Went well got cheese for a cheese platter great selection. Worker there in the Cafe Pat was amazing! She was super kind and helpful!

They accommodate their items and variety pretty decently considering the small space they have to work with compared to other Giants. The trip I made they were pretty well stocked with all their items. I got everything needed on my list except for one random item, buttermilk. I would recommend grocery shopping here on a Saturday night.

This particular store is near my moms house and I like to stop when I go by beautiful and clean!!! Love love the produce and bakery dept.!...everyone is kind and helpful...thank you Giant ❤

The remodel is really nice. Good layout, some new items. The beer prices are silly high.

This place is deceivingly large. Looks tiny from the outside but is large on the inside. They have a large variety of brands in every product category which is what I appreciate the most. Their self checkout registers are definitely behind on the times though.

The new redesign is so nice. Great time shopping here.

A good place, nice clean and fully stocked and most importantly helpful ppl working there. I just had one problem, we are vegan and the foods are scattered in different sections. It would be nice if all the vegan products would be together. Other than that keep up the good work.

Like the renovation and beer and wine add is big bonus!

Noisy, dirty and there was construction going on right next to check out ripping floors up. Constant never ending beeping sound. What an unpleasant experience.

This was a different location than I normally would shop at. This store was huge. I only needed lunch meat. The deli is awesome.

Giant is one of the few markets in the area that not only keeps the shelves well stocked, but keeps the store clean. Rotation matters and Giant does it responsibly. They also offer some items you cant find in other stores, more ethnic food offerings and specialty foods.

Giant is doing the best they can. Many items still available.

Prices are a little higher than others in the neighborhood, but they offer good quality and variety.

Redesigned well stocked

This store is great. I find its not as busy as other Giants but still has as much selection. Clean, organized and great employees.

This store must be remodeling. Everything is in a disarray. It is hard to find things that you want. I stopped here because I was nearby at another store and I will not be going back.

Giant food stores have many quality products. So many that we drive further to take advantage of seafood also. Wish we had a store closer to home.

IT SHOULD BE NO STARS!!!!!Had the worst experience ever at this Giant!I waited A TOTAL of 25 minutes to order lunch meat, even after I asked can I order from the counter or must I order from the Kios, this was after waiting 15 minutes? 4 employees working behind the counter, not one of these employees addressed myself or the other 6 people that had also stopped at the counter if they could help us. Lisa was advised of the long wait she did nothing, just said maybe you should come a different time of the day!Another lady, and I asked Lisa would it be ok to check out at the courtesy desk, Lisa told us NO!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! THIS IS NOT A CHECKOUT AISLE she saw the long wait at the lunch meat counter, she saw the long lines with 2 cashiers, she saw the people lined up on top of one another at the self-check out registers; where no one social distanced, the long line at the self-checkout, no social distancing anywhere in this store.. There are no safety measures in place for teh Covid Virus.....

I love this Gaint! Never have an issue here. The associates are amazing and super helpful. The only thing I wish, was the section for vegans/vegetarians was a little bigger. But other then that, its always the first place I want to go to.

There were only two cashiers working in SLO no and fighting with each other.

This Giant was well maintained. Staff were helpful. The produce section seemed to be well stocked with fresh items. The sale items were clearly marked. The check out was efficient. The parking lot was maintained well by not letting shopping carts overflow in the collection area

I used to live near the location in Phoenixville which has ridiculously good employees. Recently moved closer to this location. The people are nice but dont always seem eager to help. The place is always clean. They dont have many selections like the other stores but I guess thats because they are slightly smaller.

Been shopping here for a few years. Prices arent bad.Edit: ordered lunch meat from the kiosk. Shopped for 30 minutes. Went back and the woman hadnt even started my order. Not bust, just walking around with a block of cheese. I didnt even order cheese

The meat department is not very inviting, not enough variety?

I use the delivery service. I am disabled and the drivers I get are beyond awesome and so kind to me. So far my drivers are Mike Fitzpatrick and Brooke Moyer. I sometimes have had to talk with transport mgmt team, Jacob, Coleen and Cameron and they are exemplary employees and go out of their way for me. I cant leave out the front store managers Travis and Katie who connects me to transport. They both are so very kind and helpful. All of those I have dealt with at store (6471 Glocker) has been like finding hidden treasure. I am 75 years old and disabled. I cant thank all of you enough for your compassion and respect and kindness. Every one I mentioned should be in a Giant/peapod TV commercial. BLESSINGS TO ALL 😘💕💕

They used plastic cups to support shelves with coffee creamer. Not safe at all. I add pictures......I was in store today, they relocated coffee creamer and closed broken shelves. Now everything nice and safe in store. I am happy customer again.

