Drove by, just in case.Update: the owners responded that they apologize, but they are opening soon! I can’t wait to visit at that time. The displays I could see through the windows looked creative and fun!

My favorite little store in Portland. They have such a lovely variety of things from jewelry, perfume, candles, art, clothing, accessories, and tchotchkes, home decor. People that work there are always super friendly. I wish I could go there every day if I’m being honest, but my wallet won’t let me :)

If you are going to require masks then please properly sign your door from reccomended to required. Also provide them. It is also in bad form to state the CDC requires it when right now they do not. I dont appreciate being mask shamed upon entry. I am vaccinated. Hopefully moving forward you can make people from your own neighborhood feel more welcomed.

Above average gift shop. Has perfume, bunch or stickers, woman’s jewelry, etc. Feels more authentic than average gift shop.

Ive loved this shop since i first discovered it years and years ago... you can ALWAYS find something here. Any time I need a one of a kind birthday or Christmas gift, this is my first stop.

Its a pretty cool gift shop kind of small but theres a lot going on in there. Lots of things you want to see in touch. I really like the jewelry and I ended up buying a Lapis necklace and earrings. I wish the guy didnt light so many damn incense that is what gave me the biggest headache ever and I end up having to walk out because of that. But the service was really good

Great little shop! I walked in with the intention of browsing and not purchasing anything, but ended up buying a beautiful bird photography calendar for a friend. This shop has lots of unique and inexpensive gifts and its a fun place to spend 20-30 mins looking at stuff.

This is my favorite place to spend my reward money- when i treat myself for doing well, i can always find non- food treats. It also inspires gift shopping. So many vintage articles, not just clothes, but some of the most unique items.

Really sweet little shop, lots of unique items and really cool finds. Its typical boutique prices but there are some less expensive things too, and the silky silver tom cat that keeps the store owner company is an absolute sweetheart. They have adorable little hedgehog praline chocolates and they carry Library of Flowers Willow and Water lotion, which smells amaaazing!

My favorite place for vintage ephemera. Say hi to the shop kitty, he is friendly and so is the shop owner. There is a small selection of vintage clothes, but it is well curated and very decently priced.

Lovely and somewhat random store along Mississippi. Its filled with a range of fun objects from vintage dresses to jewelry to little knick knacks.Definitely a great spot to pick up a fun and unique gift for a hard to shop for friend.

A wonderful, curated selection of ethnic items, vintage and new things that blend together in the most delicious way.The owner is the coolest lady. She vibrates with her own unique style. Just seeing how she stages things in the shop is a treat.

How they manage to fit so many unique items from small businesses and artisans is beyond me. Its like an Etsy favorites list come to life and then some. I looove the atmosphere here! Its colorful without being too bright and it feels like youre wandering through a circus tent of amazing smells, shiny gifts, and charming prints and stationary. Oh and theres a cat! A very old, very soft, super sweet cat! Flutter is so great. Hands-down one of my favorite boutiques Ive ever been to in the world.

Flutter is a quirky shop along Mississippi Ave, my hands-down favorite shopping district in NoPo. Its a bit like wandering into Beatrix Potters attic, if she were married to Herman Melville. Stuffed to the gills with vintage and modern treasures, theres the curio here and there that might be more at home at Paxton Gate down the way. Vintage prosthetic limb, anyone?I love the society finches that live in the shop. It inspires me to find a big old victorian cage and keep finches of my own.The prices for their vintage clothing are a bit high, and, in fact, the whole shop is on the spendy side. So while I cant do day-to-day shopping there (maybe I should buy that winning lottery ticket I keep dreaming of, already!) I certainly drop in occasionally for unique gifts or something for my curio cabinet! Put a bird on it!

Shop F A V O L O S O !!!!! An absolutely mandatory stop if you are in Portland. It is located in a very particular area similar to Camden Town but less touristy. The owner is very kind !!! We bought a vintage record and she packed it really well, like a gift. Absolutely recommended !!!!
