Decent, prices are comparable to other grocery chains, but I really thought the selection was pretty limited. Five stars for the produce section though, it was super clean, fresh, abundantly stocked, and very attractive if a little pricey.

Best employees. Give these essential workers some credit, be nice to them. Its not their fault that there are shortages.

My experience so far has been ok. I love the fresh produce and occasional deals on the fruits. It is also easily accessible to me and seem to have everything I need most of the time. And oh the bulk seeds bin is freaking cute. You get to buy only the size you need by weighing it first and attaching the print out price tag. You also get points to use towards future purchase with every transaction.

Giant has very nice and fresh produce. The meats are also excellent and high in quality. The down side is that the store is higher priced than Walmart. If you stick to buying items that are on special you can get value for the dollar.

I shop at Giant in Upland Square weekly. Why are the shelves bare? Today, no paper towels? Produce was low, proteins were low, bread section had completely empty shelves. Every single aisle you walk down over the past 8 weeks has full sections that are empty. Walk into the freezer aisle to find 7 randoms bags of fries. Frozen veggies are gone. Frozen chicken section is consistently empty. What is going on? Wegmans in Collegeville was pretty full last week when I stopped by. Is this a worker shortage? Food shortage? Bad management not ordering things correctly? No stocking staff? Whats the deal?

Found everything I needed to prepare a great dinner, the employee working self checkout is an asset to the company, he helped everyone with a smile, very courteous and helpful.

Been to a few Giants, this is by far, our fave!! Great selection on vegan products!! Helpful and friendly employees, except the cashier. Wish they got better training not to put can products with veggies, bread, etc.

I go mainly for the cooked chicken that they sell in the packages it is really good. You get a lot of chicken for $8.

Besides this Giant being clean, well stocked and efficiently run, Rachel in their floral department is amazing. As a professional musician, going with quality vendors for my wedding was extremely important. However, florals can also cut into a budget very quickly especially when you have more than 10 bridesmaids. Rachel was fabulous! I showed her my Pinterest inspiration and talked through my vision while at the same time discussing budget! Not only was she able to deliver as promised, but everything came in under budget. We also used the Bakery for our cupcake bar which came in at about $200 for 250 guests. Highly recommend.

I picked up my order. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes until my groceries were put in my hatch. Amazing!

The point are great when your on a budget...but when you say you close at 11pm and i pull up at 958pm i go to put my card in the pump and the guy inside the little buliding flips a switch and ignores you as you ask him why that happened...its not very nice...i was very upset...now my gas light i on and i have to get to wawa and pay more...thanks rude guy

Upland Square Mall giant is the best they have everything unlike the Giant on Route 100

Great food store! I loved Wegmans, but Giant has really upped thier game. From fresh veggies, fruits, specialty cheeses, deli, alcohol, and grab and go food items. One of the best items they sell is Springer Mountain Farms chicken! Best wholesome chicken without nasty chemicals Ive ever ate.

Probably the best stocked and best produce of all the Giant Stores in the immediate area. Wish they all were like this location. Why arent they? Huh Mr. Giant?

The restroom is semi-private thats always a plus wherever you go...

I Love Giant, don’t get me wrong, but I wish they were SMART enough to get some Roasted Chickens done by 11am, so that people coming to the store can get one for LUNCH!!!I should not go there at 1pm and be told they won’t be ready for another HOUR!!!!!Come On, Guys!!!! Get it together!

Had a GREAT DELI WORKER, MIKE, who was terrific at describing the difference between roast beef and what was on sale. Then he helped get the slicing thickness just right on both meats and cheese. But what made him stand out was how he LAYERED THE SLICES OF THE CHEESE! PERFECT SO I COULD ACTUALLY SEPARATE them when I got home! That makes such a difference!The one thing I wish this store would do is have their DAIRY FREE products restocked often. SUCH AS TOFUTTI Better than cream cheese, theyre always out of stock! This is why my rating is a 4 instead of a 5.

Monday has got to b the worst day to shop! Many shelves empty, but at the same time, being refilled.

The store had everything we needed. Staff helped when I was looking for one or two items. The location is easy to reach. We went a little out of our way to shop here.

Im not into self check out . This place is like Wal-Mart . They have a bunch of check out registers but usually only have 2 opened . The other thing I dont enjoy about this store is you need a card to get the lowest prices . There are other supermarkets in the area .Save yourself the aggravation and go to Redners or Aldi

Great place to shop! From groceries to fresh produce to dog food to even toiletries.. they have it all at great prices with Bonus Buys. Plus, coupons. I actually got a free turkey for this years Thanksgiving dinner. The store is always organized and very clean with friendly employees willing to help.

