They almost always have the part I need

I had to order hydraulic oil for my tractor (2-5gal.cans), opened an account and got a $5 discount and also they give 10% discount if you are a AAA member. My hydraulic oil arrived the next day, excellent customer service.

This is the only place Ill buy parts from anymore. If I go in there with a part number, they cross it for me and give me the part I need. They dont waste my time asking me what its for, especially if it is not an automotive part. They have everything I need to perform a service on a generator all the way up to a bulldozer and everything in between. They also offer a military discount. Ive gotten 10-25% off depending on what the item was. I have no complaints about the service. They have always met or exceeded my expectations.

Stop here first, its worth the extra money to get the right part first. They can get most parts same day if they dont have it in the store, ask how Randy is doing. They accidentally charged me the wrong price, I called them back and they took care of the problem. Every business makes mistakes, its how they correct the mistakes that sets this company apart.

Yes so I have a two-year-old battery theyre going to prorate it first they got to test it for a day then when confirmed bad give me $30 off then theyll charge me $20 more for the new battery than I paid for the Old version battery then theyll take two years off my warranty because I had the old battery two years never again will I shop here
