Lots of great reviews and its a few minutes from my house, what more could I ask for right? I called for a quote and was told I would receive a returned call. As Im talking to the gentleman on the phone I could sense he wasnt being receptive to my inquiry. Low and behold, no returned phone calls. I called a few other shops and had no issues getting a quote.I get why some places dont like to give quotes over the phone but hey I have every right to shop around. Why should I trust someone if they cant give me a simple request for a quote.

My son and daughter in law told me about Tim and his service and how honest they thought he was so I decided to try him out for myself as a honest mechanic is hard to find these days. I couldnt be happier. When I take my vehicles for inspection I know that Tim and the guys will do what needs to be done and not make things up that I dont need just to make a buck. He also will tell you what you may need in the future so you will be aware when that time comes. Tim is 25 minutes from me but well worth the trip for peace of mind. Simply the best.

I just started bringing my vehicle to Tim Uba about a year ago as I was newer to that area. Its always a little stressful trying to find a mechanic that you can trust and that will do great work. However, I found Tim Uba Automotive and I have nothing but good things to say! Theyve always gone above and beyond to help me out and I have no worries about taking my car there to get work done because I know they are fair and trustworthy! Great crew!

My family has been going to Tim Uba for as long as I have been driving cars and can remember taking my own car there. They are truly honest and hardworking. I have never once felt overcharged (especially as a woman!) and they are always willing to work with a crazy schedule with a key drop off, etc. I drive back from NJ just to have these guys take care of my car...if that doesnt tell you how great they are not much else will.

Excellent service

The guy that runs the place is a real honest man. I have had my car in multiple times and my repair bill is always way lower than quoted. These guys really know their stuff as well. They work on everything. If you need advice these guys are straight up especially with older cars if it is worth repairing or if it is time to get a new one. I needed new tires once cause mine were so bald and they even lent me loaners for free while I was waiting for the new ones that I ordered to come in!
