Portland has the two best drum stores in the world. Every day I get to visit Revival is a good day amazing staff, excellent selection, plenty of “easter egg” bargains. Love this joint.

Those guys can go deep into the drum talk, my partner got in to the deep pieces and parts and I didnt understand a word, and he was very pleased.

Pros: Instructional drum clinics, lots of cool historical drums and some percussion. Great customer service! Cons: (parking is a bit of a challenge)

Living in Louisville KY (2300 miles away) I wanted to get a drum kit for my 10 year old niece who lives in Portland. I also wanted to ensure quality of the kit as well as I play drums myself. After making some calls I eventually got in touch with Keary at Revival Drum Shop. He knew exactly what I was looking for and put together a nice kit for my niece at a very fair price. She picked it up the following day and Ryan at the store helped them out. The Revival Drum Shop made the whole situation very easy and really know their stuff. Thanks Revival for all your help.

Ive been drumming for 24 years and this is by far the greatest drum shop Ive ever been to. We worked with Kerry. His enthusiasm is incredible. They have a great selection of EVERYTHING. New and used. Prices are perfect and they have a whole shop where they can fix probably everything.I needed a new crash and ride. I sat at a kit and Kerry A/B tested all the options. I ended up with everything I needed and couldnt be happier. Im looking forward to returning and giving them all my money!

Such a cool drum shop. They have a ton of cool vintage drums, cymbals, kits, hardware, sticks, and auxiliary percussion stuff that I dont think I have found anywhere else. Everyone that works there is super cool, helpful and really knows their stuff! They put on a ton of clinics, host lessons and are super involved in the community and love helping out. I always stop by when I can, and am sooooo pleased with the World Max 14x7 Brass Snare that they helped me pick out a while back!

Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable staff that always make you feel welcome to test anything out. Unbelievable selection of vintage drums in like-new condition. I honestly dont know where they find this stuff.

Great place, with an awesome staff. Very informative about all of their gear and also, vintage kits galore! Need any auxiliary percussion, this is your place to go! From pedals to cymbal stands, to glockenspiels and tambourines! Great place, would definitely recommend. They have the cheapest drum heads and sticks as well!

If you are a drum kit fan, this shop deserves a visit. Not huge but vintage kits and pedals, some very unique Hi-hat, cymbal, and bell offerings. Not much in the way of hand drums, but if you are a kit player, stop in!

Could not agree more with the rave reviews already posted. Great selection of classic vintage drums, and drum-related paraphernalia, some to buy, some just to look at and enjoy. These guys are the pros from Dover, and Jose is just a great guy. Well continue to stop in and buy here. You should too.

This place is easily the coolest drum shop Ive ever been to! Part drum shop and part museum, I could have spent a half a day in there! The best selection of vintage drums anywhere. The staff is awesome; knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly... which is the elusive music store employee hat trick! I walked in for the first time a couple weeks ago, a total stranger and Jose, the owner, acknowledged me as soon as I stepped through the door as if I was a regular customer, he gave me a quick tour and asked how he could help me. They had everything I needed in stock, including my sticks which everyone else has to special order. This place has a very personal touch that you wont find at any other drum shop in the NW.
