I booked the company for another property and the night before the install the property received an offer (it had been on the market for 30 days already.) I called them in the morning and they were kind enough to refund the charges (although in reality they could have charged me something, which probably would have been fair.)So I choose to use them for the next property I was selling. I called them the week I was putting the property on sale. They were extremely quick on service and had it staged the next day. This was the first staging I had ever used but was interested to see if it made a difference in time on the market. It did, I received a full price offer the first day on the market!The house had a total remodel so it looked great, but the furniture just brought it all together.Pros: Quick service, affordable, owners are customer service focused.Cons: Small issue of customer service with one of their employees, but owner resolved to our satisfaction.Also I think it would be helpful to better understand what is included and what is not in a staged room. They dont include rugs (well a small one in the living room), but no area rugs if you have hardwood floors. I think you receive one picture per room for the walls. So although not quite a completed room, it is still nice to have neutral furniture in the property so buyers can get an idea of what they can do.

This company was amazing! They were awesome to work with and my home sold two days after the staging was done! I truly believe this was the key to the quick sale! I recommend this company! They were top notch!
