I just purchased a mattress from Keith at the 18th and Broadway location. It is rare to find the level of customer service Keith provided. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all my questions. He is a true professional, and made this a very pleasant experience, Thank you, Keith!

My boyfriend and I came into this location to upgrade our old mattress. Mike was really awesome at answering all of our many questions. He was also really kind and patient, allowing us time to go back and forth between the beds within our budget. In the end, we did decide to upgrade to a nicer quality bed, Mike was knowledgeable about the different brands they offered, but never pushy at all. They even offer next day delivery! Although we have only had our new bed for one day, I would highly recommend this place because of the nice selection, prices and customer service that we received here. Thank you, Mike!

The NE Broadway store in Portland employee on June 9 about 4pm was on his phone when I came in to shop. He would walk away do do things on his phone. I had to get up and find him to get questions answered. I understand giving people space but this was untenable. I really needed help and I was the only one in the store- not like he was swamped.He was so inattentive that eventually I gave up and went to a different BedMart where I received excellent attention, great bed comparisons and bought a bed at Delta Park. If I did a review on the 2nd experience it would be a 5 star.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I had a hard time picking a firmness for a new Tempur-Pedic mattress. Typically they only let you switch out the mattress one time, which is completely fair. When we switched, I still wasnt happy. They had me come back in, spent plenty of time walking us through alternatives to find the right fit, and allowed us to switch it out a final time. Were now very happy with our choice.

Mike knows a lot about sleeping. He was great to work with.

I keep forgetting to write a review because I’m always sleeping in my amazing bed. If you need a new mattress, go see Tim at BedMart. He will talk you through both exactly what you want and need. He’s knowledgeable but not pushy. His voice is like literal angels whispering. I am so pleased that we got our new bed from him and now there’s enough room for me, my spouse and our zoo.

I walked in with a mattress in mind and a price range. Tim Gonzales helped me out and is super knowledgeable about the industry and about their stock. He knew about the local companies they partnered with and about the big name brands, the materials they use to construct the beds. They offer free delivery and pick up of your mattress so the same bed at another store cost 100$ less at bedmart. Tim also helped me figure out a way to get the bed I wanted in my price range. When I had an issue, he helped me file my warranty claim and get a new bed delivered to me quickly. He was super attentive and genuinely helpful. Thanks Tim. Success, my first new mattress ever!

I was in need of a new bed, and being someone who doesnt make subjective decisions very well, I thought I was in for a long drawn out decision process.But as soon as I walked in to BedMart, Joni greeted me and helped me out. After taking a look at a few beds I thought would be the right fit, she directed me to their sleep analysis machine. Once I went through the analysis, it output some suggested bed models, which I then tried out. After narrowing it down to a couple models, Joni provided some excellent advice to try the top choices out for a longer period of time to really see how they felt. After doing that, I narrowed it down to the final choice.Joni was extremely helpful, attentive to my needs and patient with my lack of decision making, and extremely helpful as well when I needed to exchange the box spring after the first delivery! She was truly a great person to work with!Overall, a really great place to find a perfect way to sleep!

Had a great experience . Love our bed and the furniture we purchased. Our salesman John Baxter was so helpful and polite. They stood by their 100 day trial period . The mattress we purchased was to soft and they let us return it with no problems for a firmer mattress .

We had a great experience buying from this BedMart Store. Gabby was professional and very knowledgeable about his products. When we first stopped by we told him we would not be purchasing that day, but he spent plenty of time with us, showing us multiple options and noting that while the first bed we tried might compare to a Mercedes, the top of the line was as exclusive as a Bentley. When the frame we planned, and paid for turned out to be not in stock, nor likely to be available he offered us an alternative at the same price (a reduction of at least a few hundred dollars). I heartily recommend this BedMart Mattress Superstore!

This place is the best. I bought my first mattress here 5 years ago and made sure to come back when I decided to upgrade to a King. Zach was super helpful and patient with me as I tried out all my options. They also have this super cool Smart Match bed that tells you the best mattress for your body type and sleep habits. Whoa, what an awesome experience starting at the store and ending with the delivery. David at the Portland store was amazing, super knowledgeable and allowed me to just look around without being too pushy. Delivery was super flexible with my work schedule.The bed arrived today and the delivery guys were great, speedy and professional. In and out in no time. Love the delivery tracker website where you can track where they are at and when they will arrive, even a GPS map to show how close they are. What a great experience, will definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a bed.

Very helpful. They showed me what I wanted, what would be better, and what would be the absolute best buy for the money. I chose the latter and its the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept on. I hate sleeping elsewhere.

We have been in mattress shopping hell and our decision came down to the great service from Zach who was knowledgeable but have ya space to talk and wasn’t too pushy. I went to Bedmart because I knew they had the Tempurpedic brand and wanted to support a local company. I worked with the sales representative named Gabby, he was very informative about the different types and recommendations based on what we were looking for. I didnt buy the day I went in but came by the following week to purchase. It was a very easy transaction and I felt the price was better than what I had seen online. They offered free delivery and some free accessories to go with the new mattress. I recommend coming to the NE Broadway location, they delivered on time, were easy to work with and had a great price. We love our new mattress!!!!!!

Needed an reasonably priced, good bed...got good service from these guys. Delivery was included in cost of bed and was excellent and quick from Daniel and Chris. As compared to Macys, these guys deliver daily - I ordered the bed on Wednesday, and I needed it Friday - got what I needed. Id recommend for sure.
