I was an hour late, they closed at noon. If I knew the hours I would have been there sooner.

I love how convenient it is to work with Bud and Dj. You just leave your screens in the drop place and he re-screens them as quick as possible. The prices are great and the service is even better.

This company came recommended to us. We contacted them about a property that needed windows screens and mayors. It took the company over two weeks to get a bid to us. Once we finally improve the bid and took the company another week to get back to us. We asked them to put us on the schedule to get the job done. They told us they needed 50% of the job upfront which was fine. We told him we could give them a credit card for payment. They said they do not except credit cards and would need a check. Right now it’s been three weeks and they said they are a week and a half to two weeks out on their schedule. We live in Spokane and cannot drive down there to give them a check which they expect us to mail and lose another two days. We expressed our frustration that we are professional business that is been in business since 2010 and pay all her bills and that we can’t wait so long to get this job done. We are just trying to get on their schedule ASAP. After all our patients and losing three weeks they told us to find another company to do our job. If this is how they were operating we wanted to share with the public do not use this company there he are very flaky and unreliable.

I have done business for almost 35 years with does a great job on windows and screens. Easy part is you can pick up your screens at his res and leave the payment in his payment box no need to be home and wait for him

This guy screens his calls so if he doesnt want to talk to you, he will not pick up, otherwise, he will answer the call in the middle of you leaving a message.When I first called, he answered in the middle of me leaving a message and came out that day to look at the window I needed replaced. He gave me a quote and we made an appointment for it to get fixed.That is the last time I heard from him. I have called numerous times and he has never answered the phone since, and were talking over a few months amount of time.The estimate was way cheaper than the other person I contacted so I kept trying, but he has extremely poor customer service and my window did not get fixed by him.He may be a one man show here, but hes a poor businessman. I would not recommend him at all!

This guy picked up three screens from my house and I never saw him again. I have called him half a dozen times over the span of a month and he refuses to return my calls. He is clearly a flake in the utmost extreme. I only put one star up do the fact that there are no negative stars. This guy is the worst.

Best place to get windows and screens fixed . also best place to have windows put in from.
