Pacced on whatever state your in, but great customer service

Ordered 4 truck tires over 2 weeks ago with a supposed delivery date to store within 3 days of order. 2 weeks later Im still being told they are in transit! They withdrew the $774. from my account within 15 minutes. I was supposed to have left for a cross country trip early last week...no tires and having difficulty getting my money back to purchase elsewhere.This will be my last time purchasing anything from Walmart online..

Im disturbed by the amount of dudes trying to dress like women. I was thankful my cashier today was an original.Customer service is soso, definitely not how sam Walton would have had.

This store is huge and it was my first time at this location. Staff were helpful in finding things and this was one of the fastest Walmart checkouts Ive ever been to. Kudos to the staff there for the friendliness and ability to work that register so efficiently.

Lisa in the bakery helped me find what I was looking for. Her customer service is always phenomenal. She is so polite and genuine in how she dealt with me. There is not enough room here to thank Lisa for her help. The dinner rolls made the night Lisa. Thank you!

Didnt have what I was looking for but a staff member helped me find something else that will work out better for me. So much appreciated! Keep up the great work WalMart!!

I can generally find everything I am looking for. The one-offs are brands I have to get other places. The store is generally well kept, clean bathrooms, friendly associates, and attentive managers.

They alot of variety and good prices. Although I wish they would source their merchandise locally verses out of china.

Super nice employees. The lady who brought out my sisters groceries was very helpful and incredibly kind.

Walmart is Walmart in most cases. Clean, well stocked, reasonable prices. The region of the country dictates the character & attitude of the employees. Once you get west of The Mississippi River, IMO, the helpfulness increases 10 fold.

Went here specifically to return some batteries that were the wrong size. Service center lights were off. I asked an employee where I could return them was informed at any register. Only 4 registers open long lines. After waiting for quite some time was told by cashier that she couldnt do it. Asked another person who informed me to go to Service department. I explained no lights were on there. Then she informed me that she closed Service department...????

Most of the time multiple items are out of stock for weeks. Not sure if its due to online pickup orders, but I would hope that the shoppers in the physical store would get priority. Some of the associates getting items for the online orders will not move out of the way for customers to get passed them or almost run into people with their cart and have attitude when youre simply trying to get groceries. There was a time when customers were an important function of the store. Perhaps a discussion during a staff meeting on customer service and customer courtesy would be helpful.

Walmart always looks like its going out of business. Shelves are always empty. There people are nice. Its just frustrating that stable products are out!!

Pretty much everyone has been in a Walmart. We discovered, however, that this particular store in Post Falls was the cleanest and had the most helpful staff of any we had ever been in. We were looking for a couple items and two different employees happily took us to exactly where the items were located. Again, everywhere we looked, it just seemed cleaner than any of our previous experiences in other Walmarts. (Keep up the cleanliness and great recruiting). We heartily recommend this store.

The cost of items is truly the only reason to go to Walmart. Availability of items has gotten ridiculous. The lack of Cashiers is a joke and the quality of the cashiers is unbelievable. If it was even close on price at other stores, I wouldnt even shop here!

I was surprised to find how many items they were out of. I went for a desk chair and the model I wanted was sold out except for the display model. They wouldnt sell it to me. I wanted a pool. They were out. It was still the first two weeks of Summer!

This is the most ghetto WalMart Ive ever been into. shelves are not stocked at all. And employees are extremely rude. Floors are clean the restrooms are not. Would be nice if they got some staff training.

Walmart has a little bit of everything, including the weird customers that show up. I enjoy people watching, and being able to knock out all my shopping in 1 trip! Good prices too.

Had exactly what I needed at a fair price point. Also has cash back, wich is nice when you dont have time for an in network atm.

They have cheap prices but bad customer service. I guess it was better than last time when the manager yelled at me and called me a liar for there product being in the wrong spot and misprinted price.

