This Chevron station doesnt have a restroom 😭Theres signs posted outside and inside.But yet they still have to mentally emotionally suffering pain remind hurds of customers each day,NO THERE IS NO BATHROOMS HERE🚽(CAN I HELP YOU¿)

No knock on the employee but I had to pump my own gas. Gas here was 3.50 a gallon. If I have to pump myself it should be way less. Their boss decided customer service is customer service tonight. That being said 5 stars for the employee. He will have a hard night tonight.

Gas attendant lowered his mask to speak to me and leaned in towards my car, he also typed my phone number incorrectly into the machine so I didnt get the discount I was going to use and all he said was eh its ok. Does not seem COVID friendly and did not seem to understand why people use phone numbers.

I walk up to the window to purchase food for my daughter, the man working there says he cant sell us a sandwich while he eats one and my child is hungry. What a dummy!!!!

After having a fun first time in Portland, we stopped to fill up our rental car. A nice fella by the name Bob Hall pumped our gas and was a treat to visit with. Not only did he have a couple of corny jokes but took only seconds to guess each of the days my family and I were born on after hearing our birthdays. Amazing. The full tank came to 55.64 and he even figured out what day my birthday would be on for the year 5564. Thanks for representing this town in such a friendly and wonderful way, Mr. Hall.

I was at the Chevron on Burnside, Portland Oregon. I had to Pump my own gas with NO Assistance from the attendant. He told me that I had to Pump my own gas because of Covid. In the State of Oregon it is illegal to PUMP YOUR OWN GAS.... I looked up on the State Of Oregon Website and it included Multnomah County. It also says that : Self Service for Gasoline will NO LONGER BE ALLOWED IN PARTS OF THE STATE WHERE IT HAD BEEN TEMPORARILY ALLOWED!!!!! So Attendance get out there and pump gas! instead of saying Covid Covid Covid!

I worked for a chevron back in 2018 at 400 W Burnside St, Portland, OR 97209. the owner mailed me my W-2, but i never got it. so i have repeated tried to get a hold of him. On 1-17-20 i waited at the gas station for the owner to come in. When he came in i asked him to get me my w-2 form for 2018 that i never gotten. he told me do i have $5.00 dollars for my w-2. I was like what. he said i need $5.00 to print you your w-2. That dont sound right that he can do that and i dont even have $5.00 to get that. does anyone know how can help me?

Has been in this location since before 1960.Original architecture. New pumps a few times over. Good to have it Chevron again.Still gas costs more than it did then.

Its a nice gas station.Ive been going there for 8 years.Weekends nights its the only place down town were you can get gas, no waiting those guys really move fast.And if you need parking so you can paint the town they always have a spot for me, Ive never been turned away.That RANDY guy is my favorite 😎

We were stalked from Dante’s by an aggressive homeless male Cops were called and the employee didn’t care above the cops not even protecting us. We didn’t do anything to provoke and were not in the slightest protected. Stay away from this area, it is not protected.

CREDIT CARD CLONED HERE. Also Im pretty sure the attendant completed a drug deal while my car was being filled. Thankfully Visa shut down my card immediately after this transaction so nothing was stolen. Still a big pain in the a$$ to get a new card set up with all my subscriptions / accounts.

We pulled in this Chevron parking lot to get our bearings because are from out of town and got lost. As we were frantically trying to get WAZE (GPS map) set up to get us out of that area, its a HORRIBLE area, a station attendant came over yelling we couldnt park there! There was plenty of open parking spaces and I said Were not doing anything wrong were lost and he told us to beat it. So the clerk there was incredibly rude and unkind. We werent about to go inside and buy anything after that. Filled my car up here about a month ago and immediately had issues, called a couple times to get a hold of a manager or maybe the owner and they were absolutely no help (mechanic said there was debri in the gas). Dont get gas from this station, I thought I could trust Chevron but this one is independently owned. Ended up having to sell the car and take a loss of $2,500 screw this gas station and its terrible rude workers.

I think this had to be one of the worst gas attendants Ive ever experienced. I got less gas than I normally would have just so I didnt have to stay there longer.

I wanted to make a comment to Glad real I want to apologize for my fellow co-worker Seth sometimes and graveyard he has a rough time and he takes it out on the wrong people. My name is Anthony I work graveyard Friday Saturday Sunday shift and I try to be as patient with anybody and everybody no matter who they are where they come from but sometimes it does get hard. Again I apologize for Seths behavior.

Gas station attendant is rude and unreasonable. Stood in my window yelling at me to leave even though I was trying to look up directions to my hotel. We had just spent $30 there so I thought I could just get the navigation going before I started driving. When I told him that was all I was doing (I showed him my phone as well) he told me he doesnt care if its illegal that I had to leave immediately and figure out my navigation on the road. Apparently hes above the law. The guy who pumps gas at the station.

I have a security site around the corner for the last week. I have been using the bathroom there the whole time and buying my soda as a thank you. Today 1-3-18 I used the bathroom earlier and the man told ok but there may not be any t.p. that was fine, I had napkins in my pocket. I went back just a few min ago and a employee Seth said no bathroom for anyone to use, after I bought my soda as a thank you, and got a horrible attitude. I was nice and polite the whole time even telling I just used it a few hours prior. He said life changes and got all weird. I then asked for my $1.55 back then. He got the money out of the till and went to hand it to me, then said he changed his mind so I asked for a manager name or phone number. He said its out on the pumps, which it is not i went back inside and asked where. He then told me to Google it. I then asked for my receipt, which he refused to give me. It took me to threaten to call the police to get that. I was going to fill up my SUV there since the other employees let me use the bathroom. Not now.

The best (and only) place to buy diesel in the West side

Station ATM refused to dispense cash. Showed an error regarding the failure to dispense and claimed to have reversed the withdrawal. However, the transaction was never reversed, processed the next day, and showed up in my statement. Im currently filing a claim with the bank to get the transaction reversed. Ive even got a photo of the failure message so they are basically screwed if they try to dispute it.