A solid giant store. Not all gussied up like some, but is well stocked and laid out.

Giant is a great place to shop, especially if you get the rewards card. You save money, they give you points to pay for gas, its great. I mean, honestly, its just a few dollars off gas, but every little bit adds up at the end of the year.Giants food is also pretty stellar. The meats in the back are fresh, the chef special kind of stuff (crab-stuffed tilapia, blue cheese and mushroom stuffed burgers, etc.) are solid. Also, their $5 pizzas and $5 whole roasted chickens are AMAZING!

Good supermarket in the area. Fresh produce and good deli stand. Its fried chicken at the ready to eat counter is great.For the area that does not have a Wegmans, a GIANT is king...

This is my favourite Giant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The aisles are wide and un-crowded. Parking is always close and easy. Everything you need is easy to find.

This is the worst Giant I have ever been to. Store is too small for the number of people that shop there, Aisles aren’t wide enough for two carts to pass each other especially with all the displays in the aisles and large carts being used by Peapod staff, very limited selection on many products probably due to the store being so small and even before the pandemic shelves sit empty for days. I NEVER get everything I need here, I always have to go somewhere else to finish my shopping. I saw that they applied for a license to sell beer and wine but can’t even imagine where that will go unless they put it in the roof.

I go here very often and employees are very friendly, if you run into a giant employee named Dave, he is the most helpful and interesting employee they have, hands down. He makes my visit there much less monotonous.

Both Giants in the Pottstown area are so poorly stocked. They need to be restocking as often as possible not just at night. Very disappointing.

This store is freezing! Wear a warm jacket no matter what time of year it is! Also, wish they’d carry the same products as the other Giants.

I love the bakery at This Giant, it has much more then the big Giant stores.

Nice clean store, small then typical Giant so you can get through fast yet has most everything the others have. Also fresh produce.

Whats the point of posting signs saying one member per household and need mask for entry if you as an establishment dont enforce it. I just witnessed a family of 4, children being a toddler and an infant, just walk into giant with no masks. Very disappointing

Been going to this store for 13 years. The Customer Service is Excellent. The selection is good.64oz Hazelnut Coffeemate has a 3 month shelf life. Please order an extra case.😎👍

This store was originally a Clemens and Giant did not change the layout, so if you are used to shopping in a typical Giant, you might be a bit lost here.The selection is about the same as other Giants, but when the other stores are out of something (a Giant trend), this store will most likely still have it.And, there is a UPS store next door with an entrance from inside this Giant. Very convenient.

Order a birthday cake for my four year old nephew they got it all wrong supposed to be two layers got 1. Spelled his name wrong what was I to do with the party in 2 hours had to take the cake and embarrass word to the wise do not order cakes from the bakery section p,p,m. Stands for piss poor management. Should have ordered from the Royersford chiot ordered there before everything was perfect and beautiful my bad. Definitely will not be shopping there again. I was in there Sunday afternoon and only made it as far as the deli and produce department before I left. The employees were very rude and distracted in the deli, i asked for my lunchmeat and cheese sliced a little thinner, only to have the woman working slice it pretty thick. Then when I got to the produce department I found rotten cucumbers, and moldy peppers. There was a bigger guy in a black shirt working so I let him know. He seemed like I was bothering him, but went and checked. He took away some of the cucumbers and he moved around the peppers and went back to what he was doing. So I got the peppers and handed them to him and walked out. I think Ill just keep driving the little bit extra distance to the other one up the road!

The Bakery department is probably the most disgusting place I’ve even seen in my entire life! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to consume anything from the bakery department! The kitchen is absolutely disgusting!

Get ur food shopping done n perscription filled at same time. Wheelchair accessible, public bathroom, parking lot just a few amenities . Fresh fish Dept, ok floral Dept, great place to get fresh produce. It is a lg supermarket in a strip mall that is visible from main road also sells beer n wine

Pretty store, the temperature inside seemed cold even for a supermarket.

Its more expensive then where I usually go but I was close by and only needed a few things
