In the 10 plus years I have been doing business with him, I have always found John willing to bend over backwards to help my company out. Whether it is a late after hours need on my way out of town or stopping in to grab a boxful of supplies, when Ive left my wallet at home. No problem. Stopped by, no time of operation listed, no employees present, looks like its out of business.Edit: I received a rather interesting email from the owner after my review. Owner states this is an online only store that operates from 6:30am to 4pm in order to serve the East Coast. He further stated that I should know this information simply on my own.When I explained I thought it was an actual store based on the google imagine of an actual store front, and was merely attempting to expedite the process and was stopping by to pick-up the order, as my order was placed on Tuesday,and as of Thursday the order had not been fulfilled, Mr. Manchak was less than professionalOur correspondence took place on Friday, 60hrs after the order was placed and was still was not fulfilled. Mr. Manchak stated he returned my call 3 times however did not leave a message attempting to clarify any information or rectify the situation, instead of treating the customer with respect and diligence. chose to cancel the order.Had Mr. Manchak chose to treat me with the respect and service accustomed to other Mohawk Distributors I would have kindly and gladly changed my review, instead this was not the case and find my rating to be accurate. Individual results may vary.
