I bought a hat. Liked it. The collection seems like its a bit open season, with a lot of repeats. HOWEVER: This is in the time of Covid, so their stock is likely running low. Also, they had many Sizes of everything, stop while the collection wasnt overly broad, it had depth.

I have nothing negative to say about the hat selection or pricing at this store, but the woman working here was very rude and condescending. She wasn’t helpful and made us feel really uncomfortable. What bothered me the most, was how discourteous she was to my mother. I don’t recommend shopping here at all. As for you ma’am, if you’re reading this, seek help.

I spent many years of my life being ignorant of the benefits of a good hat. Thanks to Classic Collection, Ive now got a warm waterproof model for winters, and a ventilated lightweight version for summer. In both cases, the rain never hits my glasses or my neck, and the sun is never in my eyes. They have lots of styles, and, despite having an oversized head, theyve got lots of things that fit me well. My most recent visit was with a visiting friend who asked me where I got my hat, and had to make this a part of his visit to Portland.

I bought a really great hip bag from these people. I went back because I wanted to buy 5 more. I offered to pay retail and all shipping cost, but Ive never heard back. Ive been back to check a few times. I am left feeling like I should skip the store and buy direct.

You will find hats for all occasions and places: Panama hats, cowboy hats, dress hats; sun hats, rain hats; fishing hats, beach hats, driving caps; top hat, flop hats; wide-brimmed hats, narrow-brimmed hats, hats with no brims at all; straw hats, wool hats and caps, canvas hats; high-style Italian hats and caps. Go in and look for yourself. Its a delight.

Ive never been to a hat shop that offers the same level of quality and variety for such good pricing. Dont get me wrong, there are still some more niche and artisan items that are a little more pricey, but overall the quality for the price is great, and the customer service was excellent!

Whether youre into hats or youre not into hats (yet), this is an amazing shop. The owner is super helpful, the hats are quality, and there are so many to choose from: they come in a variety of types from cowboy to 1940s adventuring hardhat to cute summer beach hats and more.

This place is packed to the gills with hats, but also scarfs, gloves, and a few other essential accessories. They were also dog friendly, which was very nice of them, especially when my dog is a 75lb Shiloh shepherd. Today was just scarf shopping because it was unusual cold and windy, but Ill definitely be back for a hat or two.

Just got out of there with a great, new hat at a marked down price. I was offered a mark down from a beautiful bowler hat but chose this canotier instead. Didnt ask nor expect her to honor the same discount, which I found very honorable considering I had already committed to purchasing. And the lady who assisted me was very personable and friendly making the experience enjoyable. Also to be noted, she encouraged me in a way to take the lower priced hat more appropriate for summer than the alternative, which was more fit for the colder months. All telltale signs of an honorable, trustworthy store.

Classic Collection has a GREAT staff and a fun store! There is a large selection of mens and womens hats as well as accessories. The staff is kind and know their hats! If youre looking for a new, classically styled hat this is the place!

These hours were wrong. Woman working there was extremely rude when I pointed it out, said talk to the owners. Wasted a trip, wont ever come back.

The lady that runs the place is both personable and sweet. She has a very nice selection and all the hats were reasonably priced. Especially considering the quality of her product. She was very helpful in regards to assisting me in making my selection. I will definitely be returning if the need for a new hat ever arises.

BE SURE TO GET YOUR RECEIPT!! This place, while the staff were friendly, charged me almost double what the hat was priced. Woe is me, because I foolishly did not take my receipt. Lesson learned. I definitely will not be returning to do business with either of their locations.

Ive been coming here for several years and they consistently have such an awesome collection of hats and polarized glasses to choose from St great prices. Theyll often cut you deals on the fly too when you but multiple things. The store is a gem

They have hats for large, and xl, and XXL headed people! The store also carries alot of useful fashion accessories. Left with a couple ties too.
