Had an awesome experience with my purchase of a waterproof tank bag from SW-MOTECH USA! Best quality ever! Despite supply-chain issues around the world, my bag still got to Texas from Germany in a reasonable amount of time. While it did take longer to get here, it was worth it based on the quality of the bag that I received. I expect it to last many many miles and years. I appreciate the excellent customer support in keeping me informed with the order!

Great showroom showcasing an outstanding product line. No direct sales, but you can put in an online order right there. Nice staff. They let me park my car in one of their spaces and they liked dog.

Maybe the US SW Motech or maybe overseas but one of them is full of it. Ordered parts from 3rd party dealer of their accessories and never got goods. Their correspondence from SW Motech was 1. It was delayed 4 weeks (Yes, I still want them), then 2. It was now custom made (Yep, still want them), then 3. Just never made or shipped (because they just don’t want to?)

Theyll get you outfitted with really quality stuff—the engineering and manufacturing is absolutely premium. Very happy with the gear Ive purchased for my adventure bike so far.

Extremely helpful staff. Even though my bike wasnt fully in their system they allowed me to size my different options in front of the store. Its fantastic having SW-MOTECH in the US (let alone within riding distance!) as their stuff is always top-notch.

Bought my second set of Blaze bags direct from SW-Motech via their excellent web site.Ordered on Sunday. Delivered on Tuesday.(Your experience vis a vis delivery time may differ because their warehouse and office is in Portland, Oregon and I live just down the road in Eugene).Got my first set from Twisted Throttle over eight years ago and theyre still in excellent condition.They are, admittedly, a little on the spendy side for soft bags but theyre extraordinarily well made and look great on the bike for which theyre designed. They will undoubtedly last much longer than eight years. Ergo: excellent value and money well spent.
