Good selection of hard to find types and sizes. I dont buy mutch from them but they are great to buy from.

I had a good experience today. I place a request for quote on a single 3/4 by 1 by 12 foot stick of aluminum via email. Nicole responded very quickly and was very courteous. I called a few weeks ago on a stick of stainless, and another sales rep was also helpful and courteous.Try emailing the night before, so its on top of the list when they come in to work in the morning. Also, they have a PDF on the website with part numbers for most of the items they have in stock, and can save you time. I always include the part number and a description when I communicate with them.

They carry some hard to get sizes, and have a good delivery schedule. However they do have higher prices and high minimum orders. This makes it difficult for a small business like mine. Normally the sales team is very helpful but occasionally we have really bad experiences, seems to be one extreme or the other.

AC&B is my go to supplier for various alloys. I use Steve Cook as my salesperson and email or call in orders. Customer service is always top notch. Stock is usually in town, and if not, its always one day away in Seattle. If something ever happens its always taken care of promptly. This company has been around 100 years and its easy to see why.

I always call into sales which has been very helpful and they never give me grief for hemming and hawing over prices while they look up different sizes and thicknesses. Always on time to pick up when they say it will be ready. Fair prices and have had anything ive ever needed in copper or brass. I do miss the remnant pile they used to have sure came in handy.

ACB always goes above and beyond for us. Working hand in hand to make sure that our material is available when we need it. Sometimes our schedules can be delayed or expedited at the last minute and ACB is always there to make sure we are successful.

They have large selection of materials. Here is a suggestion to owner: It would be nice if the end pieces were to be priced by weight that way the customer and counter person save lot of time calculating what the total is...Thanks!!

Great company to work with for large ordering. Good stock between portland and washington locations.

Customer service has always been an issue, we have gotten quotes and made purchases over several years, but I will have to agree with everyones reviews here. There is no reason to dread calling in because you dont want to deal with sales. It only comes down to price, I have no other reason to purchase from them.
