Black boy in receiving has poor communication skills.

My husband recently applied for a job with Cintas. They put him through 4 interviews and decided to “go in a different direction”. He took off 16 hours total from his job in order to go to these interviews, and on his last interview he met with a manager for 15 minutes who hadn’t communicated with any of the staff who had interviewed my husband, only to be told that the manager would need to meet with said staff and discuss if he would be a good fit.I completely understand if someone is not a good fit for a position, but I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism and communication that took place. Someone should know within 2 interviews if someone isn’t a good fit, and not drag them along an unnecessary process that costs both parties loss in time and pay.

The worst service ever, now three months and still no uniforms.All they had to do was change the location for our uniforms. Then they bring temps. Pants that do not fit and no shirts or jackets. Totally unacceptable. No stars for you. But I have to give 1 to post -BS

I though that BIG companies like them would be very expensive, but to my shock their prices are very competitive. Im very satisfied with their prices and service, friendly staff always on time and doing an amazing job honoring their contract. I have used other uniform company and Cintas was able to get me same price and than some :) Cintas has a lot of items to select from, than i have ever seen available in other companies.

A few years ago I applied for a job in their carpet cleaning department where I did a trial work day to see what the job was like. I ended up working over 12 hours which was then NEVER PAID FOR. I never tried to press charges as im very poor and needed to focus on finding employment. Please do not patronize this company and I suggest to the company directors to fire the hiring team if theyre still the same people.

Very poor customer service. They do not keep up on uniform cleaning. Our store often times has to bring our uniforms home to wash them due to them not picking up or dropping off laundry and become weeks behind. I would recommend to use a different uniform company. The company I work for is very unpleased with the lack of communication, not completing tasks, and do not stick to the schedule they promise laundry to be returned by. Very unreliable company. Highly recommend not getting stuck in a contract with them. You will be disappointed as we are.

Horing process takes an outrageous amount of time. Informed about my drivimg record and wasted two months of my time and money waiting for them to tell me my driving record was just to severe after offering me a position. The lack of communication and motivation there is horrible and no one knows how to perform their job. Had to do most of their work for them. Highly dont recommend them

Well I got 7 pairs of pant that hasn’t came back and 3 pair I put a tag on them to get himbed 6 months ago and haven’t even see those and I would like to know why

Cintas is the worst company ever, do not do business with them.
