Haven’t been here in a few years, same great service and outstanding customer service from the staff. Lots of services available, plenty of food options, laundry, showers. Everything is extremely reasonable and very clean. Majority of the parking is free unlike the T/A who is taking advantage of us hard working drivers. Highly recommended for a 10 or even a 34hr reset. If I’m ever back in Portland I know where I’ll spend my hard earned money. Thanks for a safe and secure truck stop.

I love it here. I cant wait to come back.Spacious lot, well lit, the ladies room was clean. Im a bit surprised that its mostly free parking. I really appreciate that so much. I hope it stays that way!I have passed by this place numerous times and I always assumed that it was all paid parking. Im so happy that its not like. 😁

One of few good places to stop,if you aint happy with this place,and not willing to give 5 stars,you are the kind of road queen who can have all the Dks of the world and still not be happy.big parking lot where you need your trucker skills nothing hard,good amenities inside,showers were super clean and comfortable with big towels first time I see,has a deli inside,2nd floor driver lounge,next to the street they have a hotel, movie theater,more deli stuff,full restaurant,barber shop,TV to watch sports,and a 5 star laundry with drop-off service on site,a cross the street their shop and more parking,hand down to this place.like I said before if you aint happy with this place theres something really wrong with you and aint covid

Has everything you can imagine.Showers we’re clean and modern.The truck stop covers 27 acres from what I read and there are several facilities on the lot.Cinema,Laundromat,motel,diner, restaurant,deli,convenience store,and mechanic shop across the street.

Nicest location setup I have seen in awhile. There is an up-to-date truck stop with scales, plenty of showers, a lounge etc.There is also a decent deli.Right next door there is also the Ponderosa Lounge & Grill as well as a Hotel/Inn. If you take the Marine Drive route it is much easier to get to and you have a great view of marinas on the way.Also, just had to go back and use Doggie Wash and it was well worth it. CLEAN, sanitary, WARM with decent water flow. See pics.

Good parking lot for semi truck, very delicious restaurant

I love Jubitz. Its like a secret hidden city within a city. It has everything that a roadway traveler could need or want and it just has this bustling atmosphere that is just really cool. A movie theater, a store, a shower. Just everything to give you a reset and some of the comforts of home while youre out on the road!

Ate in restaurant,great waitstaff,and awesome food. Went to convince store,and great staff there also. Good visit!!😊

I love this place. It’s a great place to reset at because it’s got everything you need. Restaurant, laundry, clean showers, truck wash, plenty of parking, a dog wash and hotel plus extra stuff. The staff is always so nice and helpful.

It was my first time ever to spend a good bit of time here, the halls were clean along with the restrooms. There wasnt much traffic inside, as we wondered the hall, we got to the restaurant, it was a very nice size, all of the waitress and waiter were polite, patient with me trying to figure out what to order. Once finally ordered, the food came out very prompt. We never felt rushed, if it wasnt for the paperwork, we wouldve checked out the bar side, maybe next time!

I had to give this place 5stars. Food was great! Restrooms extremely clean! Amenities galore! I have come to this place a few times over the years but never explored the amenities. This is currently the #1 Truckstop I’ve experienced in the USA. I go everywhere and been to some nice ones. But this one is numero uno in my opinion.

Been to Jubitz off and on for nearly 15 years and EVERY time I get coffee its contaminated with the flavor of hazelnut.🤮 Evidently some people enjoy it but Im not one of them.🤔I was once curious as to if or when they plan do anything about it but after all these years it would seem not.😕I guess its finally time for me to keep my own supply of instant coffee and creamer on hand when I travel.🤔Other than contaminated coffee its a great truck stop, friendly staff and plenty of parking.😁

Very well kept travel center. Excellent restaurants and events on site. Movie theater still closed at hotel but this is a place that is always a must stop.

A decent place to get laundry done or pick up some quick road snacks or drinks.

Would have gave a full five stars. But the lady at the bar front greeting desk flipped out on me. I know its the weekend but you dont have to go crazy on me to tell me there a band playing tonight and that thiers is a restaurant next door if I want food with a adult drink without paying cover charge. She practically yelled at me. Besides the band members didnt even get set up yet. I came here before it was awesome. Next time if you want food and drinks and be with a bartender. Dont come here on the weekend. You will get booted to the restaurant.