Love giant. is crowded during expected times, but early morning or later in the evening, quick! shelves are well stocked and fronted and faced. cashiers are very friendly and helpful. front end man Henry is very helpful and quick to get the lines moving or open new line himself... well done. enjoy the butcher and seafood counter, they never have a problem when i am choosey about which one i want. great work and a well run store!

I Loved this grocery store! The produce section alone was darn near a religious experience! The variety endless, quality and presentation made me want one of each! By the time I rounded the corner to deli and dairy section I thought i might plan a long weekend at least for my next trip! Again, one of each was a temptation! The rest of the departments didnt disappoint either. Its probably obvious this was my first visit to this store, it wont be my last!

Went there at 6 am during seniors only hours and there was younger people ( mid thirties) in store shopping. I asked the manager why they were allowed to shop, she said they just come in, I cant stop them. At this time she had stopped me because they only had one register open and she didnt want me to go to register because there was already a customer checking out, but she could not stop the young couple. Senior hours are for a very good health reason but I guess Giant does not take this seriously

Wide open, unobstructed aisles. Well stocked shelves. Prices are fair. They usually have more than one option for most items if you are searching for different brands. Carts are usually readily available. Lines generally move quickly. Cashiers are friendly. Parking is ample. I would love to see a method for them to receive suggestions for items to bring into the store.

The whole time we were in the store we heard how there was clean up needed in the aisles. Plus it is way over priced on so many different items.

Hey so what’s the point of saying your new hours are until 10pm if multiple times now I’ve shown up 10 or 15 minutes before close and the doors are locked? One of those times involved one of your employees being very rude and just repeatedly yelling “closed!” at me. Unacceptable. Giant used to be a reliable grocery store, I’d give you zero stars if I could.

Very nice, huge selection, friendly employees. Why though were there actual employees out front smoking on the entryway? I was told that the Ashe family does not want any of their employees associated with smoking and that if they are to smoke, they must do so in their cars behind the closest cart hub. Otherwise, it is automatic dismissal. Fix this immediately!!!

DO NOT BUY GAS HERE. I went here today and bought gas at the pump via debit and they put a $100 hold on my account. I only spent $29.83. Today is the 1st, I have four bills that had to be paid today and 2 overdrew my account because of the $100 hold. I cant believe any gas pump would hold that amount of money. $50 maybe BUT ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS?!?!?!?!??!?! Im so upset I want to be reimbursed the $70 the bank charged me in over draft fees and the $70 my electric company and car note charged me for the returned check. That is $140 PLUS the $100. Even tho this is a horrible situation i want to thank the girl at the customer service desk today who helped me figure this out. She was compassionate and understanding and knowledgeable. She deserves a raise. As for the company YOU JUST LOST A VALUED CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER BUY GAS OR GROCERIES AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. you should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping off hard working people.

I ran into Giant to use the Western Union to send money to a family member in another state. It was fast and easy. I just needed the persons name, city and state they are picking up the money and my state ID/drivers license. It cost me $12 and change to send $100 in minutes. The girl at the service desk was friendly and knowledgeable of the whole process. I definitely recommend going here to send money weatern union if you need to.

Superb selection of top quality meats, produce and dairy items. Groceries that you cant seem to find in other Big Chain Supermarkets. Great friendly knowledgeable staff allways right there when you require assistance with your order. Prices are a little higher than some competition, but youll see the value of shopping at Giant the first time and every time you shop here.

I go here pretty often and for the most part its organized and well stocked. Also the amount of cashiers working is decent enough that I rarely have to wait in a line. My only problem is where are the Cinnamon Chip muffins I usually buy. Last few times I was there I couldnt find them.

Good sales. Be a frugal shopper and get your gas points. Always check your receipt to make sure the gas points earned are accurate.

Of all the grocery stores in my 10 mile area giant is the best! The store is well lit, and stocked. The priced are competitive compared to even Walmart! The weekly sales always have items that I can use and arent filled with items that ate targeted to a select few people in a particular demographic. Plus the employees are always helpful and smiling!

Giant is a very nice and clean grocery store. They always have a weekly ad with store specials on a large selection of items. Deli and organic section are the best around. This store recently added beer and wine sales. Self checkout has made quick stops even quicker.

Its a large store with alcohol sales but it irritates me when Scan It! Is present in the store and it does not work, secondly the self check out scales and systems are the worse I have experienced in all the Giants.Scan It! Should be a prerequisite in this day and age.
