I walked in randomly to ask if they sold any hearing aid cases since mine broke a couple weeks ago. The front desk lady was super polite and she gave me this case for free!I don’t live here but little things like this really locks in my opinion on a place. This place is great! :)

Perfect Service! I Grew up across the street from the Willoughby family. They were good people and always had an old police car sitting around!😊

I liked the hearing test part. But felt I heard some high end tones.My tinnitus wasn’t addressed.It felt more like a car sales presentation than a medical intervention.

I did not have a good experience.Free means free, you dont need my ability to pay till after something is done to pay for.And thank you for the ability to stand outside for 20 minutes, when I got there early to fill out paperwork.

Dain and Amber did a great job. They were very helpful with great customer service. I will recommend them to others.

Have to go in occasionally to have my Dads hearing aids cleaned out and he also had part of one break and the did a great job of fixing like new, very pleasant experience.

Well Ive not had a good experience recently.Ive been a lotol customer for 19 years.The place was great when big Bob was there, but he moved on.So heres what happened.I called and got no answer, instead I listened to their phone speal for 3 minutes and left my name and number. No one returned my call.The message they left indicated appointment only. How do you make an appointment if no one answers the phone? So I had no choice butbut to go there anyway.

My Willoughby appt left me feeling kind of empowered...that sounds weird but when I got there I thought to myself why am I even here? I hear just fine. But then I watched the video and Jillian explained my test results, it gave me a great feeling of satisfaction that I did not waste my time here, that I learned a little bit more about me and about how undiagnosed hearing loss can lead to dementia and alzheimers. I thought I was feeling isolated because I wasnt hearing well. My hearing is fine. Its the grief of losing both parents, not a loss of hearing thats isolating me. I was so glad I came!

I will need to address my waxy ear and then I will schedule a return. Staff were professional and pleasant.

I absolutely love the women who run this office. Theyre totally incredible and excellent with the customers. I highly recommend this office to anyone!!

This buissness is very clean and the people are very nice, cherfull and polite. They explain what is needed to be done and what they see and what referrals to go to that they couldnt do beyond their work experience.Then they can return to finish . procedures . but overall i would tell people to go to this buissness.

This place is not far from where I live. My sister found it for e when she was visiting. It is easy to find for me. I have another appointment next week.I have been wearing my hearing aids for several months now. It is nice to be able to hear the programs on TV. My grandchildren like to ask me if I am wearing them,The staff here are so welcoming and always answer my questions.I am very pleased with their service.

All the staff I’ve dealt with over the past three years have been helpful, respectful and prompt. They are the same with every client. Office even has an historical case where one can see items from the past! My compliments to the secretary/assistant Shaleen(sp?) especially- so personable and helpful.

I took my mom to Willoughby Hearing, as I was certain she was experiencing pretty significant hearing loss and the staff was wonderful with her. We discovered that part of the problem was a blockage, and once that was cleared, we were able to confirm that she does have pretty significant hearing loss. They walked us through every part of the process, explained everything in detail and we asked questions along the way. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Also, Alan gave us a unique perspective, as he wears hearing aids as well, so he was able to speak from experience. Id definitely recommend anyone to come get your hearing checked here.

The level of attention and service that I received was excellent. I felt very satisfied with the professionalism and expert advice I got from Allan Kiebs, Shelleen at the front desk was very nice as well. It turned out that I dont need further care with my hearing but that didnt stop the team from giving me the best care, it shows they care about the well being of their clients.

Great friendly and thorough staff at Willoughby Hearing! Ive been a patient for several years and they are always willing to work with my hearing loss and my budget, assisting me to find the best match.

My grandpa had been resisting hearing aids for about 5 years and we finally got him in to get his hearing checked. The trick was to get my grandma in too, so he didnt seem singled out. Which was great because we noticed her hearing starting to slip as well (which no one had really noticed).He had a great experience and ended up purchasing a pair of hearing aids at the Portland Office.The specialist there involved my aunt and I with the testing so he had a familiar voice to refer to. I think the best part of the visit was when he put the hearing aids on my grandpa and told me to ask him a question and then take a step back and ask another question and so on. I think I ended up stepping back 10 big steps and he could still hear me. We had to stop because I was at the front door.My grandpa was blown away!I staff is really friendly and eager to help, especially since my grandma has a hard time moving around!

Great place! Cant say enough good things about Bob. He has done a wonderful job taking care of my husbands hearing aids. We drive from tacoma because of him!

So far Ive had a good experience with my new aids. They are quite an adjustment from my former aids....differentiate sounds better, more comfortable (cic vs bth). Office visits have been easy to schedule and comfortable. Im impressed with what these new aids can do.

This isa good place to go to if you think your not hearing as good as you should. They will help to see if you have hearing loss and if you do they will do everything they can to help you hear again.
