I have to say, that the overall experience was very good. There were a couple minor issues, but the Company was eager to take care of it and more than willing to listen to me. I felt as though they really took pride in what they do and how we feel about the overall experience! They replaced our wood burning fireplace with an Awesome gas burning one. We love it!

Tyler, their field technician followed up promptly to answer any questions in great detail one would have at the outset. They are fair-priced, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to settle any concerns that people looking to upkeep their home would have during this undertaking with genuine care. Our Heat N Glo gas fireplace was completely cleaned, refreshed and reset to prime optimal standard. It honestly look like it was new and freshly installed once Tyler was finished with the work.We recently underwent a massive wind storm to the Inland Pacific Northwest - our gas fireplace has a battery backup to ignite the fireplace and keep things warm as the power had gone out. We could not get the backup ignition to function when we needed it most. After the fireplace cleaning, Tyler reset the battery springs, tested, and then gave my wife and I a detailed run-through on the backup feature should the power go out again.What can I tell you...we were absolutely thrilled with the results!Its not often that I come across positive, consummate professionals with this much old-school pride not only in their work, but with the people they work with.Thank you Tyler, and keep up the outstanding work Quality Stoves.

Great place to go if you need a wood stove (or gas or pellet) and hot tub needs.Staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Free estimates on all work & items on show floor are what they sell. No need looking in a catalog, like every other wood stove place made us do, you can see the actual stove.Id give it 10 stars if I could.

The staff is excellent and the service is 5-star. I came in looking for a Blaze King with catalytic combustion technology and was really firm on that. Well, after an hour long education on all the different efficiency technologies, and looking at the products, they moved me to consider the Lopi (no catalytic combustion) and the Kuma (with re-burn and catalytic combustion). The Kuma won out on being entirely made in the USA, including the materials, along with a true lifetime warranty! The installation was excellent, and I cant say enough about the Kuma. Its the best thing I own! Youre going to be paying a little more than going with Home Depot/Lowes product/service...but you get so much more in value! Dont hesitate to check them out. You wont be sorry.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We had a Lopi Endeavor wood burning stove installed. The whole process went smooth from start to finish. This family run and owned business excels at what they do. Carl and Steve that did our installation were done within 3 hours. 3 hours that included helping shovel our walkway to not track water inside, helping move furniture in our living room to make a better workspace and cleaning up any dust or mess after the installation was complete. You will pay a little more for your stove, but youre paying for an American made product with a great warranty and outstanding customer service. I will forever send business their way.

What can I say, Tyler was extremely professional thorough fantastic absolutely loved our interaction with him and making it so easy for us to be able to learn on our remote the thoroughness of cleaning and making sure that everything was understood completely and wholeheartedly. Tyler is a fantastic technician and if you are me I’d give him a raise if it were me I would give some opportunity for him a special special gift or an occurrence or add a boy or whatever it is for the service that he provided. Extremely overwhelmed at his service that he provided for me and my wife.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful service from Kenny at Quality Stoves. He came to our house to service our 30 yr old gas fireplace. It now works better than it ever. Beautiful flame and no more air sound. He worked so meticulously to get just the right look with glowing embers and placing the logs. It looks beautiful. I was concerned about all the black ash that had accumulated but Kenny cleaned out the fire box without a spot on anything . Very impressive. Thank you Kenny and Quality Stoves.

Weve bought two gas fireplaces from Quality now and couldnt be happier. The whole experience from the showroom to the installation to service calls is top notch. In fact we just had Tyler here to do a cleaning on the first fireplace we bought. It had been three years without a cleaning, which is my bad, and it was pretty gunked up, but Tyler got it running great again. He even volunteered to take a quick look at a minor problem with the newer fireplace. Great job all around, and nothing but great experiences with Quality so far.

Staff response to customer inquiries is anything but quality service. When asked to provide a stove install quote, they give you a grand total and wont provide an itemized quote of costs, they say, We dont do our pricing this way.Quality stoves never provided a written or itemized quote, they are not courteous or professional with clients. Quality stoves tried to gouge my sister an extra $2,000 for install because she is a single woman, she called them on it.Go elsewhere to get stove and installation done, this company is amateur at best.

When we bought a propane free standing fireplace we bought a Lopi, not because of its beauty or because it’s the most expensive model but because of its durability and reliability. We live several miles from a town of any size and needed a stove we could rely on since it is our primary source of heat, our only heat during power outages. Quality Stove and Spa didn’t have to drive 180 miles round trip to install our new stove but they did and it took 3 business days from purchase to installation, we can’t thank them enough for a job well done. They are prompt to work with over the phone and their installers do excellent quality work. The competition quoted a lesser price for the same product however Quality Stove and Spa were much easier to work with and they matched the competitors price. We will continue to do business with them. Thank you once again Quality Stove and Spa.

Tyler from Quality Stoves came out to inspect and clean our chimney; he showed me that hed found a part of the old original external stove pipe (43 years old) was leaking and looking for an opportunity to start a chimney fire. *gulp* So were having them do the repair for us. Glad Tyler caught it....I feel like we dodged a really nasty problem!! Good service!

We bought our Coast Spa about a year ago and it has been the best purchase! Phil is wonderful and their team of installers were quick and informative. I have had some newbie questions over the past year on general spa care and they are always willing to help out.

Terrific selection in a very comfortable cozy environment. The inside of the store is what I can best describe as homey. A home with a lot of fireplaces and stoves that is. The staff, including the pet pig, were all helpful, courteous and friendly. Two day service just before christmas and in the snow, was as good as it gets. They removed my wood fireplace insert,including disposal, installed the gas line and the gas fireplace insert along with a fine looking chimney cap. While they had the gas shut down awaiting inspection, they also installed an outlet for my BBQ and only charged for parts!Great folks to work with, great products, great results.

New to the area and we have three gas fireplaces that needed to be turned on, cleaned and made sure to be in working order. We couldnt be more happy with the professionalism, courtesy and thorough job that was done. Vacuum of dust, proper arranging of logs and glow embers. He really knew what he was doing and worked on it until it was done right. Way to go!

Wow! We are looking to buy a Vermont Bun Baker stove which is pricey. We like to deal locally rather than order online, so I called yesterday to make sure they carried them. They had one in stock and I asked how long it would take to order one if the one they had was not the model I wanted. 4 to 6 weeks. Fine! Drove 55 miles to the showroom. The rather rude woman informed me that she would not be ordering anymore from that company as they were difficult to deal with! Seriously? You let me waste my time and gas money to be brushed off?

Looked at hot tubs. Took forever to get a sales associate. Its basically a fireplace store ergo added hottubs as an after thought. Over priced tubs.

Kenny has thoroughly cleaned out two of our pellet stoves and they are in top working order now. Quality Stoves provide a much needed service and they do it very well.

Approximantly two years ago we had a 4415 Linear Gas Fireplace installed in our newly built home. A month prior to the expiration of the warranty the fireplace starting having issues staying lit. We had Quality Stoves’ technition, Ken, come out to evaluate. After a maintenance and minor adjustment failed to resolve the problem Ken contacted the manufacturer’s representative for input. Following their advice Ken replacied a circuit board and the remote. That resolved the problem.We greatly appreciated Ken for the conscientious way he went about finding a solution. He is an asset to the Quality Stove business.
