I found Champion Windows through an online search. Champion has a smaller footprint in my area (Pacific Northwest), but displayed a well organized and clear online presence. I scheduled an in-home quote the same week. When the sales rep came to the house the whole process was very simple and straight forward.I appreciated the professionalism and preparedness Cory took in the presentation. My family looks forward to completing this installation, especially if the rest of the process goes as smoothly as the initial meeting.

Like a sleazy car salesperson, but in your house.Salesperson wanted 2.5 hours for the visit, even though checking the existing windows and listening to me took only 20 minutes. He wanted most of my time to demo his wares, make his pitch, and produce a quote. Wanted me to wait while he produced a quote. Refused to email or mail quote later.Stated that I should decide on the purchase immediately once the quote was ready. Also wanted to know whether Id be financing.

We had windows installed a few years ago. My husband wouldnt allow me to complain but I must share now that from the outside, our windows and slider look like absolute garbage. They used so much silicon to seal them in that it oozes everywhere around the frames. It looks so unprofessional. I wanted to cry after they were done but I wasnt allowed. Now I am saying, I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere.

Windows are of excellent quality.Installation was done very well.The only problem was a scheduling foul up.Installer was double booked on the second day of the process, so we had to wait over the weekend to get the job completed.

I purchased windows from Champion in 2009 and have been very happy with the product and the service...until this year. They offer a lifetime guarantee that any window damage will be repaired, and I have had them replace one of my windows that lost its double pane seal and got hazy.In March of this year I noticed a similar problem with my kitchen window and called in to have it replaced. They gave me an estimate of 6 to 8 weeks due to difficulty getting the right materials.In July I called to check on the repair and Joe, who had been my contact there, told me that the replacement had mistakenly not been ordered! He said it would take another 6 to 8 weeks. At the same time I told him that I. needed to add another window to the order as I had discovered the bedroom window had also fogged between panes. He said no problem, hes just repair that with local materials whatever that means. He also said that because of the screw up he would waive the 99.00 visit fee they charge.So now its late September and Ive heard nothing. I have texted Joe but gotten no response. This has been a problem all along; his mailbox has been full; the phone line hasnt been active; or just plain no response to my inquiries.I am at a loss as to what to do...I guess I could file a complaint with the BBB but have not decided yet. At any rate, Ive been very disappointed with the response from this company in this situation.

Champion windows so far has been amazing to work with & has helped us every step of the way to get our homes windows & doors updated to our liking. Our rep Molly was very nice, informative, & made the process stress free where we didnt feel like we were being forced into things we didnt want (Our interactions with Molly was one of the main things that sealed the deal for us going with Champion compared to others we got estimates from). Molly Baum, a representative from Champion Windows, came to my house, to look at my home improvement project. I wanted to replace all of the windows in this aging house, but had 3 that needed immediate replacement.She showed me all of the options available, then helped me make the best choice for my budget. I never felt pressured to upgrade to more expensive windows, and never felt pressured to purchase more windows than I wanted, nor pressured to “buy right now”.When the day came for installation, I was nervous. Worried about the installers damaging parts of my walls or siding. Worried about a big mess that I would have to clean up.It turned out, I had nothing to worry about.The 2 gentlemen that did the installation were absolutely amazing. Replaced 3 windows in 3 1/2 hours. No damage, no mess. They took extra care in everything they did.I’m so impressed with Champion Windows & their employees, that I called Molly and ordered 5 more windows. 😊

From start to finish the Champion team was exceptional. From Molly, who evaluated our needs and got us the best price, to Mike and Dustin who were professional, efficient and provided a quality installation. We had to reschedule a few times. Life happens. They rescheduled with us over the phone for Saturday, the 15th, at 5pm. (Today)We got the entire house ready, and no one has shown up. It’s currently 5:40. And the business is closed on weekends, therefore unavailable for phone calls? Very frustrated.

We had 2 guys (Andrew and Scott) who came to our home to do the window demonstration seemed like the windows would be good quality so we signed a contract to install 10 windows. Looked on here google reviews looks like everyone has good luck with the windows but bad reviews for customer service.. Asked the guy (Joe) who was doing final measurements and told him we were not real happy about customer service reviews he said those people were most likely calling the Customer service line. Everyone we service would call me directly I always leave my card well he did not leave a card when he left... Then when he was here he stated we had some dry rot that will needs to be repaired before windows are installed which is fine we asked could you email us a report where you see dry rot so we have some idea he said sure I can do that well he has never done that either and that was 3 weeks ago.. getting a bad feeling we will have issues and the windows are not installed yet...Tim & Connie Faist

I inquired for windows online and within a day had an appointment for an estimate. The sales rep was on time and quick to review the products thoroughly. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and I felt he was honest and straightforward. The windows were installed this week and they look amazing. Their team was on time and on schedule with the 4-6 week installation window. I would highly recommend Champion.

We had 4 upstairs windows replaced with Champion double hung windows, the installation was smooth and quick. Jarrett did an amazing sales job and were extremely happy with the results!

The new roofing quote was based on precise aerial home roof measurements done prior to our first appointment. This saved a lot of time and was more accurate than what was available from other roofing companies.The roofers used the same high quality products stated on the contract and in the printed materials they provided to me on the roofing system.The roofers had excellent training on how to correctly install roofing materials.I felt listened to and respected throughout the process. They made sure that we were satisfied with the job before they called it finished.My yard was in full bloom. I was amazed and thankful that the roofers did minimal damage to my landscaping.Our house looks great with this new roof! The new gutters look great, too!Champion has an excellent management team. I would not hesitate to use them again on another home improvement project.

