I stopped by the other night and noticed how kind one of the cashiers were to an elderly couple who were confused about their points for gas she patiently walked outside to help them set up a Mapco app and showed them how to unlock their points Im very happy with the service I received and love that they have the oreo coffee drink cause my wife loves them! Always clean every time I come in. Seems like a great staff
Cheapest gas in the area. Was able to fill up & get back on the road quick.
I lived nearby for 1 1/2 yrs and always found good gas prices but no receipt at pump. Prices inside seemed somewhat high on most things. My usual was the cherry icee when machine worked. Hopefully they have fixed it and pump receipt. Need more registers open at peak times.
So i went and bought a ceasar salad, a chicken sandwich, and a parfait and the salad was old the chicken sandwich had mold on it and the i bit out of it and felt like i was going to puke. I only would give this two starts because the worker was very nice.
I am a DAV, each time I get gas, no paper for receipt. Have to go inside. They tell me everything in world. That the printers not working. I say, sure, bet you ten dollars, its out of paper, end of discussion. No takers jet........
Just went by there and was told by the clerk sitting in front of the door outside smoking a cigarette, “We’re closed until 2:10.” Not very professional. 🙄
Its such a nice store but the prices are ridiculous
The Portland Mapco is a beautiful, heavenly oasis that is the most perfect place in the universe for what I need it for. I dont have internet access at home so I travel up to the Portland Mapco to use their public wifi to work on my graduate course work. They have a great area to work with plug outlets, tables, and chairs. Its quiet, not usually many people in the sitting area, and they dont play the music too loud. Theres a great selection of drinks and snacks. The coffee is excellent. They have a deli with the best damn fried chicken Ive ever had in my life. Ive never had any issues with the staff and they seem nice. Theres lots of nice looking country folk coming in and out of here, no one too sketchy looking. Thank you, Portland Mapco, for being such a sparkling, stellar establishment.
Always understaffed with a young employee base that does not care. (Expect long lines and they will not rush or have any sense of urgency). The store is normally clean but they are often out of what I want. (Like the two for a set price deals). The parking lot is rough, be careful driving in it. Getting out onto the main road came be tricking (if you are going against traffic) but it is at the main (and busiest) intersection in town.
They never have Oreo pudding! I need this Oreo pudding to function in life! They expressed no concerns of my need for this Oreo pudding! I will not return until the Oreo pudding does!
Great variety, nice areas to sit and eat. Clean and lots of gas pumps. And dont forget to use your rewards card for great savings.
Very nice building. The bathroom was out of paper goods, but I was impressed with the facility.
Great service, gas is a bit higher than average.
I was trying get more than 100 gallons of diesel and call ahead and I was told over the phone that price for diesel is 2.64$ a gal but when I get there it was 2.72$ ! Bad management! Double make sure before you go there!
Nice store, nice folks and totally different then the old store that was here.
Filthy place always! Coffee machines never work correctly and they are always under staffed. Prepare to stand in line for 10 min or more!
Friendly store.
I am changing my review because I made a mistake. Even though I did not get a receipt Im sure the total was correct. I am however, perplexed that the cashier said my card was declined but it shows on my bank app that the money was debited from my account.
This is a very put together Mapco with lots of selection. .Prices are good too.
I always go to a mapco for gas, so much so that youd think i would have the card offered to us, but friday morning at an early hour i stopped in and did not have a comfortable experience. There was an older woman running the registers.I walked around and retrieved my items.Proceeded to the counter.Asked if she coukd break a 100 dollar bill. Was ignored completely. As I was standing there, i handed her 30 dollars and requested that whatever was left from said 30 please be put towards the pump my car sat at.She proceeded to do basic math to herself, scanned my items, done the gas, and asked if i wanted what was left back or what?Confused, i reminded her that what was left after cashing out my items please be put towards my gas on my pump. She became mildly angry, assuming it was because she attempted to do the math in her head instead of simply cashing my items out first then taking the change and placing it on the pump as everyone else Ive met in my entire life has done. She finally came to the conclusion that THAT was what she should have done... pushed my items towards me in anger then paused, angrily requested if i would like a bag, angrily bagged the items, then once again angrily shoved my items towards me and in an mad tone told me to have a good day.I understand we all have our days but Ive been all over the united states and have NEVER been as disrespected by anyone as i was by her.I know Im young but i do believe if you want business, it is best not to get rude with customers. That is one mapco i will not return to, at least on any shift this angry elder woman is on.According to an Employee near by at another business that was capable of breaking my 100 dollar bill, a lot of people have started taking their business elsewhere because of this same woman and i cant blame them.
Its a Great place to shop!
Nice friendly environment
Great coffee and trucks can come here, also the sandwich shop is great I had the turkey bacon on Italian bread and it blew away subways junk!!!
Dumb people and some nasty, never give me my 10cents discount, uneducated dumb fs.
The last 9 times I was in there, 8 of them was out of coffee
Service sucks. One line open no matter how many employees...no matter how long the lines are.
Friendly service
Tired of waiting in line 3 registers and one open and 2 people on clock always only one working terrible place if you are in a hurry I suggest the market across the road if you are in a hurry