This location is what you expect from Walmart. The employees have always treated me kindly. They do seem to have frequent shortages of food merchandise. It was not a problem until they reorganized the store. Other than be that, this location should meet your needs.

Overall a pleasant experience. However, the guy working the automotive department with all the jewelry on and dangling pierced earrings with a real a$$h*le. Asked him for help with something, he copped an attitude and seemed like I was a huge inconvenience. Check your attitude at the door Jerk, your job is to help customers, not play with the computer in automotive.

This is the only place I can reliably find beef liver for my dogs special diet. Its high quality and inexpensive too. While we dont usually do our grocery shopping at Walmart, we can usually find most, usually all, of the items on our shopping list here if we happen to be here on shopping day.

Its your average Walmart. I have nothing bad or good to say about it.

This was the first time I did door dash for walmart. And I received the worst customer service. 4 cars came after me and I was ignored nobody even told me hey I will be with you one moment. I went to talk to the grocery Manger MO. She talked down to me and instead of getting me my order told me just go we will take you off of it. I have worked there before I know you are supposed to at least acknowledge the people who have been waiting over 10 minuets.

Customer service is good ..except a few of course thats kinda normal..variety of products available ..

Love Walmart but not impressed with their need to remodel. Store isnt that old and it worked and functioned great. Now the store is in pieces and when they get it back together I wont know where anything is.

Asked when their service desk open and close. They told me it depends......? Really? I work during the day so knowing when they close would be helpful. The rep didnt care. 7:30pm 6/15/2021.

This store has improved since I have visited it last. The employees are so much friendlier and more helpful than in the past, and they dont make every single customer feel like they are somehow pissing off each employee that works there. I drive from the valley just to visit this Walmart instead of the Spokane stores.

Who orders clothes at this place??? No help (which could be best anyways), but for the long lines to check out. But on a positive note, usually clean and organized.

Still have real people at check out. Nice!

Really great store. Has everything we all need

Unfortunately I have to write this review so that people will take caution before using Walmart delivery. I have been paying for this service since they started it during Covid.. I order every Sunday for delivery either Sunday or Monday after work..I have received the wrong groceries a hand full of times.. and now twice they just haven’t showed up. The grocery’s I order are typically for my daughters lunch at school. Tonight was the last straw for me.. I called at 7pm because my groceries that were supposed to be cancelled between 6-7 weren’t here yet. The lady that I talked to said her name was SONYA. She was extremely rude to me and lied to me saying first “I can’t find your order “ to then “oh I found it.. it’s scheduled to be delivered tomorrow “ she straight up lied to me instead of just owning her mistake.. as you can see from my screenshot that my order was supposed to be delivered today…So it was then 7:30pm and I had to pack the kids into the car to go grocery shoppingThis same experience happens 2 weeks ago but I had to call 4 times to get the employee to cancel my order after they didn’t deliver it!

There was only one less than 20 lane and 3 check out lanes with very long lines. The wait to checkout was horrendously long. Finally a lead checker arrived to help. There was an older lady ahead of me with a full cart. I helped her unload her cart to the conveyor belt. I then met her in the parking lot to help her place her bags in her car. She was wheezing and very tired. She was not able to do the self-check out due to her physical problems. What gives? Absolutely no help for compromised shoppers. Self-checkout is not for everyone.

This place has actually upped their game quite a bit in the last few years. I’m very impressed by the diversity and quantity of product sold here!Whatever you need, they have it!However, it could still be improved on customer service. It kinda sucks. They should hire me to inspire their workers to higher performance.

Kmarts replacement, only better in that the employees are usually more available, and less receipt paper

Its Walmart, what can I say! The cashier, everything about her,, was one of the worst employee contacts ever. She has alot to learn about customer service. One of reasons I limit my shopping there to maybe once a month & usually go to self checkout. Sometimes you just cant fix stupid!

Staff is nice. Shelves pretty empty. Not always able to find what I came in for.

