I went in this store a few days back and I was treated with such rudeness, I was in shock! I was actually speechless! Granted I was dressed in workout clothing and no make up. When I asked if they monogram napkins, I was told yes but it takes a long time. This was said in a rude tone. When I asked how much the monogramming costs, instead of pulling out a book to show me options, she said, well I don’t know, it’s all different prices. Still no offer to help me find out information. She acted like it was too much work to help me. We own a business and we treat everyone equally, and pride ourselves in having excellent service. We care about our clients, and are thankful for each one.I left feeling that the Women that worked there was holier than thou. This shop has beautiful things, but I would rather fly to Carmel or Palm Springs where we have homes, to buy from owners who are respectful and kind and who actually want my business. When I heard this woman on the phone speaking respectfully and enthusiastically to a customer, I realized she had judged me based on how I was dressed. Felt like I was in the Pretty Woman movie.We make a huge effort to support local businesses, but not this one! I would recommend going to Manor, they are so professional and kind.

We have purchased many things from this store over the years. We recently went in to use two store credits and we were told they were too old even though nothing is stated on the credit receipts. They kept our money and their products. We will not be purchasing here again and we will discourage all of our friends from shopping here if these are the kinds policies that they are going to have.
