Packing boxes are weak and not sturdy. Doesnt hold toilet paper or paper towels. Boxes were destroyed during shipping process. Pack your products better please!

Lidio is the best to work with - he is very responsive and sometimes can get you same day delivery! Even Amazon cant do that. When I ordered a new desk chair, they made sure it was set up properly. Their prices are also way better than the big box stores, and youre supporting local business. I highly recommend them for any of your office needs.

I was doing a charity donation pick up today of 700 canned goods and they were doing a delivering.I didnt know the hand truck I borrowed in the hallway was theirs. The guy was super understanding and very professional!I was watching them work before hand and theyre awesome and work very hard to move big stuff without damaging it.Awesome company!!!Thank you again! I see that Im not alone in loving Southwest Office Supply & Interiors. Outstanding customer service beyond anything I have ever experienced. Everyone in the staff is helpful and friendly. Its not surprising that it was from an employee of New Seasons Markets who told me about Southwest Office Supply because New Seasons uses them.I dealt with John Amundsen for office supplies and furniture. I needed a new ergonomic chair to replace my old Aeron chair, and John Amundsen was the guy to help me. Talk about product knowledge, John had me sit in at least ten chairs and showed me how they worked and made sure I was sitting correctly. I have been debilitated by numbness in my hands and have had extensive therapy and education in ergonomics, but even I had much to learn.Southwest Office Supply has their people keep up on proper ergonomics by going to training and education events and John Amundsen completely updated my knowledge. If your setting up a new office, call the Southwest Office Supply to set it up and avoid problems down the road.I had John A. helped me order a BodyBilt chair, which is not easy as every chair is a custom assemblage of parts. After delivery John A. called me and offered to come over and help me set it up. Amazing customer service!!!Southwest Office Supply & Interiors believes in having a real relationship with their customers. The sale is not the end of them taking care of you, it is the beginning, and you cant do any better than having them as your supplier.

I am the Programs Coordinator for the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, Alec Ramsey, New Business Developer received a well-deserved nomination for Rookie of the Year at our Celebrate Tualatin - Business Excellence Awards.From the moment they joined the Chamber, Alec Ramsey and Southwest Office Supply jumped in with both feet. “The service we receive is both personable and highly professional. Even though they have a corporate relationship with us, they service each branch individually and assign a Rep we can call on. They understand our needs, and make sure each of us is taken care of in our own special way.” Southwest Office Supply branches have donated to the Oregon Food Bank and The Giving Tree. In addition, employees are encouraged to pursue volunteer efforts.