Always great shopping experience. Restrooms always clean in the back of store and usually in the front as well they even have a low enough sink for children and/or people in wheelchairs as well as a child size and adult size toilets inbthe family bathroom in the back of the store. People watching is always a unique experience at this location. And they have a new gas station now too!

Toy aisle was very low, almost bare. I am sure Covid has to do with it. Always having to check ourselves out. Employees watch you like your a theief making sure you scan items. Hate what this place has turned into. If you worries people arent scanning items then put people on registers.

Oh there were just so many customer service representatives asking me about every 2 minutes if i needed help finding anything. Then when I needed help they all seemed to be pre occupied, a young group of new generation z kids told me, that is part of their undercover spie behavior I thought great, but why not help me when I need it? I dont understand the tactics of the 2021 post pandemic generation. Power to the people of WalMart!!! 😊

My store,, wish they would pick the internet click list stuff from the warehouse instead of emptying the shelves for people who shop from a laptop. its time to give your loyal in person customers some recognition and stop following the trend of making this a faceless, paperless society where we have no human interaction.

Nice store, lots of stock, except we couldnt find Fiskars hedge trimmers. Service was great. My wife is putting 3 to 5 rocks in her garden, and this Walmart had them. The one in Hayden did not.

The service at the Deli was horrible. I went to this Walmart today and wanted to get some prepackaged deli meat at the counter. There was two female employees behind the counter just talking to each other, and a man that was slicing some meat. The women completely ignored me, so I patiently waited for the man to finish slicing the meat. When he was done he started going through the meat packages in the counter and completely ignored me also. It would have taken less than 30 seconds for him to give me two packages of prepared meat. I finally gave up and walked away. Very poor customer service. Won’t go there again.

I myself am a Walmart Associate as of somewhat recently, and my opinion of Walmart has only improved since my employment. I now understand that the biggest problem is that we are severely understaffed. Sure, were doing pretty good, but you know somethings a problem when the workers are more upset about not having as much help as they should, and they complain about it more than the customers. Luckily they raised the pay finally so that should change hopefully.

Walmart is Walmart. Employees here are helpful. Shelves are always stocked. Store is clean.

I have to go to the Walmart all the time, Most of the time the shelves are bare, Mostly because the online shopping takes priority over customers in store, I know because I worked there In Online grocery. We started before the store opened, Customers that ask questions we have to ignore, Because we had a certain time limit for each time that we pick things for the customers, It is very stressful, I got fired for being too slow because I helped customers. Management does not care about customers or employees if you go there in the evening it is all teenagers so you will not find help if you need help.

Needed 1 gallon bottled distilled water that wasnt on the shelves. Ask a very helpful man, he went to the storeroom and brought me the large quantity I needed. Very impressed with his performance and responsiveness. Couldnt read his name tag but it was about 10:30am on Friday 1/15. Older man, please thank him for me again.

They have a lot of vegetarian frozen protein and foods. Its a nice selection.

They now make most everything stocked up.Ive noticed however that they increased inventory across the board since the COVID-19 Pandemic.That part I feel is Wrong.Other local grocery stores have increased their prices a great deal more though than Walmart.Super One and Yokes are an example!They wonder why they dont have more business.Super One and Yokes are pricing themselves out of business!Just my 3 Cents

This store, as most in Idaho, have very nice workers and customers. It doesnt seem to have as unruly clientele as the Spokane stores. I feel that all the Walmarts should however add in some basic customer expectations like: not cursing, dressing appropriately, etc... Ive been at a couple stores where it seems they allow customers to behave horribly towards their staff.

Crowded, but good. Went for packing supplies and school stuffs. Found extra goodies and tried to find anti-fog for eyeglasses but couldnt find any. In n out in twenty minutes.

The cashier was spaced out, she took forever checking us out.

Wal-Mart is of course a great place to shop for a bargain, and everything under the sun. My only recommendaction is a good pair of walking shoes. Its a good place to go when you want some extra exercise, its just so big.
