If they offered less then 1 star, Id click it. I ordered trial contacts in February, tried to pick them up in March and was told due to Covid-19 I would have to wait. Returned again in May, was told the same thing - they would call me when they were able to fulfil order. Never heard from them. Went in today to try again and was told my order had been canceled. When I asked for my money back on the eye exam, I was told no, they would not refund my money nor would they fulfill my order.

Been going here for several years. Always wonderful. Great warranty on all kids frames, we just walked in and they swapped out the frames right there, no questions or waiting.

I just waited on hold for 16 minutes just to ask if they accept my insurance. They never actually got back to me, they just hung up on me.

Went in to get new lenses was told by the associate (jani) that what I needed was bifocal for up close, computer distance and far away. I am new to glasses so i dont know any better well after a few weeks of wearing my glasses I found it was hard to see the computer and called my eye doctor thinking they did my prescription wrong well come to find out the lenses where wrong. Jani at Walmart has NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING. Not only does she not have the skills or knowledge to be working there she was unpleasant during my visit. After finding out the issue I called and spoke to the manager Ryan at first he was rude and stated that his employee is knowledgeable and when I explained in detail on what happen he changed his tune and said he would make good on what HIS staff member did. Do to my work schedule I am time limited so I called back to speak with him to figure out a time to come but he wasnt in so i simply asked when he will be in next and of course Jani got an attitude and stated she could not give me that information. I called at least 3 times after that to get a hold of him regarding this matter and he is never in, nor will they tell me when he will be in. I left 2 messages for him to call me, and he never did. I mean you cant state something as simply as call back Monday.This employee is the worst and has NO understanding or knowledge of what she is doing. I am completely disappointed with the whole experience and it was a complete waste of my time and money.
