Worked very well with me to get a great building. Larry was very responsive and always got back to me right away. The workers who installed my shop were great and very hard workers. The only reason for the 4 is due to the communication on the large roll up garage door. Bulldog did not let me know right away that there could be VERY long lead times for it (ordered in May received Oct). I actually found out inadvertently when talking to one of the workers on site. He told me he had to leave the job to go install a door...when I asked why he said because the roll up doors were EXTREMELY backed up and that I could have issues. When I asked the front office about it, all they would say is, theres nothing we can do. I did happen to get the name of the company they ordered the door from so I would call them regularly to get my own updates. My recommendation to Bulldog is to just be up front about the delays, I know there is not much they can do, however, they could offer to give me a regular update or something. When I called the garage door place on my own, they would give me anticipated ship dates....they missed them a few times, but it was at least something. Other than that, I am very happy with my experience using Bulldog.

I found the folks at Badger Building Center in Post Falls, very helpful, friendly, and professional. The prices are very competitive, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is where they really shine. My order was packaged and ready for me when I arrived. When I came through the door, they greeted me, pulled my order invoice, and it was ready to load. The quality of materials was excellent. There may be various options in lumber yards in the Post Falls area, but I give the folks at Badger Building Center in Post Falls, ID, my highest recommendation. I was IMPRESSED!

So far my experience with Badger has been very positive. Tony is great, and the guys behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. This is great, because everyone is busy and most places seem to be getting a bit grumpy in reaction to it, but not these guys.

I walk in, and immediately one of the little guys is showing me a chair hes been working on. Honestly, until now I thought beavers were the only marmots in the woodworking biz, but I guess not. Another showed me cabinets he was working on, which was awesome and yet another one was fashioning a table out of mahagoney. I didnt realize how into woodworking these little guys are!

Working with Tony to get the exact garage package we were looking for was a great experience. Tony really listened to what my wife and I were looking for and made great suggestions that made for a building that’s not only functional but looks great as well.

Early March purchased some decking materials from Badger Building, Post Falls, Matt, Asst Manager...we asked if we could return decking that we didnt need, later, after we told him it might be 2 to 3 months as we were part-time residents working out of state and didnt know how long it would take to complete the project. Then Covid hit and our Governor placed a 14 day quarantine rule on anyone traveling out of state. 1st week of May we tried to return what we didnt need and were told it was too late by Matt. Matt further made up a story saying that we dropped the load on the pavement. Badgers men tied the original load down but pulling out of their parking lot the load shifted....we had to turn into the next driveway and tie the load down ourselves...nothing was damaged. Dont trust these guys; they will tell you whatever it takes to make the sale then fail to honor their word.

They made a mistake on color for a metal order and never owned up on their mistake. Had to eat $1200 and I let them keep the mistake order which Im sure they were able to sell.

Service was good up until when i brought to their attention that the roofing materials they sell was 1/4 out of square in 37 which would end up 7 1/2 out of square in 70. I was told the outside sales rep of the manufacturer would contact me but never heard anything back. I am a welder fabricator and run a fabrication shop. I would never let something with that kind of quality go out of my shop. I ended up contacting the sales rep of the manufacturer and he told me that they never contacted him . At the end i was basically told by both companys i just had to deal with what i received. Would recommend to check all materials before buying. Will not ever deal with either company ever again and would not recommend either. The whole situation could have been dealt with better by both companys.

I purchased a truck load of boards from this business and they were loaded up strapped and wrapped (2 units full). Got home only to discover while unloading that about 1/2 the boards in one of the units were damaged. Store unwilling to provide a reasonable remedy. Owner completely out of reach to remedy and store staff cite policy. Local lumber store you want to support but they make it terribly difficult.

Friendly knowledgeable fast and convenient. I determined I needed a palate of bond beam block on a Thursday and had to order it, I figured Monday at the earliest... They had it there the next morning, so I could work the weekend and get it done before the weather changed. The place puts in the effort like the job I was working on was theirs as well. Turns out they continued looking for the block after I ordered and found block in Sagle, one of their employees brought it in on his way to work.A place that can improvise in order to serve their customers better. The Prices are decent too.

Since it was DIY, I wish they had been more pro-active in directing me to instructions and other info on the mfg. website. They did not give me a curtesy call to let me know the delivery was on it’s way (only negative), but it all worked out. I am a first time deck builder and was very pleased with the service and attention given in my recent visit. Matt greeted me very soon and said he would be right with me. A couple minutes later he came over to me and asked if I needed help. For the next 30 minutes he answered all my questions about what types of fasteners, additional joist work needed and many other great tips. He answered all my questions. He even drew a scale drawing of my deck on graph paper and helped me figure out exactly how much decking and what lengths were needed. Wow! This is exactly what I needed as I had many questions. Great customer service Matt. Ill be placing my order soon.

The employees in the office and the loaders act like your an inconvenience. Their products are often poor quality and they are rude when you want to exchange damaged (when purchased) items. Will never do business with them again.

6 of the 50 recent 92-5/8 studs I purchased were close to 1/2 short. Made it impossible to use them on framing walls. For the time being, I used them as support braces. Other than that, Ive been happy with them

I purchased material for my deck and spent around 3k not a ton of $$ but still a reasonable amount for a little home project. I asked when I bought the material for this project I was concerned about ordering to much material which of course I did. I asked if I could return the extra lumber if I didnt use it. The guys at the front counter said absolutely as long as I did not leave it outside. I ran into so problems like we all do when we start these things. Now 5 months later I have been storing 16 boards in my garage out of the weather I call and say Id like to return around a dozen boards they let me know I am out pass the normal return policy?? I asked how long is that he said around a month. I was still buying decking and other material 30 days from the original purchase! If I would have knowing this I would have bought my stuff from Lowes or Home Depot. I said what am I supposed to do with this lumber sale it on Craigslist? He responded that would be a good place to start hey thanks a lot thats what I want to do is take my weekends wait around for people to come out and lowball me on boards that I cant return sounds like a great time! I will never buy from these guy again! Post Falls is a small town and Ill let every know if you have a do it yourself project dont shop here you might save a buck but if you have to return anything good luck!
