Sooo pleasant. Servers are obviously trained to engage the customers when delays occur while order is being filled. This smiling server makes the experience so much nicer. Just got the app and am collecting points. The coffee is good. The experience is great!

I dont frequent Starbucks often.. but it was close and I wanted to say hi to my daughter. Not visit just a hi and I love you have a good day... as Im paying for coffee I asked the employee at the window if she was working he said yes handed me my order and thats it.. Im like wait what.. wasnt very busy one car behind me.. so theres no reason why another employee couldnt have come to the window. Maybe Kenneth was having an off day.. but was super short.. not so friendly!!!

I have nothing bad to say about this location. Theyre consistently friendly and they have quick service. I like that theyre still using precautions through the pandemic when others have given up on them. Once they made my order wrong and before I even knew it they were making me a new one and gave me the one that was made wrong (I wanted breve they made it regular) so I took it home to my son, which made him very happy.

I am only giving it two stars simply because my FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!.It was my 1st time at that location and my 2nd time overall ever trying Starbucks.I wanted to try a drink that I saw and it ended up not tasting very good I called and the lady was very polite and apologetic and have me come back so they could make me something different. I had a very good visit and the drink was delicious the 2nd time round.I however then went the next day and got the same drink they asked me if I wanted something that was already supposed to be put in the drink.I said I didnt know and to do whatever they thought would be right. I ended up getting a drink with nothing but strawberry syrup and a quarter of the rest of the drink. I did try to mix it up, I tried to continue to drink it to see if it would taste any different but sure enough it was horrid.. I again went back asked if they could fix it because I loved the drink that I had the day prior! Before I could finish my sentence a gentleman (with a green beard) was super disrespectful and lashed out at me for not being knowledged ! At first he declined to fix it because he made it right and nothing is wrong with it. I asked again politely and told him I took 5 drinks and had nothing but syrup in my mouth. He raised his voice and said I heard you over the intercom and I made it the way YOU ASKED FOR IT TO BE MADE. He proceeds to belittle me infront of the entire coffee shop. He then had the nerve to TEACH me a lesson on the difference between dice strawberries and the strawberries syrup. I was SO EMBARRASSED 😳😫. IM SORRY I DIDNT WANT TO WASTE MY LAST 7 DOLLARS THAT I HAD TO MY NAME ON A DRINK THAT TASTED LIKE A CUP OF SYRUP! He slammed everything around and finally put it all together. He slid it over and I walked off. NEVER WILL I EVER TOLERATE SUCH DISRESPECT! ANYONE THAT SPENDS MONEY ON A SERVICE OR PRODUCT IS GOING TO WANT WHAT THEY WANNNNNT AND HEVEAN FORBID HAVE IT SWITCHED UP A LITTLE TO THEIR LIKING. DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS IF YOUR UNSURE OF THE EXACT INGREDIENTS IN YOUR DRINK. OR IF YOUR TRYING STARBUCKS FOR THE FIRST TIME. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

I frequent Starbucks regularly both locally and when I am traveling for work. Starbucks is Strabucks, its pretty much the same transaction and experience each time but Not Today! The staff at this Starbucks location were notably friendly and sincere. Ive been going here for years and getting slight variations on a single drink that I fell in love with when I was 15.No sooner do I get to the window does the order already appear on the screen and the staff is simply making sure I didnt want to change things up this time. They are always friendly, and its no questions asked if you even think there might be an issue with the drink. They just make it over without hesitation.Really appreciate the consistency, kindness, and accuracy of the staff here.

Service has definitely fallen over the past few months. There is no reason why the wait at the drive through should be nearly 30 minutes.

This is the best location ever & I’ve been to locations all over the US. The customer service is amazing. The store is clean, & the service is fast. I’m a regular customer & every single staff members treats me amazing. They know what I like down to the straw size I prefer. All star employees... Frankie, Leah, Chandler, Gavin, Tyler, Hanna, Julia & so many more. Really can’t say enough about the staff! Coffee...it’s wonderful!! I get the same latte & it’s always made the way I like it. If you’re looking for a consistent, & efficient place to receive your coffee look no further.

This place is over ran with high school kids being loud and obnoxious. Took forever to get my drink and then my drink was awful. Threw it away. Theres like 20 other coffee places I would rather go to. However Starbucks is the only indoor coffee shop thats open part 5pm.

I came to this store when visiting from out of town and the customer service was great! The barista who greeted us and took our order (Ashlie) was so friendly and prompt. She even brought our food to our table which was so helpful since I have two small children. The drinks came out quickly and were exactly as we ordered them. I was very impressed with this store, its one of the best Ive been to and will probably visit again.

Should have gotten the name of the guy who took my order but he had long hair in a bun and a beard. He had such a positive happy mood and I loved how much energy and how sweet the crew was. Lived the smore frappuccino and brownie.