Good value

We had Champion replace all our single-pane windows and doors. Everyone we worked with, from our sales rep (Ryan), to the division manager (Jared), to our installer (Travis), to the woman scheduling service calls (Victoria), to the folks who came out and answered service calls, Champion has shown great response time and everyone has been super friendly and helpful. They really have come out to fix everything from a scratched window to a broken screen with no questions asked and fantastic customer service.However, the windows themselves were a bit disappointing. The glass is fantastic and has a lovely shaded green tint that really brightens the view and dims direct sunlight, however, one of our windows was delivered with a large crack across the entire pane, and another had four 1-inch etches. Both were immediately replaced by the company, but it was a bummer from an install timeline standpoint. Additionally, the only screens they offer are fairly dark and chunky (hindering the view through that beautiful glass), and the thick craftsman style vinyl frames look cheaply made (thick unblended seams and uneven corner joints). While the glass keeps most windows in the top tier of energy efficiency, I cant say I love that the thick frames obstructing an extra inch of possible glass around the perimeter.5+ stars for customer service and warranty. But I cant say I would rate the product itself so highly. A lower profile frame and screen would go a long way for me - our windows are large, so its not really a big deal, but if we had smaller windows I would be incredibly disappointed.

We have a beautiful new sliding glass door and five new windows. The difference is heat loss/cool air is amazing. Well worth it. Our sliding glass door and the screen are top notch! Functionality of the windows to take out and clean could not be any easier!

Working with Michael at Champion was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable and the consumate professional. The installers were efficient, the admin staff was responsive ans flexible. After a month or so we had a small issue with one of the windows and they were out the next day to take care of it. All around positive experience.

Champion is just getting done enclosing our patio. Working with them has been a pleasure, and the product looks great. I especially appreciate that they arranged for me to work with their electrician to have some extra work done for me. And their electrical contractor, Orient Electric, was great to work with too.

Champion Windows really showed itself to be company committed to integrity. In my case, Champion sold me a window, that was a very nice 3 panel picture window for the living room, but was not designed for sound reduction, which was my main reason for buying the window. Although the sales rep thought their windows would provide substantial sound reduction, Champion windows are designed more for energy efficiency. I utlimately learned that residential sound reduction windows involve a very different technology and are easily two to three times more expense. After installation I explained the issue with Champion Windows and after trying to see if they could upgrade the window for better sound reduction, ultimately gave me a full refund so I could go and purchase the sound reduction window I need from another manufacturer. It said a lot about Champion for their willingness to acknowledge the error and timely resolve it.

Your company put in window

Use a different company nothing but lies and bs. Tell you they will fix things make sure your satisfied. Second they get your money the issues and problems begin. Installer was fantastic but he’s a subcontractor. Champion windows of Portland sales team and management are atrocious. Installers were great!

They are not honoring their free window cleaner for life promise... im very bothered by this because I spent $18,00.00 for windows and was promised this... NOT HAPPY by the receptionist who was rude, condescending and abrupt...I WILL get a hold of their home base on this! I would be aware of Champion Windows now if I was in the market for new windows

I was extremely happy with the professional way they did the job. I am so happy with my Windows and would recommend them to friends.

Do your research and consider any company other than Champion. We were misled and told story after story, excuse after excuse. We also heard, after finally talking to a manager that nearly the entire staff was new so of course, it wasnt any of their faults. In the end I have beautiful new windows but getting to this point was stressful. They wont stand by their word and will throw lots of smoke and mirrors at you. It shouldnt take 12 weeks after order was placed to have windows installed and if it does, it should have been done right the first time. Im on week 13 and still waiting. Disappointing to say the least.

Rang our bell 5-8 times. Im on a phone call regarding employment, dog barking and they wont stop ringing the bell only setting the dog off MORE! I get there to a woman who starts to step into my home and taps on our windows saying it looks like you could use an updated look. Are you kidding me?! Who are you in your plain street clothes with no booklet or pamphlet of services. Creepy af.Ironically, our community has contractors that are about to do some concrete road work, and have been by today spraying the ground and marking areas to work on. So, when she started her SOLICITING rant by saying they were going to be out in this area soon doing work and pointing to ground. I thought she was letting us know information about parking or our driveway. So, I asked how long it would take and what they were doing and she just starts some shrill thing about trying to sell me windows. Very confusing, and I thought about going for the pepper spray bc it felt like a scam or unsafe, she literally wouldnt back up even an inch to let me step outside and talk to her. I felt weird, and after telling her *while pointing to the sign* THREE TIMES no soliciting at this address and that the homeowner wasnt even home to discuss anything, she STILL.JUST.STOOD.THERE. on my porch staring at me. I had to tell her to leave. How dare she. Id never use this company just from watching this truck in my neighborhood bother people. This community has a no soliciting rule posted outside and online, and if they cant find that out before knocking on doors, disrupting people how could I trust them with something so vital to my home and why would I when I support local and NE PDX isnt local to me.

Get it through your head: Americans dont like being bothered by strangers at home. Your salesmen knocked loud enough to cause a stampede while our babies were sleeping, and then went on to talk in a very loud voice even when told we were not interested and the babies were sleeping.

Couldnt even get them to respond to a request for an estimate to be done. Sad.
