I called looking for wheel studs that come out of an axle flange for a Jeep I needed longer than stock i gave the guy everything he needed to know (knurl size thread pitch length) so he would have full knowledge of what I was trying to achieve and he wanted to sell me allthread he said he can get in 3 sections i tried to explain again what I was looking for he had NO CLUE dont waste your time with these people I even called back to give him a second chance still NO CLUE

They say they are open but they are NOT. Wasted my precious time. They are scared of covid so will not let you in.

What fantastic customer service! Im not even a commercial customer and they took the time to respond to me on a $5 will-call order the same day I requested the parts. If I ever need to buy any real quantity, this will absolutely be my first call.

They are great knowledgeable staff, super friendly. You can buy any quantity you like. They have a ton of stock so most likely they will have it there. The lady that worked with me was very nice. Will definitely be going back .

Dont bother with Home Depot. These guys are super friendly and easy to talk to. You can buy any quantity, and they have a huge selection. I dont buy nuts or bolts often, but Ill buy them here from now on when I do.