Cascade Grill specifically. Everything I have ever ordered here has been over the top delicious & with very generous portions. You will come hungry & leave wanting for nothing. The wait staff is second to none. Great place for dining any time of the day!

Attention all RVers! Did you know that a truck stop can do the RV age discrimination thing and deny your request to park overnight in their parking lot? RV parks, yes. State parks, yes.But a truck stop? Jubitz on Vancouver Way in north Portland just did that to me because my motorhome is older than 15 years. Now I have to come up with a stealth camping location tonight so my dog and I can get some much-needed rest.

Great showers clean restroom friendly customer service also good restaurant inside fair prices nice size parking lot. Good place to rest for the night.

Kind of annoying parking but they have a lot of parking spots, blue beacon on property as well as a great convince store and drivers lounge. The mens restroom on the lower level has been broken and out of order for a really long time. The only two functioning mens toilets are upstairs, through the lounge.

Absolutely fantastic old school truck stop! Huge free lot, huge bar with bands, excellent food at both the deli and restaurant and all kinds of other goodies! Hotel, movie theater and convenience store. Staff were all very pleasant! Best of all almost in the heart of Portland!

This place is at the top of my list of truck stops in the US. It is modern and clean with loads of services. The food is great and the service is great. Nice friendly people working here. There is a movie theater, private service post office and the greatest lubricant, Amsoil, is represented here. Very clean showers and big, heavy, thick towels.

Parking lot sometimes needs garbage picked up. Security Guard is a jerk. Nice Restaurant with Postal Service nearby.

One of the best truck stops I’ve ever been to.

They have nice clean showers for a reasonable price. They also have a room with a big jacuzzi tub. Comes in handy when youre stiff and sore from a long haul.

Its a good truck stop. The restaurant in the main building is good. Everything here is really expensive but I think that is just the area.

As a truck driver I love parking here and doing a reset I take my pillows and sheets and laundry to the girls in the laundromat they take care of that for me I go grab me something to eat whether Im going to have a sandwich right across from the laundromat or I go to the restaurant everythings really convenient here in a great place to relax if you like nachos the half nachos are good enough for one man

One of the best setup stops anywhere. I have to give 4 instead of 5 stars for one reason... Why are all the parking spots blind back? It would have been easy to set it up the other way.

Best place to get a dot physical. Made the appointment, in and out on no time. Dr. Had a great bedside manner, the woman.

It would be nice if it states your policy and procedure for public showers at 6 a.m. after CDL drivers.

I have nothing but respect for this company. My husband is a fuel attendant at this location and instead of sending him home in the current snow storm they provided him a motel room at their motel. Yes it was so he could work, but my husband would have still tried to get there irregardless of their kind, caring, and generous offer. Thats how all businesses should take care of their employees. I appreciate places such as these. I am not a truck driver by trade so i can not justifiably comment in that regard.The place has everything you need if you are traveling and it is convenient, clean and professionally managed I feel.

Dudes! I HIGHLY recommend stopping here plus two major things I liked was the “Showers” which were very clean, and the “Laundromat” also very clean!This truck-stop had a little bit of everything and the staff were quite friendly, though I couldn’t utilize the “cash back” option with my Credit Card. Furthermore there was a damn good “Beer Cooler” along with a wide variety of food and more!

Love this place! Great place to pass thru or enjoy a reset for truckers. Has lots of amenities and entertainment. Fuel, scale, grab n go food, restrooms, and some shower rooms that also have hot tubs! The Ponderosa Lounge has wonderful friendly bartenders like Heidi & live entertainment most weekends. The movie theater has great deals for tickets & food combos and plays 2 movies a few times per day. The restaurant has awesome, hearty, comfort food, and a salad bar. Just a fun place to visit!

The best truck stop in World ...

As a truck driver I am so sick of the male employees at this place. They act so put out when you are getting a shower. Why dont you guys just say were Jubitz. We want to sell you fuel but no traditional perks for you. Its to the point now when Im running routes that return me to Portland multiple days Im just going to stay at a franchise truck stop outside of town to avoid this place.

