We just had Brian at our house to repair our garage door and he did a fantastic job! Its now opening and closing smoother and quieter than it ever has! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I will request him personally if we ever need service again. I highly recommend! He even did everything he could to make sure nothing hit my Corvette that was stuck in the garage until we could get the door open and move it out of his way!

They accessed my issue, gave my a price and scheduled me for the next day. Ken was my tech and he did a great job. He was polite and professional. He review the product, what he did, all the charges and what I should be doing for regular maintenance going forward. Thank you Ken for a job well done and a fair price! I shared with Ken that their company was the only one who was able to get me a quote and schedule me all in one call. All the others either charged just to have a technician come out and the ones who quoted were way over priced! I will use and recommend Larry Myers Garage Doors to my friends, family, and neighbors!

I work swing shift and came home from work around 11pm. As I was closing the garage door behind me, I heard a pop and then the garage door dropped like a rock. It was a Friday night during a massive heat wave. I called Larry Myers the next morning (Saturday) at around 10:30 AM assuming I would have to set up an appointment on Monday or something. Nope. Larry answered right away and sent out Brian, one of his technicians. I can’t believe this, but Brian came out, replaced the spring, and tuned some other things up right away. He was gone before noon. Impressive! I thought the price was reasonable as well. I actually called Larry back to thank him. He appreciates that btw.

Our garage door broke, and this is our first home so we had no idea what was wrong or who to call. I spoke with a receptionist at Larry Myer, and she was able to diagnose the issue (broken spring)and give me an estimate over the phone, and get us scheduled within two days! The repair technician was on time for the appointment, wore a mask the whole time, and finished quickly. I was really impressed with Larry Myers professionalism, price, and overall experience. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Very bad customer services . Charged us for a new garage door but installation was lousy. The rubber he put did not cover the entire door and mouses coming in house through the garage. We called to report it and Larry wanted to charge us for it. I wouldn’t recommend these guys .

Purchased a new 16x7 garage door with windows and the whole process went well. Prices competitive. I had noticed some noise in the door after about 2 weeks and they came right out to make adjustments. Appreciate the good service. I can recommend this business.

Great Experience! I had my garage door extension spring snap. Found their number and gave them a call at 10AM, asked if they could quote me for a spring replacement. They gave me a fair quote and informed me they could be out tomorrow morning between 9:00 - 11:00 AM. Tech called to inform me he was 10 mins out and showed up at 9:10. He was super nice, informative and did the repair quickly. He also lubed the door and tightened my chain. Highly recommend

These guys were great from beginning to end during the process of adding an additional door to my shop. I wanted to exactly replicate an existing door in style and dimension. Larry came to personally inspect and measure my existing door in order to make sure the exact one was ordered. His quote was the best I had received and once I gave the go ahead, the door was ordered. It arrived on time and the installation date never changed. His guys arrived on the scheduled day and had the door installed very quickly, and did a very nice job of it. Once it came time to settle the bill, I found it was exactly as estimated, to the cent, and absolutely no surprises or add-ons. I found the office staff to be just as courteous and professional, always returning my calls and happy to answer my questions.A very good experience from start to finish with these guys. Larry Myers Garage Doors provides fabulous service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with garage door trouble.I needed help getting my old garage door up and running after a renovation, and had done some work myself. I knew when to call the experts, and I’m so glad I did!I wasn’t in a hurry, but the great scheduler was still able to send someone the next day. And in just an hour, the serviceman leveled my door, adjusted the main bar, realigned the tension wheels and tightened the springs. I was astounded that it was just a one-hour charge and my door was rolling smoothly.I’ll call again if I ever need help with that old door!

I bought my new garage door from them. Got a quick response when I asked for a quote. They did a great job with the install and they had the best price. Looks great.

