This locally owned and operated glass shop is great! They are prompt and very reasonable. They will anything to size, or install the piece for you if youd rather have a professional do it.

We threw these guys a huge curveball...Old building, old glass dimensions, new safety requirements, window at height, and needed tint as well. Everyone we talked to turned us down. Ian and his gang, tackled the challenge and provided a good looking outcome that matched our existing windows and tint. If you have a challenge, these are your folks!

We highly recommend this local business. We used them last year to put in a commercial door- they were fast, accurate with their bid and made a free follow up visit when I was having trouble with another lock.Just last week, we thought of them for a beautiful old cabinet door that needed a vintage pane cut to fit. Another company said they wouldn’t cut the glass because it was too thick. Entrance Door & Glass did it the same day and didn’t even charge us!Love this company!

These guys are awesome!I had a 6 foot long 4 foot wide mirror (without a frame) I broke the edge off of.I walked in without an appointment and the guys took care of it, had me in and out in 15min.For any of my glass needs I will be only dealing with these guys.

We had a terrific experience with Adam. We needed an exact measurement to fit an old frame and Adam was very helpful. He asked a series of questions and then quickly cut the glass for us. It fit perfectly. We will always use Entrance Door & Glass Co. for all of our glass needs!

Very good service! They gave me a quote over the phone, I went in and had my glass cut in under 5 minutes (for a small picture frame). They’ve got many options for thickness and sizing and will get your glass needs met!

Great place! I have had 2 small jobs done there now: A few panes of glass (two frosted): my wife went over, they were friendly taking the order. Seeing that we were working ourselves to do some home repair, they were very helpful making sure we were getting the right glass for the job, . The other time was about a year later, I needed a couple small pieces of glass cut down. I stopped in and Adam did it right there on the spot for me! Perfect cuts and wrapped up much nicer than the way I brought it in. I recommend them highly, great service (like you rarely see) and good value.

Over the last few years I have used Entrance Door & Glass on several occasions to replace glass in picture frames and mirrors and for a new table top. Most recently, they cut down a larger piece of glass to suit a new purpose. In this case, the work was done while I waited (without my asking), which was a great convenience. Although most of their focus is on bigger jobs such as windows, patio doors, and shower doors, they give the same degree of care to small jobs such as mine. I cannot recommend these folks enough.

BEST service and staff. I wish there were more places like this! I called about getting a mirror cut and they said they could do it in 5 minutes while I wait. When I got there, I was greeted by a friendly staff who were accommodating and generous. Cant recommend this place enough, will absolutely go there again.

Super helpful crew. I called in and talked to Adam about getting a customer supplied mirror cut down to a size that worked for the clients needs. He was quick to say he could help and clear with the disclaimers. I came in a few hours later and they cut our mirror for a very reasonable price and we were in and out and on our way for install. They took my old mirror and cut it fit a new frame. The work done was excellent, timely and affordable. Very friendly service.

Very positive experience with this business. I had bought a piece of glass to repair a window in my house but I did not measure correctly. I realized this a month later so I called to asked if they could cut off a little bit on the width of the glass. They did this at no charge. I recommend them not just for this but for their friendly demeanor.

I am moving to a less expensive place due to being laid off and was worried I would lose my security deposit because of the door. Worry no more! Its nice to know that you can count on this neighborhood store to be so neighborly.

Went in to get window panes cut down that I just got from Lowe’s and they took care of it for free!I also got a couple sheets of glass cut for the scary sharp cutting method last year and they were great and very reasonably priced!

Original post belowIve had two great experiences with Entrance Door & Glass Co. I had one negative experience that Ian more than made up for. As always in life, its not that something goes a little off - because thats going to happen - its how people deal with it. Ian couldnt have been better. Nice to deal with a local company that gets it right.Good service when I went the first time. Very frustrating that they sometimes close before posted hours, especially when you plan an afternoon around running an errand there. Show up and it’s closed early.

The staff here went above and beyond while helping me with my screen door project. Great service - I’ll be going back!

So we hired this company to install a new entrance door glass.They came out and replaced our entrance door with a new piece of 22x28 clear laminated safety glass. parts total. $95.00.Then charged 312.50 for service call & labor.Fast forward 1 year & four months the glass has slid down in it frame, called to what they could do about the quality of their labor.Their reply was sorry we only warranty their work for 30 days.If we would like us to repair our poor quality work we need to charge you another $189.00.No thank You I will give my money to someone else.I do not recommend this company for their poor quality of work and unwillingness to correct the issue.

Great company to work with. Had an issue with our panic bar not locking on an exit door and they made it out same day to get the problem resolved. It’s hard enough these days to get people out same day, so this was a welcomed surprise and everyone we dealt with were very friendly.

Other places I called wanted to charge me 250 for the same thing that Ian did for 50 dollars and without the attitude. Really nice go to local businesses that treats people well and does a great job. The way togo if want to save yourself a hassle. Well done Ian!

Very helpful at first when I placed the call. After scheduling service to be done I then received a call back from Entrance Door & Glass and they said they were unwilling to do work for us due to a slow payment in the past. I offered to pay upfront or immediately after work was done and they were still unwilling to provide us service. They could not provide an example of what property they worked on and they just said they are not willing to provide our company service.

2nd time they’ve helped me with repairing older doors for our tenants, quick and friendly service, would highly recommend!

My business front door glass was broken at 2 in the morning. Another company promised to fix it ASAP. 12 hours after I made the call they said they could not do it.I called 3 other glass companies. Nobody had the special laminated glass in stock.Everybody said 3 to 5 days. I got a hold of Entrance Door & Glass at 3pm. The had the glass in stock. By 3:30 the were at my store & measured the glass. Half an hour later the glass showed up. At 4:30 they were done...$40.00 less than anybody else quoted me.These guys are Rock Stars!

Shop local! This is the neighborhood shop that does everything glass related. I run a design/build firm and have used them for everything from replacing single window panes to the conference room glass for the Portland Pinterest office. Good people, service, pricing and location.

I called Entrance Door to repair a retail storefront door literally blown out during a windstorm. Their dispatcher was friendly and honest about anticipated expenses, the repairman came out earlier than expected, repaired the door in a very timely manner, saving me money. It was a great experience all the way around.

We had worked with another vendor (large chain company) who apparently wasnt able to meet our needs (fix the squeak - what do you not understand about that statement?). We called Entrance Door & Glass Co. and the guy they out not only was pleasant, but he fixed the (loud) squeak/creak on our front door and at a reasonable price. Go with local whenever you can!
