Frank is awesome, got my truck in at 830 for an oil change, walked to the coffee shop at the end of 3rd and back, sat for maybe 5 mins and i was paid and driving away by 910. He said hed get me out quick so i could be at work and he didnt disappoint. Bought my tires and service feom him too as well as a tire repair. Fair prices, honest above all. Great owner.

I have my BMW towed to Franks and replace a starter motor. Turns out is was a costly mistake. After getting the car back from Franks I have a transmission malfunction warning and my transmission was stuck in third gear. This is a safe mode the car does so you can get it to the shop without damage. I had to take my car to a local BMW repair shop. Turns out the connection to the crank shaft sensor WAS BROKEN. This sensor is located directly under the starter. Franks broke the connection either getting the start in or out. Because this is a part that never breaks it had to be custom made. Franks also left out six bolts that needed to be replaced. The car is still in the shop and is now going on three weeks without a car. Think twice before have your car repaired at Franks.

We went there to have tires switch to the correct rims but Jr decided to leave them old tirerims. The rims were not the correct ones which created a horrible saf6risk, on the way home less then a mile the rims were wobbling. There were lugnuts that were so lose that you could remove simply with your fingers. The back tires were tipped out, because the rims were the wrong sizes. Buyer we were! If he had did what we ask for but I guess he didnt care

New to the area we were very happy to find an honest & reliable mechanic. Good prices too!

Broke parts and didn’t replace with oem. Also didn’t inform me of damages and when I noticed and informed them I wanted it fixed they haven’t made an effort to do it in 3 months.I wouldn’t recommend for anything now.It took longer then projected and I had to keep calling them for progress.They had a good price but I got what I paid for I guess.

When we needed my car repaired, Franks was able to get it in same day and ready for pick up next day. However, quick turn around in repair bit us later. The next day after picking up, the hub cab on on our our front tires was not put back on correctly & just 3 weeks after getting parts repaired, we found out that they were not installed correctly and causing the car to not run properly or safely. Unhappy that we had to get the same part repaired again after only a VERY short time.

My first experience with Franks was a couple months earlier. My car broke down in Coeur dalene and I called Franks to get a tow and get the car repaired. The had my car picked up in a couple of hours, it was diagnosed the same day and repaired the next morning. Their prices are reasonable, automobile service and customer service are both excellent. Just took my husbands vehicle there for routine maintenance and again was very happy with the service.

Best mechanic ive ever used amazing service

Had to pay for a part they put in my car that wouldnt have worked because it was a used part and had to be programmed. When asked if I could return the used part that wasnt working I was told it would cost too much money for the labor and would not be worth it for me. I asked for my original part back to take it somewhere else but they had already thrown my original part away. Now Im in worse shape than before!
