Christina Adams was well prepared to explain the details of using a hearing aid system. And Carina Carrera was very proficient at communicating and scheduling.After the initial consultation things went downhill. I had several appointments canceled by them, at the last minute on the morning that I was supposed to be there. On my final visit I was made to wait a long time and ended up walking out and ending the relationship.I then found a very professional audiology group, KORU Hearing and they are much better.

I was so happy to find this office! I had been having trouble with my hearing aids and needed to get them sent in to the manufacture quickly, as my warranty was about to expire. I also needed to get them back quickly so I would have them for an upcoming trip. The office coordinator, Candace was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to do everything in her power to make things happen quickly and did an excellent job of explaining the process to me and was very transparent about any associated costs.My appointment with the audiologist Lauren Rynders went just as great. She was friendly and welcoming. In the last 4 years I’ve never had an audiologist spend the time to break down the results of my hearing test with the patience and detail that she did.Friendly, competent, and wonderful people! All around great experience.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Audiology Center was truly exceptional. One of my dads hearing aids stopped working, and since he got them through the VA, it was going to take over a month to get it repaired. This would have left him in silence for a long time! Luckily, I checked around and reached Candace, the office manager and tech at Audiology Center Northwest. She was incredibly helpful, and managed to diagnose and repair the unit in no time! It was really life changing for my dad, as hes completely isolated in a rehab center due to covid. His phone and hearing are his only connection to the outside!Thank you Candace! Your can-do attitude and skill went above and beyond. This combination of competence, professionalism and helpfulness are all too rare in todays world!

Dr. Rachel is the best! She warmly welcomed me back after an absence of more than three years. The hearing aids I originally bought from Audiology Center Northwest had died and I was unable to afford to replace them. So I went online and bought a bargain basement pair that simply didnt work. Rachel is the best. She had a state-of-the-art hearing aids in the office that would work and we worked out a payment plan that I could afford. I am so grateful. And I have crystal clear hearing!!

My experience with Audiology Center Northwest has been exceptional from beginning to end. From reception and scheduling as well as the first appointment and hearing test to actually being fitted with my new programmed hearing aids - it has been respectful, professional, competent and remarkably pleasant. The next appointment will be in a couple of weeks for a follow-up, and will based on my experience in a variety of sonic environments. I have been encouraged to call or email with questions anytime. One aspect of the programming my hearing aids is already helping with my tinnitus. I recommend this team without hesitation. This is where you want to send your friends and loved ones.

Dr. Wilson carefully walked me through the types of hearing aids and helped me choose the best one for me. She explained everything very well. Candace greeted me when I first arrived. Great place, professional services and equipment for people with hearing issues and best of all, the staff rocks.

I visited to get my hearing aids looked at. I had obtained them at another location and even though they werent the ones who provided them, both the receptionist and the audiologist went out of their way to help me. They throughly cleaned my aids, installed new batteries and wax traps, and gave me a new case and brush. After spending 20+ minutes with me, they refused payment. I will definitely come to them for my future hearing aid needs.
