Honest review: I was simply THRILLED to find a metaphysical store that had singing bowls in stock that I could play and find one (or a few?) That I throughly enjoyed. I visited and played each, in the end buying three bowls. Wanting to know more, I searched the branding on the bottom of the bowl. I paid $75 and $55 for a six inch and 4 bowl. When I searched the bowls, they were $10.95 and $29 on the wholesellers website. I also purchased a bowl cut from a divers tank for $125. I also searched this and found that the local creator of these bowls sells them for $60. Now I understand that a company must make a profit in order to survive, but the markup on these items was ridiculous and I was stupid to pay them- for cheap product. This is my warning to the next fellow, this store is overpriced. Do your due diligence and research before you spend $300, before you find out you could have spent $100 or spent $300 on quality singing bowls.Thank goodness I did not purchase the crystal bowl for $900 that I wanted. Beautiful variety of quality crystals ~ I found the perfect treasures for my friends and couldnt resist picking one out for myself. 😉 Sad I hadnt stopped in sooner! Love the well organized displays & the staff was very friendly! Lovely spot.

They have an amazing selection of crystals, candles, and a ton of other things. Mary (i think thats how you spell her name) was working when i went there and was so nice and helpful, she helped us pick out necklaces and was just very friendly overall. i wanted to get one of my crystals wrapped and she offered to do it herself. not very pricey and the store has a really good energy, ill be coming back soon! :)

I will be returning.Spacious, large, neatly organized selection of crystals and gems, tarot/oracle cards, and many other tools and trinkets for any kind of spiritual and magickal work.Calm, soothing energy, and peaceful and welcoming environment.Ryan, I believe was his name, was fantastic, super helpful and patient. He helped me thru the process of finding a Tool, or rather it finding me. An experience I will not soon forget. He gifted my daughter a gem, and he was patient with her as she buzzed about the shop. I had no idea what to expect when I made the choice to visit the shop today, but I left feeling more peace than Ive felt in a long time. Thank you again, Ryan.

Tina Tabrizi, if you read this, I just want to say based off of the very negative description of your visit to this store you decided to post, I wouldn’t be surprised if you had such a negative experience because you appear to be a very negative person. You come off as very entitled, and judgmental. Writing a review and saying the employees were awkward and didn’t pay enough attention to you, and stewing on that in store and even more on your way home, maybe your just an insecure person. The main reason I felt inclined to say anything in this review to a stranger was starting off by saying the employee “just kept saying sorry and shaking his head” because you were short and immediately go on to paint a terrible picture of this employee, explicitly saying he didn’t even say sorry. You probably won’t see this, and maybe this is an inappropriate to do this in a review thread, but I don’t think it’s right that you are leaving such a negative review based off of assumptions you are making about the employees thoughts, unrealistic expectations stemming from choices and mistakes you made, and then prove yourself to be dishonest. I honestly don’t believe most of this story, but possibly getting a person fired b cause you left a nasty/dishonest review in bad faith, in the middle of a terrible economic crisis the country is facing just really strikes me as something a nasty, resentful person would do. Fix yourself Mam. This ain’t right.

I love this place!My friend introduced me to this nice crystal, stone, etc shop.I bought my very first tool (Tanzine Aura Infinite Eye Cut) and wow, only having it for 2-3 weeks it has helped me so much & ive noticed a change in my inner self.Decided to come back, and get myself a Moldavite tool. I hoped they had some, since i know it’s hard to stumble upon / it chooses you. Walked in, and they had one single Moldavite & Tibetan Green Obsidian tool (magicians cut). Immediately felt a connection, and the nice guy who worked there, told me somehow he feels i attract green.. (which is SO CRAZY, because green is my favorite color, and im an earth sign).Their readings are so spot on, and the power of the crystals are insane. I love how helpful they are, and how knowledgeable they are in the tools.I love this place for my tools, and for my other crystals / stones. I love the ambiance, the smell, and the workers.I recommend anyone coming in here if you’re looking for good energy 💚

I called ahead twice to be sure they were open, and the phone rang until it disconnected. Rang the Vancouver location too and that went to facsimile sounds. I decided to trust the hours posted on Google and made the 49 minute drive from Hillsboro as Crystal Heart Books is closed Mondays and I needed special items for a gift. Pulled up to find Celestial Awakenings was closed. So frustrating! Update your hours on Google or at least have a phone recording for customers to know whats up. Ended up at the Gold Door on Hawthorne and had a fantastic experience.

This place is my favorite shop in Portland. The staff are super friendly, and very helpful. Special about out to Zack, hes always got a smile for my partner and I. I recommend it to everyone.

I love coming here the energy is so good and the girl at the register is super nice. Def recommend they always have nice pieces of minerals and rocks.

This crystal shop not only has a very nice selection of affordable crystals/stones but the people here are so great. They are the most knowledgeable in the metaphysical properties of what they are selling, and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. Its great to have people who actually care about what they are selling you because it makes the experience beneficial to the highest degree. Thanks to all of you for all your help.

The two running the shop are such a nice pair. One is almost eerie in how well he read me last time I visited. Both are eager to help and impart their knowledge, as well as simply share a laugh. The essential oils and candles here are worth the visit alone.

The staff were really awkward and I just felt like they didn’t want me there. It might have been a race thing, I’m not sure. I tried making conversation with the employees but they would rather talk to eachother, I noticed but I didn’t think too much of it. they don’t accept Apple Pay which was unfortunate because I had left my card 30 mins away at a gas station. I was .50 cents short, and he basically just kept telling me he was sorry and was shaking his head. He could have pointed me into the direction of a cheaper crystal, could have had the mannerisms and dimes see if someone that wanted to help me, he could have offered to put it on hold, he could have even covered it himself. I didn’t expect that but I thought about it the longgg way home. (I’ve worked retail, and covering a fellow neighbor for a few cents can really help them out. Especially in my situation when I drove 40 mins on a hot day, sat in traffic, and had a newbie at a gas station forgetting to give me my debit. Which left me with $5 on Apple Card and $1.50 cash.) he could have said sorry, he could have literally done anything else besides shake his head and be confused and awkward about the situation. I’m just suprised I had to deal with that. The store was a few minutes before closed and I chose what I wanted before 6:00 pm, but we stayed for way longer than we needed too because he wasn’t helping me. I was just standing there, trying to see what I can do and he was just putting his hands up in a helpless manner while explaining that he didn’t know what to do or say when the total was $2 and I had $1.75. I offered a $20 geode from my car with the $1.75 I also found in my car and looked at me like an idiot. I’m very dissatisfied and I left without buying anything, and I’m glad I didn’t. Crystal heart in Beaverton has VERY kind, engaging, and welcoming employees!! Go there!!

One of my favorite places. Reiki on Thursdays at 1pm and 7pm. I highly recommend going. This store is one of a kind. Truly one of Portlands gems.

The staff at this New Age Crystal shop are friendly and inviting, and they have a great selection of crystals. They offer a range of product pricing to fit different budgets, and even have a gifted healer and spiritual teacher who has an office there. You should definitely check them out.

The staff is more than helpful. Its like they genuinely care about your wellbeing and want you to receive the best form of healing that works for you. Love the signs next to the stones that tell of their healing properties.
