Whatever you do 😂 don’t get the mint flavors. They ruined the rest of my bowl lmao, and I usually LOVE mint ice cream. All their stuff is fat free/ sugar free but man… the mint yogurt ain’t it.

You need to stop by TartBerry just for the decor! It was bright, cheery, airy, open, and fun and there were inspirational quotes everywhere on the walls. Such a fun place to eat and work.On top of that, there were so many toppings! Ive never seen so many options in terms of type of boba toppings, fruit, pretzels, candy, mochi, cheesecake bites, and more.Service was quick and great. I was surprised that it was empty around 9pm on a Monday--Id imagined it would be the place to hangout in downtown Portland for high schoolers or college students due to the decor.

This place was my go to spot a while ago, not sure why the quality went bad so fast. Went from being a clean, welcoming environment and yummy froyo to dirty and hostile and gross. Definitely won’t be coming back anymore. Yogurt tasted like it went bad, a lot of the toppings were stale or had other toppings mixed in with it. Everything I touched was sticky and had flies everywhere!!

This place has a great atmosphere and a really cool vibe :-) You can dispense your own yogurt but an employee will help you with toppings due to COVID. The employees (the young woman working at closing on Friday) are really friendly, me and my friends got stuck in traffic and ended up arriving 5 minutes before closing and she still let us come in. We really appreciated it because it was my friends birthday ❤️ we didn’t get her name, but we really appreciated how fun and friendly she was. We love this spot

This business has had multiple employees quit their jobs due to disrespect from management and i think that’s something for any patron to consider before deciding to support this place.instead of having proper, mature conversation about issues within the work environment the management instead decides to make public, juvenile posts on the restaurants facebook. that is ridiculous behavior coming from anyone, but it is especially disheartening to see coming from someone in that position, as it creates a toxic and unprofessional work environment.do better.

This Is honestly the best frozen yogurt place I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot ! Super friendly workers and so many delicious options of frozen yogurt and toppings. Also I love their rewards program if you make a purchase 6 times, you get one free cup. Super chill and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy your treat in too! I love all of the quotes they have on display on the tables and walls.

Tasty but deceptively spendy! Not just us either, the people behind us were commenting that it was more expensive than they thought it would be. For example for 5 people with the smallest cup size and one waffle cone it was $46.50. Very yummy but more than Id pay for fro yo!! 😄 I love the bobas on mine!

Everyone has said what Im thinking. Great flavors, more toppings than you can imagine, smoothie options, friendly staff, clean place.. I dont expect after as many good reviews as they have for mine to give you a different perspective, but believe me when I say this is the best froyo place in town. At least with the model. I enjoy a few others for their unique approach, but when you want to fill a cup yourself with good froyo and whatever toppings youre craving, this is the place to be. My only complaint is their coffee is from k-cups and is extremely hot, which is off-putting for me because I have to let it cool.

Unabashedly joyful, with REALLY good Froyo. The guy behind the counter was just as pleasant as the surroundings. I felt happier having come in. Plus... There are 5 different kinds of boba, AND chocolate gummy bears!

Ice Cream flavor options are superb, and the toppings are genuine. (Oreo cookies are actual Oreo etc). Place is clean and the atmosphere is a pop-vibe.

If you like FroYo, and who doesnt, then you will absolutely love this place. They have such a huge variety to choose from. Kinda pricey, but worth it.

I liked this place, but there was a lot going on. Almost too many choices for me. Figuring out where the flavors are labeled seemed to take everyone a few minutes. They are in frames hung about a foot or a little less above the machines. 2 samples are I closed, which was nice. There are hundreds of toppings to choose from. I thought I saw all of them, but then I turned around and there were more. Then I thought i was done and found even more toppings. So. Many. Toppings. I should have looked over all of the toppings first and then chosen my yogurt because I would have made something different. I cant remember if I could see the walls at all through all of the signs and decor they had. It was quaint though. They had paper and pens to write little positive notes, which was fun.

Though this isnt my favorite frozen yoghurt hole-in-the-wall, I still enjoy it tremendously. The selections changes regularly so that I can always get new tastes but they keep the most popular flavors for consistency. Theres an awesome selection of toppings, my only two wishes are that the yoghurt was a bit creamier instead of slightly slushy so that there was a smoother feel to it and that some of the flavors were a little tastier. Other than that its a great place to be.

My absolute favorite one in Portland, when everything is fresh/made/out. That CAN be hit or miss tho, hence why only the 4 🌟When it IS all stocked, you WILL NOT be disappointed like you may be, at other ones. If you like to look at lots and lots of signs, this is the place for you. Serious signage overload. The one vegan flavor they had was quite alright, nothing especially amazing, but nothing wrong with it. If I was really in the mood for something cold and decently tasty Id go back, but not out of my way.

