Excellent service! Their showroom provides you with a great sample of a lot of different chairs, table cloths, and decorations. In addition they were happy to grab anything from the back that we needed to see and set it up for us in the show room to view it. One employee offered up small samples of the table cloth I wanted so I could color coordinate other DIY decorations at home, another employee kindly allowed us to come back to pay our deposit a few days later. Overall weve interacted with 4 different employees on 3 different trips to the store, and all were supportive and thorough in their recommendations. The price was very reasonable for the quality of items and services provided.We are planning a back yard wedding for about 150 people in August. I will update about their delivery/setting up/break down services when we have the event. So far theyve made this process much easier than expected!

We ordered a 40x20 tent for our daughters sweet sixteen party. We considered other rental companies, but selected Interstate because their price was comparable to others, but their sales personnel seemed more experienced with what was needed for our event.The tent was delivered on time, as promised and the delivery team was excellent - professional, courteous and extremely organized.We will definitely call Interstate again in the future for our party rental needs.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! We decided last minute, the week of our wedding, to host a brunch in our backyard and we needed everything! Tables, chairs, umbrellas, linens, etc. and ISE Rentals was there to accommodate all of our needs. We worked with Tammy, one of their consultants, and she was amazing! She was able to fulfill our order that Tuesday and have all items delivered on Friday; Saturday was the wedding and Sunday was the brunch. She was very patient and accommodating, especially after sending her 4 consecutive emails with change requests at 3 am, yikes! On January 21,2017 my daughter got married! We purchased our linen for the event to save money. The night before the wedding we were armed with two steamers and a large group of volunteers to prepare the linens for the next day. No matter how hard we tried the wrinkles would not come out. We tried everything from tossing them in the dryer, wrinkle free products and in desperation we washed and dried them. That made it worse! So on the morning of the wedding, I phoned Interstate Rentals and spoke to Yolanda A.. I told her I had a 911 situation. She so calmly checked to see if everything I needed was in stock and was able to complete my order! The venue was in Vancouver, WA and by the time we arrived the order was almost ready. The linens turned out beautiful and the wedding went on as scheduled! Thank you so much to Yolanda for her fast and friendly service. She saved this mother from a stressful situation. I wanted to take a moment and share just about much we love Miss Yolanda. She is our main go to lady when it comes to ordering supplies for our catering and special events. I always feel as though she is looking out for our best interests and helping us make the best decisions on what to get. Honestly, Yolanda is the reason we continue to use Interstate as opposed to driving 2 minutes down to the road.

Tammy was terrific helping me out with reserving rentals for our annual Day of Dignity Event - a coalition of agencies to help with Portlands homeless. This event rental company is FAB! Used them for a 200 person fundraiser and they rocked it! Everything from the bistro tables to the linens were exactly what we needed. The are a family owned business which I loved. Both Colleen and Sam are great to work with and their delivery people were helpful, friendly and on time. We used Interstate Rentals for our wedding in July. Although we just needed tablecloths, the service was great! Scott and Michelle were both very helpful, and made sure we got everything we wanted at a great price. Plus, the tablecloths were good quality and perfect for our big day. Id definitely recommend them!

I have used Interstate Special Events for my rental needs for 25 years. Their equipment is up to date, and they regularly add new items. This summer we were able to rent misters to cool outdoor parties in 100 degree heat. I was amazed they owned them! The best thing about ISE, however, is their service. The crew from the front desk to the delivery folks cares about their customers and consistently bend over backward to please. Rent from them, theyll make you happy!

We used them for our wedding. They had decent prices and the staff in the office were very helpful. However, the pick-up crew came two hours past the window they gave without a phone call. It was Sunday too so we couldnt get ahold off anyone in the office. We had to just wait at the venue and hoped they showed up eventually.

So incredibly happy with their service. The tables are indeed on the older side so be sure to have the table cloths, theyre definitely required! I almost wish Id gone so far as to have a padded layer underneath. Delivery was on time, complete (nothing missing), and pick up was kind of like a dream. We got back just before the hour theyd dropped off initially but they had already come and gone. We had cleaned up trash but not all the cases and wine glasses. The crew showed incredible care with our items and laid the flowers out so well they were still fabulous when I was able to pick them up. A big thank you to everyone at Interstate for helping make our day easy to pull off!

Thankgiving is the busiest day of the year for our downtown restaurant, and every year we rent hotboxes to help with the hundreds of dinners we serve. Our rental company somehow forgot about our delivery scheduled for Wednesday evening, and I woke up at 6am to find they were never delivered. Interstate Rentals was the only company that answered my call on Thanksgiving morning even though they were closed. They were all so kind! A salesperson and driver came in right away, and we had our hotboxes at Imperial within an hour and a half of my call.Highly recommend working Interstate! We hadnt ordered from them before, and they took care of our problem with no hesitations. I know well be placing more orders going forward.

Interstate events provided a tent with walls for us for my daughters wedding in July 2015 they were fantastic to work with. It was the one day the entire summer that it poured rain and Im so thankful we had the tent and the walls. Joe Dennis and the team at Interstate Special Events went above and beyond to ensure our festival was a success. They were professional and responsive to my feedback during setup, and paid close attention to the details during the entire weekend. They even rushed a crew out to the coast (a two-hour drive) when one of our other contractors broke part of a tent structure -- and the Interstate crew got the problem fixed in about 20 minutes! I would highly recommend working with them for any event!

The first time I used Interstate, it was an emergency of my own making; Id flown in 40 pounds of live crawdads with all the trimmings and had relied on a buddys offer for a burner and cookpot. The cookpot couldnt have handled much more than a batch of spaghetti and the hose to the burner had been scorched and was leaking propane. It was Saturday afternoon. Time to Panic. We have been using Interstate Special Events at the Portland Polish Festival for the past 15+ years and they have always been absolutely AWESOME! Our festival is run entirely by volunteers and it ISE has made it easy for us. Our needs have changed over the years as we grew the festival from 500 people for an afternoon dinner to 20,000 people for the weekend. This last summer my daughters wedding reception was in our backyard and ISE took care of the tent, tables, chairs, everything.
