Not to mention outgoing and fun conversation that made the wait on the data transfer enjoyable and way less painful. My husband and I are super happy with this store and will be going back.

After my first experience with at&t, I thought Id never go back. A friend have me her old at&t phone that my provider didnt support. I had no choice. I didnt go back to the same store as before. I went to Coventry Mall and spoke with a fabulous gentleman. I cant say enough about him. While I waited until he was done helping an elderly woman with her flip phone. I noticed he patient, kind and respectful while she took notes. In this day in age thats a rarity. Jesus helped get the phone activated and got all my contacts moved over. I hope at&t appreciates him.

Stopped in to terminate my account and was told good luck with the new company i was going to be using as I will experience slower download speeds. When using AT&T at my home I could not receive a signal unless connected to WiFi. Being able to download something is quicker then not at all. Enjoying my quick download speeds and reception at my home now with T-mobile . . . . . its also cheaper too!

Professional, quick, great experience. This store is about 10x better than the other AT&T store nearby. Went in there to activate a prepaid line for a teenager and was out in probably 5 minutes with no hassles or annoying up-selling. Highly recommended if you need to interact with AT&T in person.

Jesus was absolutely amazing! He knew exactly what he was doing. I got 4 IPhone 11s and he had all the info transferred and phones ready to go in no time.

Had a few questions about upgrading a line or two. The employee answered my questions, but barely looked up from the tablet he was holding. I was the only one in the store. Maybe he was doing work, which I can definitely understand; either way, I felt that I was a nuisance and left.

I was helped ten minutes before close by Erick and he was very helpful and funny definitely will be going back

FIRST time I had a really GREAT experience at ATT!!I was having trouble with my Galaxy 9S plus - went to 3 different stores, and checked youtube. Nobody, aams nothing helped. Jesus Diaz at the Coventry Mall Pottstown figured it out in like 5 minutes!!! I also had a great deal of trouble getting my sons unit replaced from the insurance company and he helped with that too, and got resolved immediately after Id tried for 4 months!!So when my husband needed a new phone, we went right to Mr Diaz! I highly recommend going to Jesus for your phone, tablet, or accessory needs!!
