I came in that store with a working phone to get a better phone he promised on the phone he transfered my number to that phone and I signed paperwork and everything and now doing that my current phone does not work I have a contract with no phone and I cant transfer my old phone to account becuase its prepaid only they are the worst and verizon customer service does absolutely nothing to fix it !!GO TO SPRINT!!

Been looking for a new iPhone for awhile. Came across the Coventry Mall Verizon store and wow!!! Rob and Cas were spectacular! Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Patiently answered all my questions. Major bonus: gave us a huge discount on my phone covers and even gave us free screen protectors!! Highly recommended if you need a new phone or anything else!

Cas was extremely helpful the second I walked in the door. I had lots of questions about upgrading and he walked me through the whole process. He was honest with me about all phone questions and billing. I was in and out of the store in less than a half hour with a brand new iPhone.

I was gifted a company i-phone6 from my work as a person had left and it had a remote management app locked on the phone. I spent 3 weeks with my IT department to get the app uninstalled with no luck Cas and Ray and Verizon understood the problem and were quick to rectify it for me. Greatest customer service experience Ive ever had. I was a bit weary about going into a store again after my horrible experiences but I must say. If anyone has given stores hope again its Reliance Wireless. I had the greatest experience with Casmiere. He is truly professional and kind. Closed at 4:30pm on a Sunday when the hours say they are open till 6pm.

This place is terrible. I called and they tell me one thing, show up and the same person tells me the exact opposite. This happened multiple times. I went there to exchange a phone, they gave me a very hard time about it. The employee was activating the phone, sat it down, said he would be right back, then went outside the front of the store and smoked a cigarette while chatting with his girlfriend on the phone for half an hour. The employees here are complete assholes and that is putting it nicely. Switching to Verizon was one of the biggest mistakes Ive made.

Terrible customer service. Dealt with an associate named Kevin. What an obnoxious, rude individual. Went in with a 2 week old phone that wasnt working right. He asked me if it had gotten wet. I said no. He kept insinuating that the moisture indicators were missing. All the while saying Im not insinuating. Treated me like a criminal. I left furious. An Apple associate confirmed with me that the indicators were fine. And that the sales associate didnt know how to look for them. They sent in a complaint about him. STAY AWAY!!
