Rare plants galore! The woman at the front (not the owner) was happy to answer questions and just chat with me about plant stuff. Cute little art pieces in a planty theme. A good tortoise friend...what more do you want? They even recommended I check out a different store that had more selection of cactus/succulents since that was my jam. Would love to go back when I actually have somewhere to put more plants. Currently they are limiting entry and unlocking/locking the door to let people in. Do not be deterred - they are friendly and will gladly let you in and out.

This is such an amazing little shop for gifts and for people who love plants and local crafts. They have beautiful plants, pottery, terrariums, and other local made goods. Be careful of Elliot, the store tortoise, when waking around! Hes so fun to watch chompin on greens and cruising around the store. Follow their Instagram page for plant updates!

I ordered some plants over the winter and one of them came with cold damage. I reached out to Reclamation just to let them know what happened not expecting anything in return and someone responded quickly. Helping me to diagnose what occurred. They then offered to send me a replacement without any hesitation and within a week the new plant was headed back out to me! The person I spoke with was so kind and patient with me. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. This is the kind of stuff that will keep me prioritizing this company over others! I appreciate all your help, I will definitely be back!!

This shop is awesome. There are so many cool gifts and plants to choose from. It took me a while to decide, but I got this terrarium for my mother-in-law because, dude... its shaped like an egg! Plus the cute miniatures inside were a really nice touch. The owner (who also hand-makes all the terrariums and a bunch of the jewelry on display) was super nice and was happy to answer all my questions about how to care for the unique plants living inside the terrari-egg. I also thought it was really reasonably priced compared to other places in town that want a lot more for terrariums that arent as cool. Overall, great experience. I will be back!

I love Reclamation! Great, unique, and personalized finds. The shop owner, Elizabeth is so warm and friendly! You will find a rare plant or a handmade piece of jewelry coming here. If nothing else you are guaranteed an Elliot spotting! This shop is a great addition to North Portland.

The woman working this last Friday was on her phone the entire time and was very passive with any questions I had about plant care. Selection was really great but the service made me feel like I was an inconvenience being there.

I always love coming into Reclamation to find locally made goods at great prices. More than that, I’ve found rare, beautiful plants and each of them mean so much to me! The store owner is a wonderful, kind, angel of a person who cares so much about her customers. And she has a cute shop dog and a store tortoise. This shop is incredible! This is the shop you go to when you need to buy a gift for a person who’s hard to buy for! From plants, pots, beautiful art, clothing, jewelry, nail polish, snacks..... yeah.... snacks!— all one of a kind items! The people who work there are super kind and helpful! There’s even a shop turtle that you can feed tomatoes— it’s a straight up experience and so worth the visit.— my kids beg me to take them to see the turtle- which is another thing I appreciate, they are super kind to my kids.This shop really is an incredible spot with incredible people!

My favorites have stamped animals, mountains, or forest prints in the metal. Hilarious and sweet cards. Art thats lovely and quirky--not cookie cutter like giant box stores. Pieces I want in my home that are beautiful and conversation-starting. Also I have mixed success in plant-raising but theyre super knowledgeable and helpful in describing care and what might be a good fit. I love that shopping heres supporting a small local business/artists. Vibe is chill, not pushy, which makes a big difference to me. Def coming back here whenever I visit Portland.

I bring friends here constantly and Im forever finding perfect gifts at this place and getting compliments on the cute stuff I get here. Reclamation is your one stop plant stop for anything plant related and local! I absolutely love coming here and browsing at all of the local artisan items and the amazing plants they offer! Huge bonus is their adorable little dog and super cute tortoise they have at the shop. Such a welcoming atmosphere and the staff is super knowledgable and easy to talk to. There needs to be more shops like this! Recommend this place for everyone!

Reclamation is a unique store that’s packed with local/handmade wares and run by quite possibly one of the most kind humans ever to exist. They have jewels, plants, even nail polish. Plus, they stock miniatures. Have you ever seen a miniature terrarium? It’s so cute, you’ll die. Also, they have a shop tortoise named Elliot. There is nothing not to love about Reclamation. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter and I love visiting Reclamation; my daughter loves visiting Spock and Elliot while I receive some plant therapy and guidance. Reclamation. WOW! This place is awesome. The owner, Elizabeth, is so full of amazing information and is always willing to share it! Her shop is beyond adorable. There are plants for all levels here. Even occasionally some super uncommon stuff! There is jewelry, and apparel, and plant pots of all sizes! The miniature ones near the front always get me! I highly recommend stopping by here. Prices are awesome and you won’t want to miss the eclectic variety Reclamation is bringing to Portland. The resident tortoise and doggo, Spock, are a lovely bonus as well!

This store is really incredible. It not only has beautiful handmade jewelry, beautiful plants, and cute knickknacks but the owner and staff are incredibly knowledgeable in plant care. They can tell you how best to care for any plant in there and are also conscious of which plants are toxic to animals which is huge for me. Definitely recommned!

Such a great shop! Talking with Elizabeth, the shop owner, has greatly expanded my plant knowledge and has become my go to spot to drop in with a quick question or two or if I fee the need to expand my living room jungle a bit further. If I’m not going for myself, the jewelry (also made by the owner) and other local artist gifts have made excellent gifts thus far. I think it’s been open for a month and I’ve already been in at least 4 times! Great place with ever changing products to keep it interesting. Plus there’s a tortoise wandering around and it’s amazing.

Reclamation is amazing. There are so many unique, locally made treasures to choose from. I picked up my new favorite pair of earrings last night and I’m planning on heading back for a necklace and some plants soon. The plant selection is diverse and Elizabeth is so knowledgeable and open – it’s easy to learn a ton about plant care from her from just a 5 minute chat. I’m SO glad I found this place! There are so many plant shops in Portland, but this one is really special. There are always rare plant treasures tucked throughout the store, and the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and happy to share advice and care info.I first found this shop while looking for plants, but it’s now become my go-to place for locally made art/jewelry, gifts, as well as interesting plants. Seriously, I will ALWAYS find something here that I didn’t even know I needed :)Be sure to check their webpage too — they’ll often host workshops! My friend and I attended a handbuilding clay pot class and had so much fun.

Bright, tons of variety, and the staff are super nice.I was able to speak with Elizabeth, the owner and maker of some of the goods. She talked to my girlfriend and I about some of the rare plants, care, and displays like terrariums. All sorts of plants including Pothos, Reflector, Calathea, Hoya, Philodendrons, Anthuriums, Succulents, Begonias, Money Trees, Monsteras, and more!Great selection of some local styles, Stance socks, fun jewelry, and art. My favorite thing about the shop might be the atmosphere you get to browse in though - fun music, a calm shop dog and a shop tortoise! I definitely recommend checking Reclamation out.