I called this company for my new home because I saw that they serviced my garage door in the past. I had an issue with one of the sensors not letting my garage door close. I called to ask if someone could come out and take a look at it to fix it. They refused and said that they wouldnt fix it or even look at it, but if I want to buy a new one they would happily come for 400 dollars to put a new one in. I will use another company even if it costs more. Any company that isnt even willing to look at the door to see if they can fix it does not get my business.

Next day got my garage door fixed. $227 for both springs replaced plus a warranty. On 13/31/2020.

We had a couple of things out of place and Adam came by and did everything very professionaly and and efficiently. It all cost $90! We were very happy with the work done and how quick it was done. Also taught has a few tips and tricks. Definitely happy doing business with them .

I called for an appointment to fix my garage door and they told me Larry will be coming between 12pm and 2pm, and will call prior to coming. I waited until 2:15 and call them back. The woman on the phone didnt know why Larry didnt come or call so she called him. Turns out he already stopped by in the morning to look at the garage door. I asked her why didnt he come during the time he said OR CALL and let us know. She said she doesnt know why and then put me on hold to call him. When she got back on the phone, she told me she can give me a quote to replace the top panel of the door (meanwhile i check my Ring camera, saw him stopped by at 10am for 30 seconds then left). I told her I had some other concerns besides the door but it didnt seem important for them fully examine the whole situation. I then told her I will just call Edelen Windows and Doors which is down the street from my house.This place was recommended by my realtor and I saw some great reviews on here. But this was such a disappointing experience for me. I dont get how you can do business like that. Lack of communication and unprofessional. Sorry for being the only 1-star review but this is necessary for people to know.

I do not give five star ratings often, only when well deserved. Fair pricing, promt and professional installation, and an air tight garage. They addressed my biggest concern of a two inch difference from the center of the door to either side. Thank you for being part of my quest to improve my new (old) home.

I called them again after they did a great garage door install with professionalism a few years back. I needed them to replace what I thought was a bad spring concern as well as look at my other doors. Adam the garage tech did a great job suggesting we adjust the springs and not to replace them a at this time. He did some spring adjustments and my manual and automatic openner now lift without any effort. Just what I needed. Thanks Adam. I would recommend them.

We received 3 bids for replacing our garage door and Larrys was the best price. The whole process was easy from bid, scheduling to install. Door and opener work flawlessly and the installer did a great job cleaning up, could not even tell he was there.All around pleasant people. Ken came out and was on time and very professional. I was quoted an amount over the phone by the sweet gal in the office and was charged exactly what was quoted. Not only did Ken replace our broken spring, but he tightened up the other garage door cables and lubed both doors and tested it all with me standing there, before thanking me for the business and driving off. Will call them again.

Quick service for a great price! One of the tension cables had broken on my vintage garage door. I called Larry Myers, and within an hour they had a repairman (Ken) at my house - within 30 minutes the door was returned to perfect working order, for a reasonable cost, and with very friendly customer service from Ken. Highly recommend.

Ken was the Larry Myers technician that came to our house on 1/20/13. He was kind, courteous, thoughtful and took the time to really explain what our problems were likely caused from (and the solutions).He also took the time to lay out all of my options and the associated costs. He did not try and up-sell any repairs or replacements. I felt like he was honest and just wanted the customer to be really happy. Ill absolutely call Larry Myers again in the future when my automatic garage door finally gives up the ghost.

I called them about a couple months ago during the crazy amount of storm we had. Not only did they come out same day to fix the door for us but they obviously braved the storm and stayed until it was dark to fix. Well, fast forward a couple of months later and the other spring on our garage broke. I trusted them so I gave them a call to see what can be done. They again came out on the same day and was able to fix it for me. I wasnt home so I got a call when everything was done, and for a steal! He also fixed some wiring that I didnt even know was a problem!I work in customer service and I always look at customer service with a judgmental eye because I know what can be done to keep a satisfied and happy customer; and boy did they go above and beyond expectations!I will recommend them to anyone with garage needs to them.