OTR Driver here. Stayed here, had a delivery about 2 miles away, after I came here to park overnight. Has a good amount of free parking and some reserve pay spots, pay spots are 15.00 bucks and another 15.00 for a more lengthy stay. Showers are 15.00 bucks, they provide one large towel n face rag, you have to give a 10 dollar towels deposit or let them have your keys which are given back to you after you return towels to front desk, they have a sign in shower rm saying to limit your time to 45 minutes for respect to your fellow drivers.. Lol. The place has everything you would need at a truck stop.. Lol... Ponderosa Steak house, Post Office, Fed Ex and UPS boxes mailings, truck supplies, Cinema theatre, and parking friendly spots for the most part are angled some str8 in, bobtail parking spots, etc etc. I didnt see any gallon of milk or half gallon sizes but they could have been sold out. Also has a market grocery store. Not all these amenities are open 24 hrs, but still good amenities. Security watches over things here. Ill definitely stop back, you cant go wrong stopping here, and I find its a safe place to.

Customer service needs improvement.... AlotI would love to call in......again but Im not a huge fan of being hung up on which happened twice when I attempted to contact a superviso. If there is a E-mail address or a direct land line to a manager or a shift lead.

I love the whole concept about the jubitz truck stop. Mind you Ive been doing this since November of 1974. And there are very very very few truck stops around that had the character and integrity of what it means to be a truck stop anymore adjuvant to still at the top of that along with Iowa 80 Boise State stop I dont know if theres any more out for the United States that why will go Street truck stops that care for the truck trucking industry truck drivers and just a hold nature concept of this trucking business. And I remember years ago going in to give it to my dad when I was just riding around in the truck with him hit the spot he knows little kids used to love hanging out with truck drivers and my daddy. And I can certainly appreciate the Jupiter ownership sure staff division that theyve had over the years for this industry my hats off to you. Im about at the end of my truck in journey and thats life,and I have enjoyed this but a lot of fun over the years adjuvants have been a little part of that are you always rolled out the red carpet for truckers from the bottom of my heart thank you.

Wow new girl in Store Dawnie...what an attitude....told me she didnt have to serve me.....all because I told someone whom I thought didnt know where the line was ..she butted in with major attitude...and told me she knows where her people are inline and to back off...nice way to treat your customers Jubitz specially the drivers whom this little attitude wasnt even thought of when some of us started driving...JS

We came here on Mothers Day and had a late lunch early dinner at Cascade Grill. We also visited the convenience store. Everything else was closed being Sunday.

Be warned!! The liberal Karen at the counter of the store who is improperly wearing her mask demands that you wear one or buy one to wear. The security officer who is a zombie with a mask will follow you around like Grady from sanford and son if you dont.So far the one behind the counter is the classic Karen, the over weight version but still a karen

I’ve been to a lot of truckstops they’re probably the worst angry old ladies in there they’re just so not friendly their lanes are always filthy their pumps never work correctly always searching for a DEF pump that works I do my best never to go here this place is a joke

Love everything about this place, employees always have great attitude, they go above and beyond keeping the store clean and organized, and the parking lot tidy. Plus they sell anything you could ever need pretty much. Also- the cinnamon rolls are sooooo frickin good

Not sure what all the hype is about. There was plenty of parking available when I arrived, late morning. All of it blind side backing.Typical urine stench parking lot. Typical truck stop stuff inside. Pricy showers, with 4 people waiting on a shower . The whole reason I drove over from the dumpy Loves, was for a shower.Should a stayed in Troutdale.

This place has Whiskey Honey Jalapeno Wings that r freaking amazing guys and the service is a 10 star

Nice place the only concern I have is all the homeless that are living right outside the fence. We were there 6.5years ago and had our bikes with us and ride all over and at that time it was beautiful there. Its so sad to see how these people have to live. There should be help for them.

1st Visit to Jubitz Truck Service (across street from fuel stop) today. FYI: Ive found a ts service shop that isnt trying to destroy their customers! *Prices were reasonable ($120/hr). ALL employees & managers were VERY accommodating & respectful. They ALL treated me like a client should be treated! Eric that did DOT & repairs was THOROUGH & 100% knows his stuff. James- up front (big kid, short dark hair) was super cool. Hes clearly an asset, & went above and beyond for every person I saw him encounter. One guy (Dave?) was working hard on his last day. Thats rare! Maria & Wade were awesome. Terrific team over there & probably my best shop visit in 8 years running. Ill definitely be back, & certainly recommend them!*Premium PM (+ DOT), Brake Chamber replace, steering box repair, + a couple other things... Cost

I was in the Truck Service center on Wednesday and the Tech said the issue was my evaporated core and was gonna to be approx $1700 to replace if and they could do it till Friday....Thank God I couldnt wait, so I left on Thursday and got it fixed today for $900 and it was the Condensor. I should get my refund of $307 for the wrong diagnosis.