I know people make mistakes. The first was a totally wrong drink. And then when they brought out the correct one, it was lacking the fruit. The first drink that they through out had fruit!!! We waited outside for 30 minutes for them to bring us the wrong drink, due to them forgetting we were out there

This Starbucks is my Happy place and I go because of the girls and Danny. They almost always make my day. Theyve lost some of my favorite employees and that bothers me to not see them there any longer. But theyve still got quite a few really special girls and I hope and pray 🙏 they dont lose them.

I love this Starbucks (I love all Starbucks, but this one more than the others!). They always get my order exactly right. Its clean, has a cheerful, but not too cheerful for before coffee, atmosphere, and friendly employees. They always spell my name correctly lol and usually call it out so I know my coffee is done. They didnt call my name today but Im sure thats a fluke.

Everytime I ask for no whipped cream I still end up getting it and normally im fine with it. But this time I asked for no whip and I got extra, in the drink, on top, at the bottom of the cup, just everywhere. Dont get me wrong the drink was still good but that was a little ridiculous.

Its a Starbucks. Decent coffee, but not anything special. Overpriced. But sometimes they are the only place open and they are everywhere. So if desperate, you can get your caffeine/coffee fix. ;)

The guy at the drive thru (i believe his name was gavin) was the sweetest person i’ve met through a drive thru. my friend was joking about a breakup drink because she was going through one and he gave her a free cake pop and left a message on her drink that says “smile you’re beautiful”. this man made her day. thank you :)

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about the drinks.We had a Peppermint Mocha & Carmel Brulee . They were very yummy!

Cant complain they sure do have some good drinks and a wide variety of products to choose from. I like that most of the stores have some sort of option of a coffee that can supports farmers in another country. They have a great variety of pastries however if you come too late in the day youre definitely Limited. I like their salads for lunch at Great quick bite but once again if you are a little too late while they are gone. Still try to support the local drive-thrus as much as I can.

Very friendly staff, tend to mess up order when you need special milk (ie: Almond milk). Majority of my orders had regular milk instead of requested almond milk so they were undrinkable and since I ordered at the drive thru...I was too far away by the time I realized.

The employees here are very touch and go with their customer service most days they are in a bad mood and the coffee is too sweet or tastes burnt. I used to go once a day but with the poor attitudes lately ive stopped completely ill go to dutch brothers

Found staff unpleasant made me feel put down and incompetent because I asked questions on how they made one drink. Yes i go to Starbucks everyday just not for blended drinks. It was a treat for myself and daughter. Even though we live down the street Ill be driving miles away to get better customer service.

I love going to this one too specialty when Julie is working but somehow I keep missing her but I can always catch her at the other one too... I used to go the one in Spokane Valley,WA inside Safeway store but I got some really horrible service there with the new girl named Angelina, so ID rather driver 10 minutes into another state where Im more appreciated!!!

Might just be your Standard Starbucks coffee chain store. But I have Never had a rude or bad encounter at this one definitely recommend. They seem to run out of the specially drinks that you see like the unicorn drink they had last year pretty fast

I spoke with one of the managers today and she was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted, based off of the most generic special order I have ever made in my life. LOL but she figured it out for me and helped me out a lot and I will always appreciate her for that! That is d type of customer service. We need on a regular basis from everyone in every single department store, fast food restaurant, gas station, ECT. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. they genuinely want to help you have a better day and after getting your coffee in the morning you feel great and ready to take on the day!And to be honest... Starbucks works! 😊

Very disappointed after hearing from a friend of mine that the MANAGER awkwardly kicked her and her business associate out for smelling like peppermint. Shame on you! I dislike the taste of your coffee to begin with, but this just adds the icing of the cake. I bet if a group of people came in smelling like marijuana or cigarette smoke you wouldnt say anything.

Unfortunately, my sister and I had a bad experience at this Starbucks do to inattentive and poorly trained barista that took our order.My sister is allergic to dairy and eggs. I very specifically asked what the cloud foam had in it and the barista said : “2% milk”. To which my response was “oh just milk!” And she said yes. No powder l, eggs or other ingredients were ever mentioned (learned of this later after illness set in).We then ordered the cloud macchiato with coconut milk and NO caramel drizzle. We received the macchiato and it was made with drizzle...which has dairy (thanks...). Luckily I noticed and they remade the beverage. Not so luckily, there were still eggs in the drink and my sister became extremely ill later the same day.I cannot stress how important and valuable it is to have very well trained serving staff at restaurants and coffee shops!! If you are serving a beverage with well known allergens (nuts, soy, dairy, eggs) the staff should either know exactly what’s in it or know where to access the information so a very specific answer can be given. Please do not put your customers at risk because of laziness!!! We rely on you!
