The counter help I dealt with was definitely not into helpful advice or questions, just tell him what you want and he will ring you up. My experience with the lady who answered the phone when I called was just the opposite, very helpful, willing to answer questions and offer suggestions. The product I bought (erosion matting) was high quality and price. I was satisfied with my purchase but not with my purchasing experience.

We were treated very well. Melissa was very pleasant as well as professional. The whole team was very nice even though it was a Friday afternoon getting close to quitting time. We will definitely be doing business again with ACF West.

Left an inquiry on their website on a SUNDAY MORNING and had a reply within a couple hours, even though they were closed. Service at the Portland location was prompt and friendly and the prices were very fair. Far better deals here than the big box stores on erosion control stuff.
