Dr Kim is an amazing doctor. Hes been taking care of my ear issues for over a decade. When I have a flair up, he is always available to get me in and my issues resolved.

I was suffering from debilitating vertigo due to Menieres disease. I am a RN and as these episodes increased I was unable to perform my job duties. I have always been a happy go lucky person but it was changing me.The vertigo was really starting to take me down, physically, mentally and emotionally. I was referred to Dr. Kim by my ENT and what a blessing that was. Dr. Kim recommended surgery and he performed a endolymphatic shunt placement. It has been almost 3 months since my surgery and I am no longer suffering from vertigo. My life is forever changed due to Dr. Kim and his steady hand. He helped me when everyone else gave me no hope. Dr. Kim and his staff are amazing. I highly recommend.

Terrific care!! I can hear again

Dr. Kim and Dr. Nakayama have been taking care of my ears for years now and they are both great. Dr. Kim has performed two ear surgeries on me and I have complete confidence in him. He is a very smart, cautious, sensible, and experienced doctor and surgeon. He also has very steady hands-- possibly the most important thing in an ear surgeon!They have a conveniently located, stylish office in NW across the street from Good Samaritan.

I have had and am currently experiencing excellent customer service from Dr. Kim and his staff. I cant say enough good things about this office and the care that I have been receiving. Dr. Kim is personable, caring and interested in my well being. He is helping me to achieve the best possible solution to total hearing loss in one ear that I experienced 6 months ago. I had ear infections constantly as a child and as a result, lost most of the hearing in my left ear. After two failed surgeries, I was referred to Dr. Harold Kim at NW Ear Institute and he was able to restore my hearing to almost 80%. Dr. Kim is a miracle worker and Im so grateful to him for what he has given me. Its nice to hear music in stereo after all these years 😁

I went to see Dr. Kim for my third attempt at reconstructing my hearing after removal of a Cholesteatoma (original Cholesteatoma removal and two subsequent reconstructive surgeries were done in New Hampshire by a qualified physician / surgery center - each with a poor outcome). It has now been 3 weeks since my surgery with Dr. Kim and I can hear naturally with my left ear for the first time in years - amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Kim - great outcome and willing to answer all your questions in depth.

I have been going to Dr. Kim and Patty for 7+ years now and trust them completely to help me manage my hearing health. I had an Acoustic Neuroma removed and lost hearing in one ear and Dr. Kim installed my BAHA hearing device, and helped me upgrade when the opportunity presented itself. A great practice.

I am extremely disappointed: brought family here for an appointment, called serveral times previously and spoke to your employee Angie about our appointment and directions. never once did she say we needed to be 30 mins early when we got there she refused to help and would only do intake which is fine... More upsetting then refusing to take us after not being aware of the required 30 mins early we showed up a couple minutes after her appointment time. This is a medical setting, Angie was not medically professional. She was extremely rude not only to us, but the people in the lobby after us as well. Good luck to anyone who has the pleasure of dealing with Angie!
