Although I wish my modern Chevrolet had less recalls and safety warranties the Knudtsen Service Department has always taken care of me and gotten the work done in a timely fashion. Free cold bottled water and doughnuts in the AM make the waiting area not so bad!

Classic over promise and under deliver. Im super disappointed and will never return to Knudtsen for anything. I communicated my needs and expectations multiple times to multiple people and I dont feel like anyone paid attention or listened. I felt overcharged, especially after being quoted a price when scheduling, and getting nothing more then bare minimum. The lobby was lack luster, but clean. I wasnt offered refreshments, a wash, a ride, or anything extra (which was fine, but amenities are the norm with the other dealerships I work with).
