Julie helped find a font that was close to what my client wanted

I had a simple order (name in a script font) but nonetheless, Julie went through the proof mock up process very thoroughly and completed everything quickly. Its so great that shes extremely flexible and very easy to communicate with

We had a really good experience with Kaleidoscope Design. We received our items when we were told theyd be ready. Even when Julie couldnt find a specific font, she matched as closely as possible - and it looks great! We are very pleased with her merchandise and her craft.

Our first order with Julie was a small run with a tight deadline and some pretty intricate stitching. Julie prepared proofs, made adjustments and delivered a great looking final product ... even working the weekend to get it done. Commitment and attention to detail like this is hard to find. Worst embroidery experience ever!!! Prices were extremely high. I had a rush job, so I had no choice. Shes not very good at communicating. Told her I was sending someone to pick up my goods and that theyd call her when theyre outside. My assistant shows up and says that shes not picking up. I call her up and ask why shes not picking up the phone and she says Im not answering any numbers I dont know. It ended up not being worth interacting with her and the high prices were not worth it. She charges high prices but then doesnt produce quickly enough. I had to tell her to stop embroidering my stuff and that Id just find someone else.

I have never had better customer service. The owner (Julie) really cares and goes out of her way to fill your needs and wants. I cant say enough good stuff for this business.

Julie is amazing to work with! Highly recommend her. She is quick, very reasonable and does a terrific job with whatever I need done.

Julie is a professional. I have been working with her for years and cant believe the bad reviews posted. She is never too busy to work with her clients. (Some people cant be happy no matter what hoops you jump through for them!)Sharing a brain is what we call it.
