Service and selection are great. We all just had ro get one! The organic cotton is so soft, and I love that they know where the materials came from even for the packaging! 💯Would recommend.

I love Flipside! I moved to the East Coast from Oregon almost four years ago but luckily I can still order their products. I just received the camp slouch hat and a mask I ordered. The hat is perfect in every way, comfortable, lightweight, and well made. The mask is as well. I just ordered another one!

Friendly staff & owner. Good quality...however everything is about 15-25% over priced for all items available. Even the sale items, that are usually not for the weather season we are currently in, & dont have any or much use for many months or a year, even. So sale items should be way lower. The mask we need for covid19, are extremely over priced, for such a small amount of materials used. Especially when, soooooo many people are donating ones they make for the greater good, so everyone is protected. It is necessary we all have 3 or more mask. One clean to use, while other(s) are getting clean, back up in car, & in purse & such...as they are so small & easy to loose.

By far the best designed mask for comfort and function. I wear it at work and I forget I have it on because it stays in place. Plus, it is the only mask that keeps my glasses from fogging up! Thank you, Flipside, for making my life less stressful.

I try to support local businesses whenever I can and was very eager to support Flipside once I found out they were making masks! I ordered a mask that I had a small problem with, shared that with their team and received excellent customer care as well as a replacement mask. Ordered two masks from Flipside. Great quality materials and design. I had one shipped locally and the other to Texas. Both arrived within two days of placing my order. I will be returning to their site for some hats.

My wife and I found this fantastic hat shop online. She is battling cancer. She was very concerned about her image, as she had lost her hair. There was so many options, she left with three hats and a huge smile! Priceless!

I love that this store is dedicated to sustainability. Not only do they make their hats here, but they use recycled cotton! They have a great selection of all kinds of hats and are super knowledgeable. I usually struggle to find hats that look good, but they were so friendly and knowledgeable that I found two amazing hats in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALL of My Hats that I have purchased. I have 2 winter ones and a pair of fingerless gloves. I recently have bought a summer large brimmed one, and a lightweight one for Spring and Summer. I Highly recommend these well made Hats. Great Customer help and suggestions. HJ

Two stars because the hats looked cute through the window. We made a special trip across town to go to this strore. Arrived at 2:30 and were greeted by a sign that said they were out to lunch till 3:00. Who wants to hang out on a hot sidewalk for half an hour? I hope it was a good lunch, because they lost the sale of several hats & Im disinclined to ever go back.