I visit Jubitz alot as a truck driver.Awesome newly remodeled showers, and trucker C Store. Coffee always hot and fresh, great deli near the fuel desk, a little higher priced than most however the food is fantastic!The main building is very nicely decorated and has a great northwestern decor in the restaurant.Great driver accommodation (closed for covid)A theater that is small but a great place to relax.Restaurant is higher priced, limited menu (again covid related) which has affected both menu selection and the prices.Laundry mat, another c store with alcohol available.Cascade lounge is a good place to visit on a Friday or Saturday night. Good music and a good bar selection.

The restaurant had and amazing breakfast

As far as truck stops go, none better. All around good in driver amenities. If youre looking to do something outside the truck stop, youll have to Uber, its not within walking distance of anything non truck related.

So, Unread some reviews on Jubitz Travel Center and even though Portland hates truck drivers and parking is nearly non-existent, the bad reviews I saw didnt deter me.Best decision Ive made about parking in the last month, easily. WHAT A FACILITY!There is plenty of free parking for big rigs but I chose the pay to park option and snagged a spot easily (thanks to broke company drivers). The main facility is VERY clean and the staff was great. Helpful, personable and ready to help as soon as you approach the counter. I remarked that the place was ...smaller than I expected and the lady laughed and pointed over my shoulder to an adjacent facility, which turned out to be more Jubitz...and HOW!Another convenience store which hides a HUGE area that contains a little bistro-type eating facility with a massive main room that has a nail salon and shoe repair shop! SHIE REPAIR!And theres a miniature cinema that has theater-style GREAT reclining seats and forearm rests and shows first run movies! And only SIX BUCKS!I saw the new Pet Sematary. Creepy flic.VERY clean restrooms. TWO great restaurants-the Ponderosa and the Cascade, which is where I had a GREAT Crispy Chicken Alfredo meal with the COLDEST milk Ive ever experienced. That alone was worth the $5 tip I added to my measly $20 tab. And SO much food! Fast service, great wait staff!If youre a driver or in your RV, skip the big chain truck stops/travel centers and find Jubitz!!Its my new fave place in Oregon!

Always hard to find parking spot. But I like the system they made to buy reserve parking.Customer Associates are courteous all the time.Most of the restrooms are clean before sunset.

Ive never been to this truck stop since I started driving a semi in 1995. I wanted to go there after I dropped my loaded trailer to do a 34 hour restart and go enjoy the Japanese and rose gardens and perhaps a nice seafood meal but I was told I could not reserve their reserved parking for a 34 hour restart and then I was told I couldnt leave the property. Sorry but I am not going to be told I have to spend my entire time at a truck stop and I cant go anywhere.

If your needs are legit - this place seems to like to help you get it done putt point you in the right direction.

With Covid-19 and all the Social Distancing making our lives that much more difficult itsSo nice, to be able to get a Hot Shower, and they even offer clean towels and extra time, if you need it.

Best truck stop in portland area full service they have a hotel gift shop laundry theater and 15 dollar team showers and anyone can purchase a shower loves truckstop denied me and my wife a team shower because i didnt have a cdl or a big rig even though im still a professional driver im a medical courier and even showed them my credentials they said our showers are for cdl drivers only i said but im a pro driver and the manager very rudely told me there showers were for one type of pro driver truckers

Whats there to say about this place? One can refill their motor vehicle of choice, get a truck wash or a car wash, stay at a motel, hotel, or whatever else that you want to call it. What is able to access the internet via the wi-fi. One is able to go to the haircut or hair salon place. Then theres quite a lot to do here as well as to go to the mini Mart where one can buy their soft drink, soda, or whatever else that they want to call it. As well as the buyer local newspaper of the local area.

Best Truckstop in the cuntry

It was nice learning that Jubitz is a famous Truck Stop. Its nice learning that it has some great trucking history and that it is still doing well to this day. I look forward to coming back here.