Doesnt have a wide variety of flavors, but has lots of toppings! If you want to go all out on toppings, this is the place for you. It has endless numbers of toppings. If you are new to the city, this is a great dessert place for your family.

Great little establishment with large selection of frozen yogurt flavors and even more toppings to choose from. The flavors appear to rotate every week or so but I could be mistaken on the frequency. They offer sample cups to try flavors before committing and have split cups so you can separate flavors/toppings in a single cup, which is standard fare for most places like this. Pay based on weight of what you pile on - usually ends up being fairly inexpensive for how much you get.

TartBerry is one of the better froyo places in Portland if not the best. TONS of toppings and at least two vegan flavors. Plus the decor is super fun. Theyve added boba tea to the menu but I have not tried it.

I’m in Portland for a few weeks and I happened upon this shop. I love froyo and I’m picky about ingredients and taste and this place is by far my favorite, ever! I’ve been here everyday since I found it and will come everyday I’m here. Fun, lots of heart, reasonably priced, fantastic!

They have low-fat, no added sugar, and vegan options. I like their skinny-minnie chocolate amaretto flavor with coffee jellies.

Really cute yogurt shop - theres a lot of flavors to choose from but its the insane toppings bar that makes this place awesome. SO MANY CHOICES! The kid that worked there was really friendl and let me sample any yogurt flavor. Loved the decor and that its a cool local business I can support.

I like ice cream and I particularly enjoy gelato. The gelato here was smooth but not very creamy. There is a huge variety of flavors and most of them are pretty great. I think the focus here is on flavors rather than being super unique. That being said the salted caramel, which is a staple here, was a bit too strong and was more of a burnt caramel flavor. Bonus: they give your dog treats.

Poor management

I love Tartberry. They always have at least one vegan option and one sugar free/low sugar option, so you can bring anyone here. Also, they have the most toppings of any yogurt shop Ive ever seen! I only knocked off one star because they are weirdly stingy about their sample cups. Im not a sampler and just pick a flavor, but I dont get limiting patrons to two tastes when there are several more flavors.

One of the coolest froyo spots around. Flavor selection is average, but the toppings and atmosphere are totally rad! This is your standard self serve, where you can build it all your way, unlike some of the other Portland spots. Enjoy!

Perhaps the best fro-yo place I have been too. (and I have been to alot :) The decor was very creative, and I was surprised by how many options they had for toppings. You could also get your fro-yo turned into a smoothly. Very tasty! However, they only gave me 2 sample cups, so it was hard to make a choice...

A fun place to go. You fill your cup with frozen custard/yogurt and as many toppings as you want. Then you pay based on weight.

When your employees dont understand the menu, that is a problem. Outside the door, it says they can help if you have gluten sensitivity but there is not staff equipped with the knowledge to help you.Sign inside says all soft serve product are gluten free unless noted on the flavor sign yet she says this means they have gluten except the sorbets.

Unique and tasty flavors, but dont get any of the fruit toppings late at night. I got a maraschino cherry that tasted like candle wax. Also a bit spendy.

Favorite downtown froyo place! They have the toppings you want, the toppings you didnt know you wanted and, besides all the usual hits, they have this low calorie nice nice option for us health nuts.

Probably the happiest place in downtown Portland. It also has the best froyo+toppings selection in town, but thats almost secondary. Make sure you leave your own special mark on the place!

Also, they literally don’t say a word to us throughout the entire experience. Horrible service from rude employees! Won’t be back at this point, not worth the consistently uncomfortable experience for $15+ froyo for two people. Bummer since the froyo is great quality... alas

Best topping selection of any froyo place Ive been to. Fresh waffles? Wasabi peas? You got it. Great yogurt flavors too, and nice comfy chairs to sit in. Gets a bit crowded on summer evenings.

Your choices are plain, chocolate, almond, and mixed berries. Lacking in variety frequently, but not when it comes to toppings. They have everything from fruit to coco pebbles to throw on top of your low fat dessert.

Love all the decor and toppings. More than 100! The staff were nice. Customers could write messages on little square pieces of paper for future visitors.

This is Portland Oregon, isnt it? I would say the Coffee Capitol. It seems really odd there isnt Coffee flavored yogurt available here. It seems like its been months since they last had Coffee yogurt. Maybe Ill come back here if Coffee shows up. Other Yogurt stores I visit almost always have Coffee yogurt so at least I can find it.
