I ordered a blanket on rumpl.com on 9/3 with a delivery time window of 4-7 days. The item was still not shipped on 9/8. After contact with customer service a search was initiated and a request put in to expedite the shipping as i needed the item for an upcoming trip (9 days after ordering it). On the evening of 9/8 the item finally shipped. Unfortunately not expedited and arriving 9/13. This is after my departure date and the item will not be needed therefore. No resolution from customer service to make this right. Only offered a refund or 10pct discount. Not good for the retail price charged.

Amazing quality, so comfortable and warm. We walked into HQ thinking it was retail and they stopped their meeting to chat with us and show us their space before they moved and they threw us a free blanket. Good company full of good people.

Best outdoor blankets, and especially for camping. Took a two person rumpl instead of a sleeping bag on my last camping trip and it was just the perfect amount of warmth without making me too hot. These blankets also make great gifts!

Rumpl blankets are the dopest ever. I literally sleep in them every day and night. My nap game has been elevated and I’m always warm. Sleeping bags are so over.The rumpl staff will even burn holes in your poncho, so you can customize it with sweet eagle, acorn, and oak patches. One of a kind, and steeZy AF.

Customer Service department doesnt care about customers emails. No phone number to talk to a real person about online orders. Buy a Pendleton instead.