I just called and tried setting up and appointment to have a door repaired and get a quote but instead i got attitude and condescension because im not a pro nor am i the home owner but i WAS tasked and being paid to get it fixed by the home owner so i have full control. I would never pass on this company to any professional or non pro to do any work if thats how they treat new customer trying to ask questions about appointment or consult to fix. I have already called and set up the appointment with another super friendly and knowledgeable Overhead doors guy and on top of that they were willing to come now today and do it for less money..... Must be really easy to take business from you if everyvody else is cheaper and faster with zero attitude.... I do not recommend any one use this company. I can assure you ive been in construction field for thirty years and never in all those years have i been talked down to so much by an installer and i would have been fired if i had treated my customers in commercial flooring like i was just now. I will continue to pass this on every chance i get and i hope i can save some one this same anger.. Zero stars for you.

Have had this company out before, they did a good job and were professional and timely, so I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However, this last time was completely different. I called to get a repair, and had to leave work and take pictures of my door and then email them before they could tell me if they could do the work (a routine job, it was nothing unusual). Some of the office staff were curt and unpleasant on the phone, although the final person who helped me was better. I wait a week to get the service done, then on the day of service (having taken the day off work to be home) the tech comes without the correct part, after me emailing pictures and making several calls to be sure everything was set up. Then he asks me if I will help him do the install since he didnt have the correct part. I declined (thats what Im paying for!) so he proceeds to get irritated and curt with me as well, saying go ahead and cancel, makes my day easier. I sent him away and cancelled the job. Will not be calling this company again. The whole time they acted like they were doing me a favor, and the tech was going to charge me the same quoted price, even though I was supposed to help him do the install and he didnt have all the parts! Ridiculous. Found another local company who had the parts, very polite and professional, and came out the same day to do the repair. These guys need a refresher in customer service.

Total class act. Larry (himself) came out in January, way before we were ready in our remodel to give specifics about what was needed. But he didnt stop there --- after we had framed in the remodel --- he came again (April) to check the: as built His very professional staff made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and his installer (Kurt) Could not have been more professional.

Worst Service Ever.I waited all afternoon for the technician to arrive. I even called to make sure someone would be coming as planned. The woman on the phone said I would be next and the tech would call when on his way. I took a half day off work to make sure I was there and no one showed up. I did not receive a phone call from anyone to explain the no show. At 4:15pm I called again to see what happen and after a short conversation with the extremely rude man answering the phone he said, why dont you just call someone else. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!!!!

Our houses previous owner used Larry Myers Garage Doors for service three years ago, so we have their phone number sticker on the garage door. Today, when I am looking for people to fix our garage door problem, I called them. The operator Elizabeth is super nice, patient and knowledgable. She listened the problems and guided me to do several checks around the door. I am really surprised that she helped me solved the problem. I am impressed! If we will need service later, I will definitely call them!

Good experience! I called Myers Doors at around 10am to get a quote on replacing some garage door springs. After a short conversation and reasonable price quote I decided to set a date to have the work done. I was surprised to hear that they could be at my house at 12:30. At 12.20 I received a call that they were only ten minutes away from my location. Promptly at 12:30 Pat arived to work on my doors. Pat was clean cut and well spoken. He preformed the work I had requested for the price we had agreed. When he had finished he offered to do a quick lube and adjustment on one of my shop doors. when he was working on my shop I asked if he could also change the handles on the out side of the door. He did at no charge. At this point I asked what the price would be to have my automatic openers replaced on my garage. The price that Pat gave me was less than a previous quote that H.D. had given me. I asked to set a time to have pat come back and change my openers out. He informed me that he could do it that day and that he had all of the parts needed in his truck. Again he preformed the work for the price agreed. I am very pleased with my interactions with Myers Doors. I dont typically take the time to give reviews for companies but after reading all of the bad reviews on other companies I chose to take the time to write this one to recognize a good company.

I called this company for them to come and look at my garage doorr. They quoted me $800. I went ahead and called a different company and they fix my garage door for $75.00, this company is a rip off and way overpriced do not use them .
