Update: My most recent experiences have been great !The vast majority of experiences are good but I had my order from yesterday wrong and it spoiled my lunch. I had an attitude from a cashier early in the moring last week which delayed my pickup and made me late for work. Otherwise, great place to go, just some hiccups along the way. Be prepared and leave earlier.

Always excellent customer service especially with the third shift crew. They will go above and beyond whenever they are able. First shift can be a little grumpy, but that is understandable considering its the morning and they have to deal with all the grumpy customers.

At this location today, 10/10/2019, at approximately 4:30 pm. Cashier, black male, is incredibly rude! This is not the first time I have been subjected to this. He needs to learn basic customer service. I will simply walk out should he be working the next time.

Horrible experience with rude food HANDLER, TIFFANY, making speciality coffees and not respecting an order flagged with a SPECIAL ORDER requests!We usually have confidence when stopping in at any local Wawa & ordering a SPECIAL ORDER through the kiosks for an Iced Vanilla Latte, made with Almondmilk, with extra vanilla syrup AND flagging this order with a Special Order request, which always allows us to explain what the Special Order is asking.Today, I had to displeasure of Tiffany at this location, making it while I prepaid IT, and she ASSUMED the button was pushed by mistake. (We ask for it to be flagged for a Special Order just so we can communicate what the special order means! NOT FOR A RUDE EMPLOYEE TO ASSUME!)I flagged down another deli employee who told Tiffany I wanted to talk to her as I stared at this drink already made, sitting on the counter.I asked her why she already made the order without speaking to me, she replied, Well, I yelled out but no one answered, so I ASSUMED it was just pushed accidentally. I went on to explain I pushed it for it to be made specifically with no milk for a special dairy allergy, JUST AS I HAVE DONE FOR AT LEAST 50 OTHER TIMES WITHOUT THIS HAPPENING! She interrupts saying that she cant GUARANTEE 100% no milk & directed me to pre-packaged items if I want that guarantee.I told her, no, I understood the risks under normal conditions for a food allergy alert & wanted to make sure there was no milk contact with this drink.; she again repeats herself like a robot with the same rude-tone-comment with a bad attitude. I stood looking at the drink... I asked her how she made it & was the spoon clean and the cup clean, etc. & Tiffany assured me that she used clean items as usual. I told her I wasnt happy, but she only repeated herself a 3rd time, and I replied for a 3rd time, I understood but thats why I flagged it a special order!I then went to the register and two VERY KIND & CONSIDERATE, knowledgeable employees, Kim & Michelle (who luckily calmed me down) listened and understood my problem of how Tiffany was rude, inconsiderate, very gruff with her attitude, & unwilling to offer to remake the item now that she understood the special order for a food allergy, AS PROTOCOL INSTRUCTS any food handler to do when presented with a food allergy concern!They called over Jon, who was in charge since the store manager, was away. Jon seemed to understand & at least offered to make a new drink and refund my money for the inconvenience. I said more than 4 times, I did NOT want Tiffany to be touching this drink! Kim & Michelle heard me say it & knew my reasoning, but as I watched Jon go back to the coffee area, I see Tiffany putting on gloves with her attitude still in full swing, and start to make it.I stepped up & asked Jon if she was remaking my drink & he replied yes she was but changed gloves.I had finally wasted far, FAR too much time on their mistake already and just told him that I had firmly requested someone else make it & I wouldnt take it from her! I was fed up & told him I was leaving!Never has this type of thing happened in any other Wawa in our area! No employee has ever been so rude and careless to handle a food allergy special request.Wawa only offers a SPECIAL ORDER button and no FOOD ALLERGY spot is offered to alert the staff. We understand the protocols the staff takes with food allergy requests and we understand the risks that come with it. We must weight out the risks given and decide if we are comfortable with those measures of handling our food. I wasnt asking for a 100% guarantee, I was only asking for what is owed to ANYONE ELSE with or without a disability, weather its physically visible or not, Wawa should be able to give customers the same accommodations of safe, consistent food handling!

Nice place to get your body fuel and auto fuel. Breakfast is perfect! They have hot sizzlis and hash browns as early as 5am. That really makes a difference for us early birds. The selection of products is great and consistent (from food and other on-the-job sort of items), and the staff always has a smile. Maybe not as wide some days but, always there and nice nonetheless. Its not like this at all Wawa stores, even though I know the Goose Crew strive for this kind of consistency throughout all stores, but this one certainly excels!

Heres an update on wawa coffee. A week ago it supposedly went up 10 cents. Its 11 cents, taking a 24 oz cup to $2.01. I used to buy a cup 5 days a week. A whole week went by before I bought this cup. Its cheaper to make it at home. I will buy one once in a while; which could be every 1 to 2 weeks!

Cant beat a wawa everyone I have been in has been great over the years. I have been going to wawa for longer than I can remember. I have watched this store mature and grow into what it is now and it is good. They have fuel the soup rocks the mens rooms are clean sorry I cant say what the womens room looks like but I am pretty sure it is clean. The only thing I am not keen on is the hand dryers in the bathrooms they are solo loud I would like to see them go back to paper towels but I guess they are messier and you lose space because of the trash can

Everytime I get a sandwich it is literally messed up. Either the paper they roll it in is so jammed in my sandwich taking it out pulls everything out of it. Or there is one slice of meat like what the hell is the problem? But today was the worst of it I but into my sandwich and looked done to find a hair in my melted cheese in the middle of my sandwich. I dont have the time to go back because I have to go to work and now have to order/ get food at work because someone didnt put their hair next on. Only people who do their jobs is Morgan and Majji. Im so done with this wawa.

Got a turkey bowl asked for extra gravy ! They said ok. When I picked up my order I asked again if they put extra gravy (not extra turkey)she said yes ! Its about 12:00 am The workers here are very disrespectful. I was a customer here and women walks in and ordered a sandwich walk around for a few min came back to pick it up and it was not done everyone else was cleaning and laughing talking and payed this lady no mind. She went to the front and asked troy if he can get someone to make her food vause she was goingbto be late for work she was in a bit of a rush.she was not rude. He spoke in to his mike and said can someone make her sandwich. And walked away very rudly. You can tell that it bothered everyone in the store cause no one went over to the counter to make it. She stood near the counter and got loud i would of too by this point tbis customer was pissed and needed to get served but i heared the young man at the register say can someone help her cause she is Bitching now. Like really but very white person got treated really sweetly. Hello have a good night but this lady was of color and sje was bitching cause no one wanted to do the job they get payed for by the time the lady left i walked up to the counter and even the manager was laughing at the whole thing just a bunch of disrespectful people working here i wont ever come back to this wawa again. No matter what race we are we should be treated all the same we all bleed the same color so why should that matter... im very angery .....

Manager was too busy making food to walk over to the lottery machine to open it and get my $20 ticket that had gotten stuck! I stood there for 15 minutes waiting and when she did finally decide to come over it took 30 seconds to resolve! Not to bright in my opinion!
