This guy made the effort to come take measurements of all my R/Os, said hed respond that day with some examples of what I was looking for. Never got them. A week went by, got him on the phone and he said hed send the photos along.. never did. Weeks went by and I called and called and his answering service just kept acting like they didnt know, saying theyd relay the message. Finally got Billy on the phone again and he flat out said Oh! I forgot all about you! (at least hes honest) Ill go ahead and send those pictures over soon as I finish pay roll. Ill let you guess what happened next.. thats right, no response. I placed the order through Marvin and they are total pros. Life is short; time is all we really have and this guy wasted a significant amount of mine. Take your business elsewhere.

I live over by Brunos in Portland. I got a couple quotes and MW&D were the cheapest so I went with them. They were very responsive with email, calling, and with getting the estimate to me. The process took awhile, but they were clear about how long the process was going to take from the start. When they got into my wall to install the bathroom window there were a few complications because of the age of my house. The guy talked with me about it, told me what he thought I should do based on what he saw. I told him I wanted something else. He clearly explained to me the risks of the approach I wanted. I still said I wanted it done that way and he went ahead and did it the way I wanted. Honest. Professional. Fair pricing. Five stars all around.

He could have told me that he didnt want the job when he showed up and measured but instead never sent me the estimate and didnt respond to two messages I sent on their site asking for it.

Our whole experience with Billy was great. The estimate was provided shortly after the inspection and windows were very well priced. Installation was quick and painless. It was a pleasure to do business with Billy and we look forward to doing more windows in the future.

I called them, and they were able to answer all my questions and email me a quote for the windows I wanted that afternoon. They gave me the names 3 contractors to install the new windows. I ended up saving over $2,000 from the estimates I received from other window companies. Thank you MWD!
