Best T-Mobile store we have been to, all of the staff is super helpful, we’re able to resolve issues created at a different T-Mobile store. They also helped us get two new phones set up and checked in with us afterwards! 10/10 recommend.

What a great group of individuals! Took all my concerns and questions seriously and worked to resolve my issue.

Store stated hours till 7 but when I arrived at 5:40 they were closed with no letter. We were getting 4 new lines.

Alex and the whole staff there are great!! Helped fix all my problems from the get go and got me all situated! Would recommend this t mobile store to anyone

My husband and I were at the Coventry Mall location Friday evening. Alex and Brad were so helpful in setting up our account and transferring our data even though we had issues remembering our passwords for different apps. Even though the store closed at 9:00 they told us not to worry and we didn’t leave the store until after 10::00 pm

Arthur helped me out with all my problems quickly and had everything resolved before I left. The sprint staff was great as a team and made my time here with them fun. I would recommend them to everyone they are awesome!!

Cant really right a review. Google said they open at 10a on Sunday and I went and they do not open until 11am.

I had a wonderful experience at the store today with Kyle and Jen! I was having trouble with my phone frequently losing battery power. They gave me tips to prevent this from occurring. In addition, Kyle observed that my screen protector was cracked, which I had forgotten to mention. Jen then did a terrific job of replacing it. It looks even better than it did before! Both were professional, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. I was thoroughly impressed!! 😊

Really great service was provided at your store today. Leah help me switch to a new phone and was very patient and helpful with me, Im not very tech savvy and she answered any silly question I had and even showed me how to do on my own. Great staff, everyone was genuinely friendly and very helpful.

Always a great experience here but our most recent visit with Alexis was spectacular. She really took her time to make sure my wife had every bit of info from her old phone transferred into her new device and saved me months of having to hear about that one picture she took one time that got lost. Probably my best experience with Sprint thus far! Ive always received great customer service but Ricky went over and beyond for me..great attitude, extremely patient with all of my annoying questions and very knowledgeable of the products. I would definitely recommend them and I can honestly say its great service like this that makes me proud to have Sprint as my mobile carrier.

Leah spent 2 days about 3 hrs each day helping me with my transfer of my phone. She was the FIRST person to get EVERYTHING off my phone and on to my new one with out looking anything dear to me. She was extremely kind, patient and cares about you while your there. 10000% focused on you. I will most certainly suggest others to go in and personally speak to her for all their help and needs. If she does not know she WILL find out for you! Thank you again Leah very much!

The guys in the store at Coventry Mall this time, were polite and tried to fix my cell issue, bit personally, I cancelled my plan a year ago and SPRINT the COMPANY was TERRIBLE! WE HATED EVERY MINUTE we were with them. Id NEVER recommend Sprint no matter how many deals they give away...the service and call center you have to call for technical support or customer care, are hard to understand and I had to fight for every deal they were supposed to give me. When I cancelled, I paid off a cell phone so I could use it to connect to wi-fi and it still is blocked by Sprint. Even after hours, AND HOURS on calls to another country that just wanted to get me off their call line instead if trying to make sure my paid off cell could work independently. But the guys at local store did try several things to try to help me when I went this time. Not always had luck with the store workers, but at least this time they tried. No luck though, still forbids me from connecting to wi-fi!

Scott is absolutely the most kind, understanding and helpful person i have ever encountered anywhere in any service. Always gets me an answer, always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. If he cant come up with a solution, he will find one amd call back woth helpful tips.

Switching to Verizon. Scott Langwig is a horrible manager. They ordered the wrong size, told us that they would correct it, two months later, they said they placed the order, I find out today that no order was placed so all they do is lie. I emailed Scott a month ago, never responded to my email, called sprint said they cannot do anything because it is the stores issues, so I reported the store to BBB. They never called my husband to let him know his phone was in. There only solution to their error was to screw another lady over by giving me her phone however it had more MB than what my order was so I would have had to put $100.00 deposit down. For their error. yea ok. So now Sprint will be loosing 3 customers that have been with them for over 10 years. Shame on you Scott. When a customer emails you about a problem you really should get back in touch with them. Also your people that you have answer the phoned lied to my husband and said that we should of been given a tracking number and we would know more where our phone was then they would. So pretty much they dont care where my phone was so I had to call back and finally get a so called manager who did nothing to resolve the problem. Give this man a promotion.

Alex, Carolina had to pick up the pieces of a disaster migration that was started and absolutely destroyed at the Shoemaker Road store. After a couple of trips in, they got it all straightened out for me in about 15 minutes, even when T-Mobile Business care themselves couldnt do anything to help me get into my account. Friendly, helpful, and compassionate as to my problem they were more than willing to roll up their sleeves get in there and fix this mess that wasnt even their doing. Five stars! Thanks guys!👍
