Great place! Half way through a 5000 Mile road trip and I had issues with my car. Went to several other mechanics in Spokane all were a week out from even looking at my car, didnt even give me the time of day.Called and they took the time to listen to my issue and try to work through the problem over the phone, and check to make sure they would have parts.Came in and they immediately checked my car and where upfront about cost and forward steps.IN SHORT :respectful and courteous customer service, responsive, and confidently competed, they could correctly identify and resolve issues and were transparent and upfront the whole time. Prices were very good and fair.+The guys are all ex dealership mechanics so they are thorough and knowledgeable, and try to give you the best quality parts. Also they love meat jerky so if you got some theyll be even extra happy. A real blessing and good people.

Brandon and his crew did a awesome job getting our Honda Odyssey up and running.We bought a used mini van as is and it was in desperate need of tlc and few big repairs, drove it to cda on a prayer! In one week they had our van running excellent!They made sure to communicate any part delays and broke down all the repairs needed.Explained throughly what the van needed repaired and why it was important, exceptional customer service in my opinion!

My family and I were traveling from out of town for the 4th of July weekend and the day before we needed to return home the alternator on our vehicle went out. Brandon and the guys at CDA Imports were the only shop that were willing to get us in on the holiday weekend. As soon as our vehicle got there they started to work on it right away. They knocked out the job sooner than promised and got us on our way home. These guys are awesome and I definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Called early morning about an issue with my car and they immediately fit my car in to be fixed within an hour. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Along with this they let me know about issues I might have in the future to look into getting fixed as well. I will be returning to them for every car repair and maintenance I need.

So far nothing but positive vibes, seems to be a legit shop very helpful and great customer service.

Could not recommend this place enough. My husband and I were driving back from Montana to Portland when something happened to our serp belt and oil sensor. They were able to fit us in on the fourth of July, quickly and not only that, Brandon was so nice!! Seriously saved our trip home

Im super impressed with this place. Brandon was very knowledgeable, and helped get my truck back up and running better than ever. He was open and upfront about the prices, and kept in constant contact with me throughout the diagnosis and operation. And of course the cherry on the cake, was that he washed my truck! A++ service! I have been to many mechanics over the years and this shop is by far the best. I currently am running with a 2007 volvo s60r that I purchased in September of 2020. Two months after buy the car it broke down due to a crack in the cylinder wall. I called around and many other places where over charging me. Not only does Brandon and his team run off books meaning they run off of the manufacturing books on how long it should take to switch a motor. But they also called me each time to inform me what is happening with the car and explained to me in great detail what it was doing. If you are lookig for a good mechanic then cda import is most definitely the place to go. I will not be going to any other mechanics in the future. . Highly intelligent people who care about their customers and dont treat them like numbers. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Great service and price on our brake job!

Brandon has been my mechanic for years now. He has done very many projects for me. I have even bought a car from him and he continues to make sure all maintenance is done for it correctly. Ive had many mechanics before but they always try to put the fear in you or exaggerate things. Brandon is straight forward with everything and makes things clear WHEN it should be replaced. I will continue to have no one else touch my vehicles. Now that he has a balancer and tire machine, there is no need to go anywhere else.
