Our company has been very satisfied after signing on as a COT customer. They have VERY responsive and friendly staff and have been extremely timely for all on site services.

These guys cold called to get a meeting to assess our needs and existing equipment and see if they could do better for us. I reluctantly made time on my calendar - give them the time to propose...They came and gave a reasonable quote that I was seriously considering - I responded back for a little more clarification but never heard back from them, even after multiple attempts to connect.I would not recommend giving Connected Office Technologies your time, they are unprofessional. I will happily stay with Transco Business Technologies for our copier and printer needs.
