I had a previously scheduled appointment for service at Findley and had confirmed it the day before. When I arrived they not only didn’t have me on their books, they said that they couldn’t finish my work if they started. They were totally in helpful and basically weren’t customer focused. Not what I expect from a “service” department anywhere!!

Absolutely by far the best experience with the Folks in their service dept. Ive had My RAM pick-up there for oil and filters changed a flat repair and they ROCK!! Fast courteous and Greatly appreciated and the best part less then a mile from home. Thank You folks at Findlay!!
