, desperately tried to keep things chilled with ice overnight but had to get a rental worked out asap. Had to go to work though and the lady got me all set up over the phone and faxed the forms for me to sign to my work office. That was when they opened this morning and as of now we have the rental set up and cooling. Cant thank her enough for going the extra mile and for her sympathy. Huge stress made simpler than I could have hoped for.

This store has come a long way in servicing it customers in a short period of time. I was so excited when I finally was able to pay of my washer from them and I also had the benefits plus program which I had paid hundreds of dollars for so that I would have ease of mind for the next year. Well that’s what I thought, they misinformed me deliberately then sold me a used pile of junk that washer that broke done within weeks after it was paid off. When I called to have it repaired with my benefits plus program they informed me that I had not kept paying the 6 dollars a month and that my 1 year warranty was void and even though I was not ever told that was what I would need to do I have now been ripped off 1900 hundred dollars of hard earned money, and I am a single mom with 2 kids, so, over Christmas both kids had to go without quite a bit so could make sure my payments were on time so that I would not lose my washer. Then to have them tell me that I was misinformed and my daughter was there when they told me that I had the 1 year warranty as long as I paid for the benefits plus up until my washer was paid of. Maybe they should train their employees better of at least make right for their employees mistake. If I made that mistake here at my job they take it out of my check. I feel the company should do the same.

Do not rent from this place.They gave me the runaround and then said they couldnt rent because the property owner need to sign my contract when Im on the lease myself.They will take your money online and lie saying its that simple.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Offers great discounts on previously rented items that are in good condition. Will give you a couple extra days if needed as long as its not abused. Watch out for the LDW (Liability Damage Waiver); this will make your rental more costly than budgeted for. Selection is good but could be improved. Very friendly staff and helpfull.

My son went to get a lop top and give $200 dollars for the first payment and after 3 paymants of $100 dollars I went to get the remainder balance and notice that they didt put the first payment and some broke into my truck and stole my recipts I even when I make my payment and not have even have the 3 months they dont put all the paymant into the account I DONT RECOMEND THIS PLACE I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING WHIT THEM AGAIN.

They called me and threatened to call the police for being 6 days late. First time ever. They are the worst.
